The property is being renovated, however the breakfast was very nice and and the staff were very kind as well. The only downside to my stay was the satellite tv has only a couple of local channels due to the building being renovated. My room was very comfortable, plenty of towels, and workspace.

Everything was good BUT the whole reason for choosing this Hotel was for the Pool. Once we checked in we were told theres No Pool! We weren't checked in more then 5 minutes so we decided to ask if we can just Cancel but we were told we couldnt get a refund! We had no choice but to stay the night and choose a different Hotel the rest of the week.

It is a property without proper maintenance, the carpet too dirty, the water in the gym tasted like it had been stored for weeks, the wallpaper in the bathroom peeling off, the lampshade broken, the shower curtain too short sitting let the water come out. the bed and the pillows very good.

My family and I have always used this hotel as a place to stay when we stay in Las Cruces and it’s been a reliable place for cleanliness and customer service. I rated this a 1 star in cleanliness because there was dog pee on our bed. The order was pungent and distinct. I knew immediately. When I turned the light on I was able to see discoloration in the bedding. The only thing that I can figure is that prior to our stay, our bedding was not changed out. I want to note this was not the outer cover either. What I did like about our stay was that the rooms are being renovated and our room was one of the newer ones, and it looked nice. In addition the staff was very friendly and the front desk lady came to up and gladly changed our bedding for us. She was super kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. I am not sure if we would stay again.

Property is old, carpet in hallway dirty. Although property is being remodeled trash very visible on side of building, Shower has a crack in it, stone around sink stained. Wallpaper peeling. Was not worth the price at all.

The front staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The room was clean and spacious and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. They also offer a good breakfast selection that is included with your stay. The location was also convenient. We have children that attend NMSU and have stayed in Las Cruces many times. I think we've found our new go-to hotel for our future trips here.

My reservation included an "accessible room". I wonder what this might mean. There were no grab bars in the shower; none around the commode. There was no toilet paper holder. We were told that there was construction going on only when we arrived at the hotel. No information about ongoing construction prior to that and, as a result, no ability to modify or change reservation. Among other things, we were awoken at about 6:30am to the sounds of workmen. In our opinion it is quite manipulative and irresponsible to inform potential customers only upon arrival that there is ongoing construction.

The only negative about this hotel was the noise! Not from outside, but inside. Sounds from floor above us carried through the ceiling like it was paper, and the door had a one inch space under it, so hallway noise was bad as well. Everything else was so nice!

Arrived late at night and there was ample parking. Hotel is being renovated through October but you’d never know it if it weren’t for the pile of tv boxes in the dumpster. Rooms were very clean and updated. Bed was amazing. Would definitely stay again when driving through.

Were made to wait for over an hour because the "soap dispenser needed to be glued back on to the shower wall". Multiple ppl were checked-in as we waited. I asked to speak to a mngr., and was told there was "no manager on site". We were told to come back, and that someone would call us when room was ready. After an hour and no call, I called hotel and was told room was ready. Got to room and the soap dispenser had detached again and was on the shower floor, along with the workers shoe prints. We were unnecessarily made to wait for over 2hrs.

Was told that the property was pet friendly and nothing was said about any pet fees when booking, then when I got here they charged me a $75 non refundable pet fee and the man at the desk was very rude about it. I booked a room with a king bed and he gave us a room with two queens instead and said he wouldn’t change us to the room I booked because we booked through Expedia. Overall definitely will not be staying here again.

The property was being renovating which we did not know when we booked. We also stayed one night last Thursday and tried to cancel this booking but it was too late. We apparently booked different rooms for the 2 nights so we requested to be switched to the same type of room which was actually less money. We were told they could not change anything because we booked through a third party. I then called Expedia customer service and spoke to who was very nice and helpful. They tried calling the hotel and they said they were booked and could not switch us. I am not sure this is true as the parking lot was empty and there was only 7 people at breakfast.

A tired and worn hotel. Normally I love staying at Hampton Inn. This one backs onto a Walmart shopping center. Great for stocking up on goodies I guess. The hotel is sort of all by itself. Restaurants tare a short drive away on I-25. So if one has no car then it's stocking up on some food at Walmart.

I booked through Expedia and apparently they were “over booked”?I did not get the suite I paid for and was expecting! The toilet did not flush…I had to fix it myself! There was no TV available..they said there dish was out! The indoor pool was freezing and the hot tub was “warm” not hot at all.. there was very limited seating for breakfast…and the food was cold!!! O stall very disappointing!!

The room was very nice and updated. The bathroom was large and well-lit. We arrived at 4:15 pm and our room was not ready. We had to wait 1/2 hour more. There was only one elevator operating and it was very slow. The breakfast was not up to the standard of other Hampton Inns we have stayed at. The hot water for tea and the oatmeal were warm, not hot.
