Construction around the property made it difficult to get to and maneuver around the parking lot. Cable TV was out that night for a while. Generally it was ok to stay the night. Location was good!

We liked the separate bedroom. The room was quiet and comfortable. The construction in front of the building was inconvenient and made entry confusing, however this is just a temporary issue.

The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to the Razorback Football Game! We booked the hotel for the location to the UA Campus and were planning to walk. So glad they had the shuttle. Staff was amazing!

Then room was nice but the main floor was under construction so all the other facilities were unavailable and it was noisy and dirty. Plus the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night multiple nights.

We stay at the Candlewood Suites frequently when we are in Fayetteville for baseball games. For the last several months, a construction project between the hotel and the busy 5 lane street it sits on has taken over and obscured its driveway. The hotel has no signage on the street to direct you how to get in to it. It is a hazard and needs to be corrected..

Not a good experience says pet friendly, but they charge you $75 for pet fee per night and the rooms they put you in with the pet smells like dog pee very unpleasant not happy with Hotels.com either for not giving good information on hotel and not please with the hotel for their Check in service room, cleanliness and overall don’t care attitude. I won’t be back not at all what I expected not at all as stated in the Hotels.com app. The room smelled of P and carpet was dirty floors are sticky. Lounger chair was torn up. I’d like a full refund.

The stay was for one night. I got there a little after 7:30pm. The front desk lady was super nice. I got to the room and it looked cleaned and spacious. I was to tired from a long drive, so i went to sleep. I woke at around 5am, to take a shower and the room had NO hot water. Also in the morning the room had a strong pee odor. It was terrible. Got ready and checked out. I did tell the front desk about it. She took note and said she would let maintenance know. She apologized and that was that. Also the hotel does NOT serve breakfast, they give you a coupon to get a free small breakfast from Jimmys Eggs. Which coffe or tea is inlcuded. I did end up going for breakfast and it wasnt to bad. And just down the road. Over all ill give it a 7/10 due to no hot water.

All staff members I encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. My room was clean and spacious. The kitchen had all the basics. You can't beat the proximity to Arkansas campus. Will definitely stay here the next time I'm in Fayetteville.

I had a nice stay at Candlewood Suites Fayetteville. They had completely renovated the hotel, since I last stayed there. It is really nice. The only problem I had was, it seemed to take between 5 to 10 minutes to get hot water in the shower and sink.

Room was clean, but there is a big gap under the door an we were by the elevators on the first floor. The stay was incredibly loud all night long. We were also charge a $90 incidental fee that I was told would fall off the room after we check out. This was not disclosed at check in.

Our daughter attends UArk and I have stayed at a number of hotels near campus over the years. I always look for proximity to campus and affordability. This is By Far the Very Best option! The rate was comparable if not better than the competitors and the room was Fantastic! Full kitchen, living area, bathroom off of the living area, king bed. The bed was very comfortable and everything was Very Clean!

We were visting our son at the U of A. Our stay was good, and the location is excellent. They are in the process of renovating, but we were in a room that was renovated, and it was nice. The beds were awesome and the kitchenette came in very hand. I would definitely stay here again.

Newly renovated, finishing up small projects while we stayed. Everything is new and fresh. No covered entry for drop off. If it’s raining, you’re making a run for it with your luggage from your parked car. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a one bedroom suite that is handicap accessible. Couch pulled out to a bed, everything we needed to make up the bed was in the closet. Since the a/c unit was in the main room, the bedroom got a little warm at night because we shut the door to bedroom. There is a fan in the bedroom that helped. My biggest complaint for the bathroom is there is no counter or shelves. It is a sink on the wall and a toilet and a shower. No place for your dap kit.

Staff was exceptional. We had an issue with the wrong room being reserved because of using Expedia. Staff Members Kim and Jeri took a bad situation and quickly turned it into a positive. They were very understanding and helpful.

We reserved this property and when we arrived, they tried to give us a different room type than what we had reserved. It was also past the check in time and our room wasn’t ready. Thankfully they canceled the room but THEN said they can’t guarantee it will be refunded. Very frustrated with the whole process!

Nice place with friendly people. We were in town for a graduation and it was just as expected from the other reviews and pictures. Breakfast is not available on site. They partner with a restaurant down the road which was very good. The first day we were told to just ask for the free breakfast coupons. On the second day they told us that the tickets were $5 each so I mentioned what the lady at checking had told us and the lady went ahead and gave them to us. The ticket said “Free breakfast coupon” so I don’t understand why she was trying to get charge us. Other than that, it was a good experience.

i had a reservation through Expedia. I arrived with my two service dogs and was refused a room, as no pet friendly room was available. I met with the General Manager and explained he was required under the American’s with Disabilities Act to provide me a room available to any other guests, as the dogs are not pets. He informed me that he did not care what the ADA required, the dogs were not staying. A complaint has been made to Candlewood Suites corporate office but have received no response. Complaint ha also been file with DOJ as it is a violation of federal law,and also with the AG of Arkansas.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Booked and prepaid for room through Expedia. Drove over 8 hours and upon arrival at 11:30pm, they did not have our reservation. Offered a room with a king bed for 3 people (but we would have to pay for the room). When asked how 2 adults and a teenager were going to fit in a king bed, was offered a rollaway for an additional $10 per night. We left.

Great stay and good price for the area. No bells and whistles but a very comfortable and clean suite. No continental breakfast here but you are close to a lot of places. We have stayed here two times in the past. It is on MLK and close to University of Arkansas.

Great hotel off the interstate and close to the University. Within walking distance to liquor store & many restaurants. Rooms are large & clean. Cozy bed. Great value for the price. Snack room w/free coffee. Chris at the front desk is a great asset to the company. We will certainly stay here again.

Clean rooms, very comfortable beds, nice kitchen area with full fridge, 2 burner stove, dishwasher, dishes coffee pot, desk, tv of course. Nice bathroom with walk-in shower. The lobby was under construction tho so no coffee available and no breakfast.

Brand new room. It’s in the process of a remodel. Free coffee and tea and apples and bananas. Nice store onsite. Kitchen was fully stocked with brand new everything. Close to the freeway and many fast food places.
