We were attending an event at Harewood House so only needed a one night stay. Haley's Hotel is set in a lovely quiet area with some beautiful Grade II listed houses in a tree lined road. The hotel was very clean, comfortable with a charming country house elegance.The staff were very welcoming and Haley's has the added bonus of on site parking. Complimentary toiletries, trouser press and ironing board etc made this hotel feel much nicer than the corporate modern ones. Superb breakdast and plentiful to suit all tastes. Within walking distance of a plethora of restaurants and shops Would highly recommend.

Convenient for family visit, believe train station near by but we used Uber for town centre approx £8. Friendly team property done out nice for Xmas all communal areas warm. Nice breakfast plenty of good parking they don’t have a restaurant but plenty of nice places to eat in walking distance. Couple of minor niggles around housekeeping shower nearly flooded as completely blocked by hair(not ours) 1 sachet of hot chocolate 1 packet of biscuits surely with a room for 2 should be one each. We would stay again.

Great stay at the price we paid. Free parking is a plus. Lost a star for the early finish on breakfast at the weekend….so we missed it. Would star again regardless.

Very quiet location considering how close to all amenities and the high street. Well presented property and very friendly staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. A nice touch was during breakfast we were asked if we’d like to take some fresh croissants home with us which we did.

This hotel suited me location wise hence my choice. There was ample parking, staff were lovely and grounds really nice but my room (7) is in need of a little TLC and unfortunately my experience of breakfast was not as the reviews said "fabulous" just about everything was over cooked and dry and sadly underwhelming.

Everything about my stay was spot on. Very smooth and easy check in, lovely quiet location and my single room was actually very generous in size and also very comfortable. The breakfast service the following morning was very calm and peaceful and the hot buffet was exactly how I like it. The staff are also very helpful. All in all I will definitely be choosing to stay again

Pleasantly surprised. Paul was very welcoming & friendly. He gave us advice on taxis and where to go (taxi less than £7 to first direct arena - dont get uber!). Hotel dated but really nice. Breakfast was lovely with enough choice. Room good, bed a bit too soft for me. The fan was a welcome addition as it got hot overnight and the quilt is very warm. Shower was extremely powerful only issue with it is its an overhead shower which isnt great for us ladies not wanting to get their hair wet (luckily shower caps provided but still had to be very careful).Close to the airport but didnt hear anything overnight. Check in & out times generous. Very happy we chose this hotel.

Nice and cosy - decor is a little dated, but it was a comfortable stay and the room was quiet and warm. (Autumn time visit). In easy walking distance of Headingley and bus routes to central Leeds. Staff were a joy to talk to and were very friendly. Breakfast was great for troupers who like a hearty traditional English fry up.

The location of the Haley hotel to the city centre is perfect. You can either walk in 30 mins, catch a bus or drive in. We stayed in a family room which was huge! The beds were very comfortable. Definitely recommend.

Have stayed several times on business and always a warm welcome. Comfy bed, quiet spacious room and nice and toasty in a sudden icy snap. Good wifi. And no waiting in line for slow coffee machine at breakfast- a good old-fashioned pot of filter coffee is a rarity in most hotels! Hash browns are delicious!!

Stayed here a few times but won’t be any longer. Tired hotel in need of a refurb. Shower pressure was pathetic, it took about 20 mins to have a shower. And the radiators were on despite it being 29° outside.

I really enjoyed staying at Haley’s hotel, The suite was a little shabby, but the staff were all fantastic.breakfast was excellent.We enjoyed sitting in the garden in the evening having a drink from the bar. I will definitely be back.

Haley's hotel is extremely comfortable and convenient. the staff are very friendly and will do all they can to ensure every guest is happy. I need to be careful to avoid germs and they even arranged for me and my friend to enjoy our delicious breakfast in a diffferent and very nice room so that I could take my mask off without worrying. A lovely, friendly hotel with a practical approach. I will definitely stay again. The rooms are bigger than we expected too. Lovely quiet location within 3 minutes walk of good restaurants etc.

Stayed for one night as we had travelled down for the Leeds Marathon. Excellent location for any runners, easy walkng distance to the stadium and the reception team kindly looked after our luggage for us for the day. Would happily stay again.

Everything about my stay was spot on. Very smooth and easy check in, lovely quiet location and my single room was actually very generous in size and also very comfortable. The breakfast service the following morning was very calm and peaceful and the hot buffet was exactly how I like it. The staff are also very helpful. All in all I will definitely be choosing to stay again

Nice location, handy for restaurants which is just as well as no restaurant for dinner on site. Room on the ground floor was freezing cold as window didn't shut.

Lovely looking room. Nice area and grounds. A couple of suggestions to improve: Frost out the bottom windows in the bathroom. The bedrooms overlooking did not need to see all of that!! Change your name from restaurant?! Only breakfast available only. I saw mixed reviews as to whether an evening meal was available and I can confirm no evening meal is available. Yes there are option close by but after a long day sometimes you just don’t want to go out and silly me thought restaurant in the name would mean it was!

Nice little home from home. Situated in good area for University, bars, restaurants etc, though in a quiet little niche. Staff could not be more helpful. Great breakfast. We will be back.

We were attending an event at Harewood House so only needed a one night stay. Haley's Hotel is set in a lovely quiet area with some beautiful Grade II listed houses in a tree lined road. The hotel was very clean, comfortable with a charming country house elegance.The staff were very welcoming and Haley's has the added bonus of on site parking. Complimentary toiletries, trouser press and ironing board etc made this hotel feel much nicer than the corporate modern ones. Superb breakdast and plentiful to suit all tastes. Within walking distance of a plethora of restaurants and shops Would highly recommend.

Lovely old building(s) as we were in the annexe. A little tired in some places but overall well maintained, spacious and good facilities. Staff were exceptionally efficient, friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection and quality was also superb. Free parking a bonus. Many thanks - we’d definitely stay again!

Large, beautiful room. Really friendly and helpful staff. The only thing that we would have changed would be for breakfast to stay open until 10am instead of 9.30am

Had a great stay at the Haley hotel. Love the property and staff. Had to catch a plane too early in the morning to have breakfast but I have no doubt it would’ve been very good.
