I have stayed at other units in this building previously. This was by far the best. So clean and beautifully decorated. Comfortable living room furniture. Beds were all a bit hard but lovely linens. My mom is in a wheel chair and this unit is completely accessible for her. I couldn't have asked for anything more from the host. I will absolutely book through him again.

Enjoyed our one night stay. Very cozy, quiet and a quick walk to the beach. Loved the balcony with views of the sunset on a clear night. Unlocking/locking the front and back doors were a bit of a challenge. There are instructions for the doors in the guest book, but we figured it out. The King size bed in the master was way too hard for my liking. This was a very spontaneous last minute trip for my husband and I, so I'm very grateful that this place was open to book for the weekend.

The house was very nice for our needs. Two older couples hanging out in Long Beach for 4-5 days. With the listing picture, we thought it was right next to the Arch. It is not. That was not the building. Therefore, our plan of parking the car & walking to town to eat etc didn't work, due to some mobility issues of walking to and from round trip approx 6 blocks. The boardwalk, nature & view from the house was nice. Communication with the host was responsive. Except after we found an issue in the house, there was no follow up to have the cleaner address the issue while we were there. So we dealt with the issue for a couple of days, without any further follow up from the host during or after our visit, which was a surprise bcuz the host was very responsive up to this point. The other issue, the host is aware of however unable to do anything about it. That's the lock getting into the house. Extremely difficult but without changing all locks thru out the complex, there is nothing that can be done. Would we stay again, yes. .

Great location, great place, unlocking the front door sucks. The direction for how to unlock the front door are correct. Insert key, lift door lever 45 degrees, turn key full to the right. Took five minute to get open first time, then most of the time didn't unlock, we just left the door unlocked.

We absolutely loved this location, very quiet and calming. Right on the beach with beautiful views of the ocean and local wildlife. The room was as advertised, spacious, yet cozy! Such a lovely, well appointed unit with everything we needed to enjoy our short stay. Direct walk to the beach or boardwalk. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and cooking equipment. Ground coffee, salt pepper and oil provided. Quick drive into town for whatever you need. The weather wasn’t the best, but we enjoyed the games and foosball table. Would definitely return!
Such a lovely, well appointed unit with everything we needed to enjoy our short stay. Direct walk to the beach or boardwalk. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and cooking equipment. Ground coffee, salt pepper and oil provided. Quick drive into town for whatever you need. The weather wasn’t the best, but we enjoyed the games and foosball table. Would definitely return!

This was a very lovely location and condo. The only thing we ran into was the listing with no gas bbq - we had brought our own which was not allowed but we could not find anything that stated that. Lastly, the front door was challenging to navigate. Thank you for your communication and sharing your lovely spot. Nikki
