Séjour d’une nuit à l’hôtel Miramare hôtel avec une vue à coupé le souffle , une expérience très agréable, personnel accueillant, service petit déjeuner parfait , un buffet petit déjeuner avec saumon fumé, charcuterie , œufs dur , pain céréales , yaourts et viennoiseries tous pour un excellent petit déjeuner !!! Service de voiturier au top . L’hôtel est en zone ZTL mais il se charge de déclarer votre voiture afin que vous puissiez circuler , très pratique . Un restaurant avec petit déjeuner et déjeuner tous les jours , par contre pour le dîner uniquement le vendredi et samedi soir . Je recommande cet hôtel

Camera spaziosa e molto pulita. Personale gentile e disponibile. Vista pazzesca direttamente sulla baia, WOW! Colazione con prodotti di qualità, uova fatte al momento. Poca varietà, ma forse dovuta al periodo per non sprecare visto i pochi clienti. SPA interna a pagamento, piccola ma tenuta bene e con tutti i confort.

This hotel does not deserve its rating. We had no hot water 2 days running. One restaurant was closed and the other fully booked so that we could not have dinner there, despite trying to reserve the previous day. The decoration needs a refresh (see photos of dining room and bar) and the corridor carpets are stained (see photo). The beach was over-crowded. Most of the staff were uncharming. The a/c was feeble. We were told to ask for a partial refund through Expedia but this was then refused. Try the Villa Balbi nearby. It is infinitely better.

Ci siamo trovati veramente bene. L'hotel è direttamente sulla spiaggia della baia del silenzio. Camera con affaccio sulla spiaggia. La spa è davvero bella, costruita da un anno e mezzo quindi nuovissima. Il personale della spa gentilissimo. Era il mio compleanno e ci hanno offerto due calici di prosecco con salatini! Il giorno del check out ci hanno consentito di lasciare l'auto nel garage senza ulteriori costi (30 euro). Colazione ottima anche se non c'è buffet salato e bisogna chiedere ai camerieri ciò che si vuole, che poi è di ottima qualità. Insomma ottimo soggiorno.

Hotel is in an excellent location on the beach. I knew that the parking was 35 Euro's a night but didn’t know the beach chairs and umbrellas were 40 Euro’s a day each as not pre advised like the parking is on your website. Good breakfast and lovely dinner.

Great location , right on the beach. Good service with proactive staff. Rooms are very nice , comfortable and clean. Facilites are new so it is very comfortable. I like the breakfast included (eggs, fresh fruit , pastries and of course cheese and prosciuto. Close to lot is shopping and restaurants. You have to try at least once the dining at the private beach….it is $$$ but worth and excelent taste…it is a must. The beach is quiet and they offer umbrellas and seats at a fee (I didn’t like that but all the hotels charge for it). The view is excellent. I would come back for sure!!

However the AC did not cool the room adequately and we could not sleep because of the heat. The staff did nothing to correct the issue. I asked other guests about their room temps and most said it was not as cool as they would have liked, but was livable. The only compensation we got was not being charged for the parking. I would not stay there again because of the AC. It was pretty miserable. If AC was not an issue, I would highly recommend the hotel.

Sämsta hotell vi bott på till det överpris vi betalade. vi hade förväntat oss så mycket mer. Frukosten var den sämsta vi fått på något hotell vi bott på! Bästa med hotellet var läget. Hotellet kändes väldigt slitet framförallt rummen och korridorerna till rummen. Säkerheten på hotellet kändes undermålig.

We have mixed reviews of our stay. The hotel is located in a prime spot on the Bay. I paid extra to get a room directly on the Bay. The view was wonderful. Our room was clean and our attendant ensured we were satisfied. We used the spa services and the attendants in the spa were amazing!!! I definitely recommend their spa services. The disappointment came with the check-in staff as they were not helpful or really friendly. On the second day, we were not able to use the ocean as the city was holding an all day event in the water. When I complained, the hotel staff said sorry but nothing changed. I even paid extra for this hotel to be right on the water and then was not able to use it on the full day we had. No taxi services were available and the hotel transport service was not available until 8 am; we needed to leave earlier than 8. We ended up walking with our suitcases back to the train station. For the price of the hotel, I expect better service.

Ci siamo trovati veramente bene. L'hotel è direttamente sulla spiaggia della baia del silenzio. Camera con affaccio sulla spiaggia. La spa è davvero bella, costruita da un anno e mezzo quindi nuovissima. Il personale della spa gentilissimo. Era il mio compleanno e ci hanno offerto due calici di prosecco con salatini! This hotel does not deserve its rating. We had no hot water 2 days running. One restaurant was closed and the other fully booked so that we could not have dinner there, despite trying to reserve the previous day. The decoration needs a refresh (see photos of dining room and bar) and the corridor carpets are stained (see photo). The beach was over-crowded. Most of the staff were uncharming. The a/c was feeble. We were told to ask for a partial refund through Expedia but this was then refused. Try the Villa Balbi nearby. It is infinitely better.

We have mixed reviews of our stay. The hotel is located in a prime spot on the Bay. I paid extra to get a room directly on the Bay. The view was wonderful. Our room was clean and our attendant ensured we were satisfied. We used the spa services and the attendants in the spa were amazing!!! I definitely recommend their spa services. The disappointment came with the check-in staff as they were not helpful or really friendly. On the second day, we were not able to use the ocean as the city was holding an all day event in the water. When I complained, the hotel staff said sorry but nothing changed. I even paid extra for this hotel to be right on the water and then was not able to use it on the full day we had. No taxi services were available and the hotel transport service was not available until 8 am; we needed to leave earlier than 8. We ended up walking with our suitcases back to the train station. For the price of the hotel, I expect better service.

Hotel is in an excellent location on the beach. I knew that the parking was 35 Euro's a night but didn’t know the beach chairs and umbrellas were 40 Euro’s a day each as not pre advised like the parking is on your website. Good breakfast and lovely dinner.

Great location , right on the beach. Good service with proactive staff. Rooms are very nice , comfortable and clean. Facilites are new so it is very comfortable. I like the breakfast included (eggs, fresh fruit , pastries and of course cheese and prosciuto. Close to lot is shopping and restaurants. You have to try at least once the dining at the private beach….it is $$$ but worth and excelent taste…it is a must. The beach is quiet and they offer umbrellas and seats at a fee (I didn’t like that but all the hotels charge for it). The view is excellent. I would come back for sure!!

Varken Spa eller solstol ingick i det redan för höga priset som rummet var värt, frukosten var under all kritik med torrt bröd som hade legat på bordet länge. Man kunde beställa t ex äggröra men den var oätlig.

Sämsta hotell vi bott på till det överpris vi betalade. vi hade förväntat oss så mycket mer. Frukosten var den sämsta vi fått på något hotell vi bott på! Bästa med hotellet var läget. Hotellet kändes väldigt slitet framförallt rummen och korridorerna till rummen. Säkerheten på hotellet kändes undermålig.

Our air conditioning unit didn’t work when we arrived. We called the front desk, they sent up someone who replaced the battery and said it should be fine. It still wasn’t working, so we called the front desk again and another person came up and couldn’t tell us why it wasn’t working. The front desk sent up a portable unit, but to get that working you have to leave the back door open to our room. Unfortunately, everyone has access to our room from the back door. We didn’t feel safe sleeping in a situation like that, but that was their only option for us. It was a nice hotel but not having a working air conditioner was terrible. We will not be back
