Everyone was very helpful from checking in to checking out. Nkeyy was very kind and helpful when I checked in even though my room wasn't ready and the evening staff at the front desk made check out easy and stress free

Nasty rooms and a terrible bathroom. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. My friend got sick during our stay, and there were a lot of cockroaches and spiders around the room. The bathroom was also very dirty. This completely ruined my vacation. I didn’t even stay for the entire reservation and left three days before my trip ended. I asked for a refund for the three remaining days that I did not stay, but they refused. They told me they would give me a new room, even though when I was leaving, I was told that I would receive a refund. I feel like I was completely scammed by this hotel. If you care about your safety and want to enjoy your vacation, do not stay here. I would strongly recommend looking somewhere else.

Terrible place to stay. Broken toilet knob, unusable wardrobe, key card stopped working multiple times. I would rather pay extra to stay at other locations. Not recommended at all.
