The lady working in the coffee shop was the worst- she was only person there at 730am on 8/26/2026. She was in the back hallway on her phone. I waited patiently for approximately 3 minutes. She finally decided to get off her phone and come help me. I asked what's in your Amerciano coffee and she says coffee in a rude manner. I wont be back in your hotel

The hotel is immaculate. It looks very recently renovated. The hotel staff is great. The restaurant staff that we interacted with aren't the warmest or most on top of things. I brought my family along on this trip as I was under the impression it was family friendly. The pool area is definitely not geared toward small children. On weekends, they bring a DJ in and the pool has a much more club feel to it. There are no limits on bathing suits in the pool area so your kids may have questions about thong bikinis and gstrings, so be prepared! Great place to go for just adults, but in hindsight, may not be the greatest for young kids.
