The internet wasn’t working for a few days. Every time we asked about the internet being down we were given attitude. The room had old cookie wrapper in the drawer from previous visitor .

It was comfortable staying here i just wish they was transparent about the hot tub being out of order - and one of the gym machines was not working- other than that and the various people hanging out in the parking lot / smoking- it was a good stay. I did noticed the water damage on the doors but the atmosphere smelt fresh and clean- since hotels are frugal with hot water - the hot water here was the BEST part! Although i dont believe i should be reimbursed for the hot tub and they gym since it was one of the main attractions of why i booked. I spoke with the lady at the front desk and she made light of the matter instead of offering a accommodation.

It was terrible. The rooms were nasty. They looked bad things was not working in the room Also the elevator was not working so we had to walk up three flights of stairs with several kids and the rooms was also not clean properly.

The hotel is located in a great area nearby shopping food, 2 malls. its kinda clean and affordable. My only complaint is the 1 elevator, its so slow you have time to go get something from your car and return, it should be renovated. the hot water takes exactly 8 minutes running to heat heat so you turn it on and then return to wash up later. but other than the super slow elevator and wait for it hot water its a very nice place to stay.

The staff was friendly breakfast fine however the WiFi was up when I arrived on Thursday night but went down from early Friday morning and didn’t come back up by the time I left on Saturday. This was a huge inconvenience as I’m out of town and couldn’t connect with my children, family members and also missed a very important zoom meeting.

It was Okay, the hotel needs a little TLC, the ice machine on the forth floor where we were didn’t work. The elevator was slow finally went out on the weekend for two days but the. Breakfast was good.

The hotel was okay. We were able to check in quickly. After check in we went up to the room to eat our lunch then after go being our things into the room, room was on the 3rd floor. We got our belongings out of the car and re eneter thr hotel to be told the elevator is not working at the moment. We didnt mind we sat in the lobby for about 30 minutes before being told there is no eta on when the elevator will be fixed. The front desk staff was very kind and offered us a room on the first floor. We moved to the first floor. The room was a bit nicer which im sure was bc it was on the 1st floor. My husband woke up in the middle of the night for some water and saw 2 german roaches. He was able to kill one and the other ran. The second night i killed a couple in the bathroom. The hotel overall has potential and could be very nice if only they had an exterminator to bomb the place. Also, would have been nice to have been offered some type of discount or a extra night stay for not only having to move our room, but having to sleep with cockroaches.

The lobby appeared clean enough but the room itself smelled like someone's stale, frowsy body odor was trapped in the curtains, a/c & vents - I immediately put 3 Airwick plug-ins in strategic spots to TRY to erase the malodorous fumes, with marginal success. After discovering a crumpled Snickers wrapper under an a/c when my watch fell & I reached to get it AND having no room service provided despite requesting on their schedule on more than one occasion, I understand fully why the unit reeked as it did when I arrived - cleanliness & hotel hygiene appear not to be priorities for these employees. The kicker was when a male employee tried repeatedly to enter the room while I was in it - despite the fact that the DND sign was on the door AND it was latched from inside. Only a call to the manager at the front desk made him stop trying to enter a private space in which he had no business being. I don't know WHAT the modus operandi of this location's management might be, but with the kind of staff I encountered there, it appears providing quality service to a longer term guest was not high on the list. As someone in Florida working to accomplish an objective before returning home, I hope to have the basic conveniences for which I am paying, provided - with safety, privacy & cleanliness topping MY list. Which means that this location doesn't. Thankfully, like everything else in life (good & bad) & it ended. All I can say is, you can make a BETTER Choice, I already did!

I would like a full refund. Nothing looked like the pics, people screaming about the amenities. Staff made us wait cuz a door dash driver lost his keys. We looked at 2 separate rooms and they were both gross and dirty, including bugs

This property was dirty and had a funky smell. Our toilet greeted us with remnants of feces inside and urine around the toilet on the floor. There were also roaches in our room. A person in my party suggested that we request a room change but based on the smell of the hotel, we kept the room because we doubted that we would get a clean room. We opted to purchase bleach and toilet bowl cleaner to sanitize the place ourselves. Only thing nice about the location is they are close to shopping outlets.

