Don’t try to park here. There is never any parking spaces available for paying customers that stay at this hotel. The staff and everyone were amazing but they need to fix their parking situation.

The property was difficult to drive into. There is a parking area available but you need a hotel room key to open it. We parked at a restaurant half a block away and walked to the hotel to check in, get a room key and then access the parking area. Same issues upon leaving after checking out. We turned in the room key so couldn't leave the parking area. Thankfully someone behind us used their key and let us out. Also one of the elevators didn't work so we made several trips up and down stairs with luggage

This property is really really nice but the parking not so much. Very limited parking around the hotel so you have to park either in a very limited smaller lot or literally a dirty field that has zero lighting and still pay $25 a night. Kinda scary!! Both times I’ve stayed there it’s been this way and I have to get up early and move my car when a space is available. But again like I said the hotel itself is clean and nice. I definitely recommend the club level on the 7th floor.

We were very comfortable during our stay. The room was clean, the staff were friendly. The pool, hot tub and workout room were nice. Everything we needed was within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Disappointing and Unhygienic Stay I checked in late after 10:30 PM, exhausted from a long day, only to find a dirty pillow with visible booger and saliva stains. It was absolutely disgusting. Since there was no staff available to bring a replacement, I had to go down to the lobby myself just to get a new pillow and pillowcase. To make matters worse, they didn’t have any replacement bedsheets, so I had to sleep on questionable linens. The lack of cleanliness and service was beyond frustrating. Definitely not the experience I expected, and I will not be returning.

Everyone was so kind and friendly, clean lobby and rooms. I was not aware that breakfast was going to be extra (i only needed breakfast for one day) this was not noted upon booking. Regardless, happy with my stay and will book again on my next Disney trip.

Being close to Disneyland - without having to "be" there - was a nice change. Quick drive up, and around decent things like Target and Cane's for a quick bite. We did have to move rooms due to the AC unit not working in the first. The second room was much nicer, and beds seemed more new. The first room appeared to be some kind of hearing-impaired unit, with a doorbell that lit up a light inside the room. Second was just a regular room and was in much better shape. Pool was smaller, but nice (it's salt water, FYI - not chlorine). Staff were very friendly and fast in accommodating requests like more towels. Was here for 4 nights, and everything went just fine with family and kiddo with us.

Balcony was useless - the AC vents hot air so can’t stand in the balcony ever. Hot tub and pool had sand in them. Our room was on the main road side and excessively loud, even on the top 7th floor. Complained to front desk and they said they were full but would get us into another room the next day - but no one from the hotel bothered to follow up with us.

Very nice and clean hotel. Staff was kind and friendly. Bed was comfortable. Only thing I didn’t like was the shower pressure. I am 5ft 2, the shower head was so high off the ground that I was misted during the shower. Will definitely stay again. Not too far from Disney. Definitely not walking distance to Disney. Target is across the street which was helpful for traveling with children. Parking was a bit expensive and hard to find a close spot to the entrance later in the evening. It was very quiet inside the hallway and rooms. (Bonus when having children with you). Thank you for making our stay comfortable.

The property was clean and generally good. The staff were friendly, and the check-in process was smooth. However, my room (and possibly others) was only separated from the next room by a door, which affected privacy. There was a party all night in the room next to mine, and the noise made it feel far from private, even though I was alone. If you’re staying with family, keep in mind that sound easily carries between rooms, which is unusual. It’s something to consider before booking this hotel, unless other rooms have a different setup.

First they hold same amount I paid in full with hotel.com with a deposit. Wish they warn you when booking. Beds are not the best. Pillows just wish I brought my own. WiFi was so slow for their tv Netflix. It was quiet and staff was nice

Everything was fantastic. Close to Disney, an easy Uber. The rooms are spacious and the beds are super comfy. Stayed on the club level in 2 rooms, enjoyed the breakfast, snacks and appetizers at dinner time. Would stay here again on our next trip to Disneyland. Would recommend 100%!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this hotel. I booked a room over a month in advance for my trip to Disneyland, but on the very day of my arrival, just a few hours before check-in, I received an email saying they no longer had any rooms available. I had already arrived at the airport and hadn’t even checked my email yet, so I would have gone to the hotel without knowing this if I hadn't checked later. This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. The lack of communication and the last-minute notice caused a lot of unnecessary stress, especially after traveling. I can't imagine what would have happened if I hadn't seen the email in time. I cannot recommend this hotel due to the unreliability and poor customer service.

Our toilet was clogged and called front desk and they said maintenance was gone for the night and they would bring a plunger. Never did. Next morning we let them know about it again at the front desk and they said they would fix it while we were gone. Came back and still wasn’t fixed. Called front desk yet again and they finally sent the maintenance guy and he was in and out of the room for about a hour and half and finally got it fixed and was told that the general manager would get ahold of us for a partial refund and it’s been days and have called several times with no response. I advise not to book as they do not follow thru with there word..

About a 5 min drive From Disney is a plus! Props to Chloe for being an amazing host. She took care my girlfriend and I when we checked in! We stayed in quite a few hotels in Orange County and this is our favorite location now.

Customer service at check in was very unsatisfactory. I arrived early at anpproxinately 11:15am and was told that my room should be ready between 12pm and 1pm for an early check-in. I returned around 12:20pm and spoke with the same rep who then spoke as if she had just discussed the matter with me less than an hour prior (mins you it was not busy) and she told me check-in would not be until 4pm. I wish I could give the Sheraton Garden Grove-Anaheim South Hotel a better review, but our experience was very disappointing and stressful. Communication and service are severely lacking at this hotel – I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want a smooth and comfortable stay in Anaheim.

This hotel is in a nice and safe area with many stores, restaurants and gas stations 5 minutes away, and disneyland being 10 minutes away. it was super easy check in and they had good service, they gave us everything we asked for right away. the room was clean bed was comfortable overall a 10/10 i would stay again.

Nice hotel with amazing staff. Great location. Many trendy restaurants within walking distance. Disneyland about 10 minutes away, Target is across the street. Rooms are spacious. Only knock on the property is the carpet could use upgrading. Will definitely stay again

Me and my boyfriend always stay here when we go to Disney and every time it’s such a good stay. The staff at the front desk are always nice and greet us every time we come in or are leaving. The rooms are always very clean and nice. I love that the shuttle bus comes right in front of the hotel which is so convenient. I also love how safe the parking lot feels as you have to have a key to get into the lot. I’ve only stayed here twice but both times will definitely keep me coming back.

Staff was great. Room was great. They tried to get me to put down a deposit when we got there. They said it was $100 a day. We were staying 4 nights and they wanted to charge $650! That did not make any sense and $100 a day was too much already. They said they always charge more. Also, club level had no variety for breakfast. It was all the same for 4 days and it was not very good. Staff in that lounge were very nice and helpful.

This was our second visit to this nice hotel. The staff here is so helpful and sweet. The hotel restaurant is a great option for breakfast, dinner or drinks. The beds are comfortable. My only complaint is the pillows. They quickly become ver flat. We love everything else though!
