The house was very lovely and cozy. We brought our two dogs and they absolutely loved the huge fenced in yard as did we! The fire pit was wonderful as well. Would definitely stay here again!

My stay was much better than I could have imagined. The properties backyard was a huge fan favorite for both my kids, my dog, and myself. This made for a great relaxing spot to stay when we were not at the beach. The grill and the fire pit were a huge plus as well. Once inside the property may feel small to some, but the layout of the furniture actually helped maximize the space. The washer and dryer were top notch and helped save time so we didn't have to do it after we departed. The seasonal beach tags allowed us to take advantage of Cape May Beach as well as the local Bayside beaches in the Villas. The location is close to many fun attractions outside the beach and the restaurants were top notch. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to experience Cape May by themselves or with their family.

The property is exactly as stated. Cute front porch with bistro set to enjoy morning coffee. Cute detached back deck with table & chairs, gas grill(did not use), fire pit. Nice fenced in yard… dogs really enjoyed. Outdoor shower was great after day at beach. Plenty of beach chairs supplied as well as beach tags. Lyn and Anthony were great to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Look forward to another stay. Possibly, next time we will stay at one of their other rentals closer to bay! Either way looking forward to another stay! Thanks again!

Upon arrival, the house itself was clean, well kempt and organized woth provided linens and kitchen utensils, even some firewood! The fenced in backyard with fire pit was a great asset as not many places allow pets. Noted there is an added pet cleaning fee, which we were aware of and accepted. Check in and check out were very easy. And when we ran out of trash bags, the host quickly dropped some off for us. Good place for families, or in my case, to stay for 6 adults hanging out, spending time with each other. Close driving distance to the beach, Cape May breweries and restaurants. Walking distance to the local coffee house. Would stay here again and recommend to others as well.

We had a great time here - the fenced in yard was nice, our dogs enjoyed the freedom to run around and play. The house was comfortable and the AC worked well. Beaches and restaurants are only a short drive away. Would stay again.

As advertised and extremely pet friendly (the fenced in yard was perfect). The neighborhood has some really good/cool shore eats and was close to everywhere you’d want to go in the area. We would definitely like to stay (and use the outdoor fire pit because we didn’t have time)

Check in and check out were very easy. And when we ran out of trash bags, the host quickly dropped some off for us. Bedrooms too small for the beds 1 person right up against the wall has to crawl over other person to get out of bed. Floor is really sketchy in some areas of the house particularly the bathroom ( thought I was going to put my foot through the floor on several occasions. Do not plan on TV for any entertainment more of just a decoration for the living room. If you want to relax and watch football without dragging yourself out to a bar this is not your property!

Great little house with yard, bike-friendly neighborhood, playground close by. Convenient to Cape May proper. Lots of nearby good food options. Beds were comfy, washer/dryer was fantastic, hosts were very responsive. Weather wasn’t good so we didn’t use the yard but it had great potential!

This house is located in a neighborhood called villas. This is in cape May county, but not close to the vacation area of cape May. It is - 15 minute drive. The block it is on is behind parking lots of a couple of business and has a weird feel. The house itself was sweltering hot. The AC seemed to only work in the late evening. All day the house would stay around 81 degrees. We reached out immediately but did not get a phone call until we were gone. My husband who has medical issues and does not do well in heat had to go a with my older son to a hotel in wildwood. Because we had our dog with us and could not get a hotel to take dogs I had to stay in the house. We threw in the towel, cut our family vacation short and went home. Sitting in an 82 degree house is not A vacation. Very disappointing.

This was our second stay at seagulls nest and it was even better than the first time. As usual it was super clean and so accommodating. The inside and outside of this adorable house was perfect. The yard and the decor inside was so cozy and comfortable. John and Lynn were so kind and attentive and quick to respond. We will be returning again hopefully before the year is over.

We had a wonderful stay here for a long weekend. The house is centrally located so that you can be just about anywhere in Cape May in 15 minutes, while being away from the crowds. The yard was nice and big for our dog to run around in and the house was definite pet friendly. We really enjoyed it here.
We had a wonderful stay here for a long weekend. The house is centrally located so that you can be just about anywhere in Cape May in 15 minutes, while being away from the crowds. What a wonderful weekend in November for my best friends birthday getaway! The host was very informative with provided details and constant communication from the moment I booked. Upon arrival, the house itself was clean, well kempt and organized woth provided linens and kitchen utensils, even some firewood! The fenced in backyard with fire pit was a great asset as not many places allow pets. Noted there is an added pet cleaning fee, which we were aware of and accepted. Check in and check out were very easy. And when we ran out of trash bags, the host quickly dropped some off for us. Good place for families, or in my case, to stay for 6 adults hanging out, spending time with each other. Close driving distance to the beach, Cape May breweries and restaurants. Walking distance to the local coffee house. Would stay here again and recommend to others as well.

The property was very cute and cozy. The house was very clean. The yard was great for our dog. We were 15 mins from all the places we wanted to visit.

This house is located in a neighborhood called villas. This is in cape May county, but not close to the vacation area of cape May. It is - 15 minute drive. The block it is on is behind parking lots of a couple of business and has a weird feel. The house itself was sweltering hot. The AC seemed to only work in the late evening. All day the house would stay around 81 degrees. We reached out immediately but did not get a phone call until we were gone. My husband who has medical issues and does not do well in heat had to go a with my older son to a hotel in wildwood. Because we had our dog with us and could not get a hotel to take dogs I had to stay in the house. We threw in the towel, cut our family vacation short and went home. Sitting in an 82 degree house is not A vacation. Very disappointing.

Quaint little cottage with excellent yard for my pup. Well maintained and clean with an excellent location to go to the beach in the Villas and only a short drive to Cape May or Wildwood. Had excellent communication with the property manager and helped me out of a bind quickly and pleasantly. Would highly recommend This place

The house has all thats needed to enjoy your stay at Cape May Villas. The property has been set up nice, with comforable beds, cold AC, ceiling fans, hot shower, and a functional kitchen. The beech is close by, go down any street and park and head out into the sand. Or head to Cape May down town for the east sun raise and beatiful beeches. Beech passes are at the house for your use and connvience. Make sure you go see the Zoo and spend some time shopping down town. The resturants are great, with take available and the house is walking distance for ice cream. We will return to this one again thank you Anthony.