When I had checked in my husband and I with our 3 children had just arrived from a 16 hours drive from New Jersey. There was only one receptionist but she was great and very nice. We got to our room and it was so back, roaches and hair all over the bathroom that I tried to clean it and I just couldn't stomach to stay there. Called the front desk, she was alone and she tried to have me look at 2 other rooms but they were if not worse just as bad. I ended up checking out not even a hour later and booked a hotel room somewhere else and left. Went back the next day to speak with the manager and she was professional and gave me a refund back. I expressed my concerns of what could going into my bags, my kids sleeping there. Not comfortable I would never go back

We checked in and when we got to room, no linens for putt out couch. We were given sheets to make up bed. We had an issue that sink would not drain. We reported to front desk. The sink would not drain for two days with a family of 6 using tub to wash and brush teeth. The repair person came as we checked out. Good sized room but has a few issues. The TV in sitting area wouldn’t work and when we got it to turn on, had only one Chanel.

This was our first time staying here. There was three adults and two toddlers. Pull out sofa looked like the sheets had not been changed in quite some time and the mattress was paper thin. Everytime the person sleeping on it moved around, you could hear all the movement of the springs. The queen sized beds were comfortable enough for a one night stay. Sheets were clean, pillows deflated to pancakes after a few minutes of laying on them. We liked that the queen beds were in a separate place for privacy in the room. Bathroom is spacious but dated. We heard people all night long in the hallways and slamming of doors. I don't know if it's like that all the time or if this was an exception because of New Year's. Staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast was surprisingly much better than I had expected. Eggs, sausage, bagels, muffins, coffee water, juice. Self serve waffle maker. Would stay again for one night, for multiple nights may be more comfortable elsewhere.

The property was very clean. It was a good room. I will definitely stay at the comfort again maybe not this location. the staff was rude, they told me I was smoking on the property and locked me out of my room and when I asked what was going on, they said one of the housekeepers thought they smelled smoke and wasn’t sure where it was coming from I was very disappointed. also no one came to service the room to bring clean towels or anything when I left for breakfast on the checkout day and came back at 9 AM. A housekeeper was already turning my room when I had not yet checked out. I am so glad I removed my belongings that morning. I was very disappointed in the staff at this property. The hotel itself was amazing.

Requested minor room service my second day, they only change the towels, they did not make the bed nor threw out the garbage. My biggest issue was when we returned after 10 that night, our room door was left open all those hours. I reported it to front desk that night, and was told a note was made, and to come back in the morning when the manager is there. Upon my return that morning, I was told the manager won’t be in until after 2 that afternoon and check out was at 11am. I need to be compensated for that.

Your front desk crew,especially the lady at night needs retraining on hospitality. Doesn't even look at you when you're talking to her. Her tv show on her phone was loud enough for me to hear it and atleast try to make sure no customers are around when you're going to be talking and cussing on your phone. Never smiled or said welcome. Not really qualified for hospitality work. Seemed like you were bothering her.

Staff was extremely rude to my wife at check in. Bathroom tub was dirty and there was no shampoo - I’m glad we brought our own because I’m sure the front desk woman wouldn’t have cared . Very unhappy with how we were treated my wife called a week ago and was told it was a double bed but upon getting here it was a king and pull out couch. Asked if we could switch and were told no because we walked in the room . The pull out bed was very uncomfortable for our kids as well. We will not stay at a hotel like this again ! 250.00 bucks for crap !

We came to stay to be close to the ports. It is in a rough area. The rooms while clean smelled like mold and old cigarettes. The building is deteriorating. I didn't feel the purpose is to provide hospitality but just rooms for guests to party in. I would never stay again and wouldn't recommend.

The price was reasonable through Hotels. Com. This is an all suite, no smoking location. Breakfast is included which is a hot buffet. On my stay there were eggs, sausage, and do it yourself Belgian Waffles. Along with fruit, yogurt, bread, bagels, and cold and hot cereals. They also had jelly's and butter and cream cheese. I had a studio suite with a king bed and convertible couch. There was a small fridge with a freezer compartment, a large flat screen TV and work desk. The bathroom had a large counter with a single sink and a tub/shower. No safe in the room. Comfortable room friendly staff. There was an outdoor pool, which I didn't use. There was an exercise room and a business room with I believe 2 terminals. I would definitely recommend this hotel !!

Good place to stay. Breakfast was good - egg omelets, sausage, cereal, muffins, yogurt and more. Hallway rug needs to be replaced or deeply cleaned. Weather was too. Weather was cool and rainy so we didn’t get to use the pool or tub unfortunately. Shampoo was empty when we went to use it! No microwave in the room. No spare roll of toilet paper. Minor inconvenience but factored into my rating.
