Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very comfortable weather, cool mornings and warm (not hot) afternoons on the beach with a nice breeze. Very few people on the beach. Oceanwood is nestled under beautiful Live Oaks.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect size and location for my family of four and our mini-Aussie. Easy and short walk to the beach; close to village. For all of that, excellent rental price. The condo does need major updating in all ways, we noticed a few bugs, and what we believed to be rodent droppings. It was also extremely hot upon arrival and we had to get several fans going upstairs to help cool it down. It remained rather warm upstairs our entire stay. Also horrible smell coming from clogged garbage disposal. Overall, with some simple attention to details, updating and repairs, we’d definitely stay again for the location.
