It was horrible- no where during my booking was I told that construction was happening or no hot tub or that pool was closed - or that animals allowed - the workout equipment was dirty with dust. The shower water pressure was like a sprinkle- it was my 72nd birthday and I wanted all things that were missing and my breakfast was not free as advertised- it was a flop

Was centrally located to numerous shopping malls, restaurants, hospitals.Hotel was quiet, but don't plan on watching much tv. Very limited cable. Laundry facility was convenient. In hotel restaurant was a little pricey. But plenty of choices in the area . Overall would recommend.

We booked this property because of the indoor pool and wasVERY disappointed that it was closed. When the front desk was asked they said it was not mentioned on Hotels.com but only on their website

The hotel is being renovated, and the workers seemed to be working constantly (24/7). "Plastic walls" were put up and taken down, even blocking access to the lobby. Dust, wet paint, tile-less floors were common. When I wanted to checked in, I was told to walk across a piece of wood to get to the reception desk. The beds, however, were very comfortable, and the room was quiet.

Very nice clean hotel only complaint was the pool water was ice cold and the shower water took forever to get warm. Barry from the front desk needs training could not even print a receipt!!

Nick was wonderful at check in. There were plenty of a variety of places to eat. Bar/Lounge at the entrance. Many amenities in room as well as Hotel itself. Hidden Gem!

We checked into our room. The sheets were dirty(Huge stain). I notified the manager that we would like to change rooms. I was told that they could not move us to another room, but instead brought sheets for us to change the bed ourselves. Also there was only one set of towels. I called the manager again and was told that I could come to get them at the front desk because they had no maid service on duty to bring them up to us. We have stayed here before and never had this type of experience. I hate that this place has gone down hill. The manager was not helpful in anyway. Actually he did not care. And they were charging over $ 400 a night

They didn’t clean the toilet and left toilet paper from the last person. When we told the staff the hm came out and handed us a plunger and told us to clean it. We tried calling down but the phones weren’t working either.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The location is close to everything in the area. The breakfast buffet was okay but the dining area and staff were very nice. The indoor pool was cold and the room was dirty when we checked in (I.e., desk and end tables had spilled drinks on them).

Great staff and clean Said nothing about our room would look out on HVAC units- not OK Website says has room service- does not Phone didn’t work Ran out of soap on beginning of 2nd day in shower so they clearly aren’t checking how full the bottles Are in the shower Toilet paper awful No sound proofing at all- Could hear people next door normal talking to their kids and lots of disturbance to any peace- not the family’s fault- no soundproofing at all No ability to park close at night

Check-in was terrible, couldn’t do digital key, they had no idea of the cost, they held us at the counter for 15 mins while they figured it out. Fridge in the room was not plugged in…I guess that is because it doesn’t work. Good thing we had a cooler or we would have been screwed with my wife’s medications.

There was no table, chairs or sofa in room. Evidently they were remodeling. Our room was big enough for both but all that was available was a very uncomfortable desk chair. Asked to relocate to another room but was told all the other rooms were the same.

Their renovations are complete. Of the places I stayed at this time, this one had the most comfortable bed. I wish they had Reelz TV station. The person who checked me in didn't mention breakfast. They at least used to have breakfast.

Booked this room on our way back home from being on a getaway and a surprise engagement. Everyone at the hotel was amazing! It’s Mothers Day weekend and even housekeeping spoke and said hello and happy Mother’s Day as they walked by. And not to mention everything is clean and stocked in the rooms as far as towels, coffee supplies and such. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area again!!

Little to no entertainment. Also, management is terrible. Our stay was Fri- Sun. When booking the room, I had an old card, but provided them with an updated card once I got to the hotel. Sun morning around 8am (3hrs before checkout), the manager comes knocking on our room door. He automatically goes to assume there’s no money on my card when they charge the card. *Whole time they had never charged the active card * He states “There’s no money on your card. You have 10 minutes to pay or I am calling the police for trespassing.” Completely thrown off, I go downstairs to handle this situation & he admits to charging the old card, which should have been deleted once I checked in Fri. Attitude was very nasty, nice hotel but would never stay again.

Requested a pack n play since the morning of checking in and was told it would be ready at check in. When we arrived at the hotel, without our pack n play for my one year old since the hotel promised one, we were disappointed to hear that front desk didn’t even know they had them, had no idea if they had them. So we are left with no pack n play and a bad night of sleep with a one year old. Not the kind of night I expected.

The hotel has a greenway starting right beside it that follows a creek. It's a really nice place to take a walk or run. The hotel itself is nice and clean. It's in a safe, quiet area. We'll definitely stay there again.

My Wife and I stayed here due to having to leave another hotel chain nearby because of bugs. We were treated like we mattered as guest at Hilton Garden. Check in was quick, the restaurant was awesome. The bar and staff were amazing. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Winston Salem. Hilton Garden you rock!!
