Staff was friendly and helpful with any and all questions. Going above and beyond! So many fun activities for kids of all ages and for families. I would highly recommend staying here. The waterpark kept the family busy for hours. The only issue we had was the remotes in the room were not sinked to the tv and it took awhile for us to figure out how to do it ourselves. All in all it was a blast and would stay here again in a heart beat.

For the price you pay, they can definitely afford to upgrade things and everything is a seperate charge minus the pool area . The lazy river had eye lashes floating in it, and a band-aid. There were drunk ppl, ppl dressed in sweats and hoodies going into the water, couples making out in the lazy river.. its a kids place and alcohol should have a limit. The bathroom was super small, and the door dif not close all the way. More things should be included in your stay for the money. They also charge you 21 for parking 😒
