For a hotel in Cordele GA it’s nice. This is not 5 star luxury, but the staff are friendly and the rooms are very spacious. I wish it had been cleaner- pool was filthy- I did not allow the kids to swim. The woman in the breakfast area was seriously one of the nicest women I’ve ever been served by….she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The staff were all incredibly polite…place just need a good clean and some updating.

Was there for homecoming… the room was clean but the toilet wasn’t as clean as it could. It was build up at the bottom. The venting machine was down. The coffee machine, ice bucket and cups were in the bathroom.

This hotel was very outdated, smelt of marijuana in the hallways. Checked in and went to our room pulled the comforter back and the sheets were stained and the comforter was stained. Did not stay told front desk they said I would have to contact Expedia and after contacting Expedia the hotel property manager would not refund our money. It cost us 200$. Very poor and would not recommend at all.

We stayed here on our way to Gatlinburg after Christmas. The person that checked us in was very courteous and efficient. Everyone that we met was kind. The room was excellent and very clean. I’m picky about cleanliness and it met my expectations! Would definitely stay again.

This hotel clearly does not change all beding. When I arrived, I could clearly see that the duvet had dirt stains on it. Further, as I was inspecting the pillows 2 pillow cases were also dirty with stains on them. So, when I went down stairs to inquire with the desk clerk if their was a night housekeeper on duty….she replied No and when she went to look for a duvet for another guest earlier that she could not find one. Enclosing, I truly believe that they give people who rents there rooms through your site , rooms that have issues. Because the bath tube did not drain properly either. I not only am reporting this to y’all but also directly to Choice Hotels because I’ve been a member for over 20 years and this is Rediculous.

This is the worst hotel I've stayed at in a long time. The check in personnel was rude. The restroom in the lobby was disgusting. The gym area air conditioner did not work. The filter in the room was so dirty it looked like muddy water. Save yourselves and never stay here!!! BEDBUGS

We have stayed in a lot of Choice hotels. While the hotel was ok, the noise was absolutely the worst I’ve ever experienced in any hotel. This hotel sits right at the interstate. Standard rooms all back to it. There was absolutely no noise barrier to the interstate. It was like it was running through your room. If that wasn’t bad enough, the air conditioner was roaring loud. My husband and I got no sleep. Breakfast was mediocre. I will not stay here again.

I've stayed at this hotel when they were new. Unfortunately it has gone downhill. The hotel rooms need renovation. The hallways smell wet and the rooms carpet smell wet and mildewey. The lamp had a pound of dust on it. The television screen was smudged. Everything was old and outdated. The only thing I was greatful for was the clean white sheets and towels. I believe in this hotel, please renovate and get a bettet clean up crew for the upkeep of the hotel.

There was emergency alarm on at 6:00 AM. And we were outside for an hr. But no emergency and stuffs didn’t even know why alarm was on. But no announcements what so ever. We just came back in and back to sleep. But alarm went on again at 8:30ish. And of course no announcement. We decided to just leave.

There were no sheets or blankets for the fold out couch. I called down to ask for some and was told "Yes ma'am, they're kept down here. I'll get some for you." About 20+ minutes go by and we still don't have them. I called again and was told I had to go get them because they can't leave the desk. Would've been nice to know that on 1st call. Bed sheets had several hairs between the layers and folds. Toilet had trouble flushing.

This Comfort Inn sits to the side of what used to be a small shopping area with a Waffle House nearby. All of those businesses, however, are closed giving the whole area a very desolate feeling. Hotel sits on the side of Interstate 75 and is very, very noisy with traffic and trucks going by all day and night. Ask if you can have a room on the street side as it is not as noisy as the highway side. I slept with a pillow over my head to block out the noise.

It was cute it was just for one night the room did have an odor so I had to spray some freshener in there to kill the scent it wasn't like a cigarette smell but it was kind of like an old smell there were parts of the room that probably needed an upgrade maybe the bathroom but I mean I understand because it's a smaller Country Town where it's mostly like truckers maybe that on their way to or business meeting just like a layover type situation so that's what I got from it but the hotel itself the outside is beautiful I love when you first walk in the stairs or like right there but I wasn't five star impressed but it's not a bad place I would recommend it if it's just for one night there was certain things that I did not like but it was all right

We won’t be staying there again. The pillows were incredibly horrible. The sheets were non breathable silky polyester. The old brown carpet needs to be replaced. There wasn’t any type of bread for toast by 8:15. The aide was in and out wiping but didn’t seem to notice. I asked when I was leaving about it and she didn’t say anything. The sausage was not cooked even close to done So needless to say breakfast was very bad. We were on the highway side and the truck noise was bad, but the air conditioner noise covered it pretty well.
