What a gorgeous property! This is truly home on the range. Our little cabin had a beautiful view, tons of privacy and all the amenities. The restaurant on site was delicious as well. The horseback ride was incredible and the staff was super friendly! Only thing that would make it better would be a pool or hot tub. Loved this place and wished we had stayed longer!

We arrived at Zion Mountain Ranch on July 21 and checked into Cabin 107. Upon entering, we immediately discovered extensive spider infestations throughout the cabin. There were large cobweb nests and well over a dozen spiders crawling throughout the bathroom, windows, ceiling, walls, closets, and even in one of the beds. We contacted the front desk, and an employee was sent to the cabin carrying a can of Raid. He stated that spraying the cabin would resolve the problem. I declined, as I was not willing to have my wife and children stay in a spider-infested cabin that had just been sprayed with insecticide. We were then relocated to Cabin 161, but unfortunately it was in similar condition, with numerous large spider webs and insects still crawling across the floor. I have photographs documenting the conditions in both cabins. At that point, we returned to the front desk and requested a full refund. The employee explained that he was unable to process it himself and assured us that the manager, Dallas, would contact me to issue the refund. Despite providing all of my contact information, nearly two weeks have passed without a phone call, email, or refund. Today I called again and was once more told that Dallas would call me back. This matter has already taken far longer than it should have.

The Zion Mountain Ranch was an absolute joy to stay at. We stopped here for a night before our visit to Zion National Park and wish we spent longer here. The ranch is absolutely picturesque… amazing to watch the bison herd, horses, and the rest of the grounds from our cabin porch in the evening and morning. The staff were absolutely delightful. The restaurant was flat out delicious. And the cabin had every comfort we could have desired: clean, comfortable, quiet, and quaint. Looking forward to another trip here in the future.
