Air condition did not function properly. We asked reception, but nothing happened. The Breakfast was good, but often out of bacon and scrambled eggs. The staff in the breakfast area was not friendly to non-italians. We stayed at the hotel for 10 days, but never had dinner at the hotel, due to grumpy staff in the breakfast area. However, there are a lot of good restaurants in Sestri Levante with very nice service and food. The hotel was very close to Bay of Silence, which is excellent.

The best experience at Sestri Levante. We were given an upgrade to a beautiful room near the pool. The staff were fabulous. The rooms sparkling clean. We hope to return next year.

Fantastic position, steps from the bay of silence. Close to restaurants shopping and bars. All within walking distance. Great pool and indoor poll with a wellness centre. Beautiful food at the restaurant and separate bar facilities Marco was exceptionally friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely return.
