Excellent value, clean rooms, comfortable beds in a great location with Free parking. An arm of one of the chairs was broken and the bottom of the bathroom door was ratty. We thought about calling about the chair but decided to live with it. The lady who checked us in was very nice and accommodating.

Chariot Inn is a very clean, safe, quiet place to stay. I booked a room for New Year’s Eve because we were going to the Rose Bowl the following day. Pasadena is wildly over priced so I looked in Glendale. This is a good location with lots of restaurants around. The parking is free. The staff were so friendly and kind. I asked for special accommodations for my car and they kindly agreed. The room was simple. Nice tv, microwave, fridge. It was clean. The bed is a bit firm for my taste but it was fine. I would stay here again. Thank you to the staff for being so kind!

We traveled from Houston to attend a music festival. Staff was pleasant, room was clean, and it was quiet. Location was great - close to airport and The Rose Bowl. Lots of dining and cool shops nearby. Only negative is smaller parking lot. Would highly recommend.

Dated but safe & clean and excellent for the price! Fast food in walking distance, downtown & Portos only an 8 minute drive away. Free parking, mini fridge & microwave. Standard double queen had more than ample space for a family of 4. They accommodated our late check in as we were driving in from Nevada & check out was a breeze.

That’s the only negative comment I have on this place, otherwise the location was conveniently close to gas, food, the mall, and many of the LA attractions. The area seemed plenty safe, the WiFi worked well, parking was free/available. If pricing is a consideration for you then this place is worth the lower rate should be considered. Would stay again without question.

There were whiskers in my shower(I don’t shave; a tile in bath surround fell off revealing mold and filth, garbage outside rarely got emptied. 3 of 5 lights worked. Gross and disgusting

Overall, highly unpleasant. I woke up to find three gigantic roaches on the floor and in the bathtub. A couple of them were dead and one alive. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. So disgusting. I would never stay here again and can't believe I payed nearly $200 to stay here one night. So awful.

Very convenient,My only thing is that, my 1st stay there were food left in the fridge, and then the second stay there were hairs on the Pillow Cases, it seems the beddings haven't been changed. Housekeeping can do a better job, my suggestion.The Staff during check in was very helpful and pleasant. I would stay again.

This is definitely NOT a $200 a nite room. Shower chair was filthy, dried blood on towels. Shower floor was so slippery, i had to put a towel down on it to keep from falling. Patch work several places on the walls unpainted. It reminded me of a Motel 6, but i definitely didn't get what i paid for.

Carpet wasn’t vacuumed, dusty areas, old furniture, broken sink counter, found a dead cockroach on the carpet, hair dryer didn’t work, overall poor service & for what they charge it could be better but definitely not staying here again.

The non smoking room smelled a little like smoke. Definitely a no frills establishment. Expected more for $163 per night.

Property could use some cosmetic upgrades as rooms are kinda shabby looking. Shower and towels are good. Bed is comfortable. Toilet needs larger toilet seat. TV only gets about half of the stations listed on the TV station list. Housekeeping cleans the room everyday and provides fresh towels.

A friendly, accomodating staff. Great deal for the price. Walls are very thin (I could hear normal volum conversations from adjoining rooms) and I found the tv system to be unfathomable. I could never find local news and there was no option for prime channels that I could find. Still, it has a good location, good parking, and overall it was an okay experience.

The hotel is way too overpriced. I stayed at nicer hotels in that area for less money. The area around is nice, but the woman at the front desk was not! She had a bad attitude from the start. The staff lied saying we have a dog and they checked my room; they owe us an apology. Their bathroom clogged and they didn't fix it after I told the cleaning staff. Also the carpet was way too filthy; 2 pairs of my new socks were ruined!

We needed a place to stay for one night and called ahead to inform the hotel of our late arrival. We arrived around 11pm. We were tired. We were greeted by a cheerful attendant. Our room was very clean, and while the decor was a bit outdated, everything we needed—comfortable bed, fresh towels, and pillows—was all available. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Stayed here while I went to a UCLA football game. Super close to the Rose Bowl which was nice and was able to walk down to Dave’s Hot Chicken which was delicious. So many food options that are walking distance. I would stay here again.

Older hotel but well maintained. Exterior entry with car in front which is convenient. Though it said there was a coffee maker?? Lobby appears to be permanently closed and check in/out is through their night window only. Felt safe but its a sign and we would stay there again. Easy access to get to Dodger Stadium, yay!

No breakfast provided as advertised. Very disappointed that the hotel would use the lame excuse that it was because the Health Dept. required it because of COVID. That is just not true. The pandemic has been over for more than a year!

Do not expect coffee or breakfast, even if the website shows that they do. I asked if they had coffee in the room and was told they would have some in the morning. I went to the check in window and the gentleman made me 1 cup and gave it to me thru the window. They keep everything locked up. For the money, find another hotel that is not afraid of people.

Room was large and clean. We chose this place because it had a microwave and a refrigerator and both worked very well. We did not have a coffee maker. Front desk said we could get coffee after 7:00 a.m. When the lobby opened. We left at 7:15 a.m. And they still had not opened the lobby so we did not get coffee. That was a big deal to us. Otherwise everything was great. My friend thinks she left a necklace on the bed that may have gotten mixed in with the covers but it was not found at the hotel. It will hopefully be found in one of her bags.
