Receiving the room code on the day people travel is not good. Phones are on airplane mode. The code should be given a few days before arrival or at least make it very clear that it is received in email and text on the arrival day. Both air conditioning units blew out black stuff that was disgusting.

The duvet cover was dirty with blood stain and a sticker on it, clearly not replaced. No staff was at the property site past 5 pm to replace it. Not the level of hygiene control and service expected at this price.

I've stayed at this location in the past and it was just fine. Units at the lower levels, close to the highway should be avoided. The closest unit, where we stayed is 20 feet from the highway, with no sound proofing. With windows always open, it is loud. The rest of the unit is pretty run down too. I think other units are much better and further from the main highway.
