Wirklich hervorragendes Hotel! Super freundliches Personal, sehr sauber. In der Nähe gleich ein Seven Eleven und ein Lawson Mart. Die Kitahama Station ist in 1 Minute bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Es gibt gratis stilles Mineral zur freien Entnahme, sowie Vending Machines und einen Laundry Room. Alles in allem ein Top Aufenthalt!

I like the cleanliness of rooms and hotel staff service. Comfy beds. Water bottles provided daily. Convenient to subway stations. One suggestion for improvement is to provide more laundry machines and to adopt a policy where hotel staffs can remove clothing from dryers if guests leave their clothes in machines more than 30 minutes after the cycle ends. Some guests leave their clothes in for hours and prevent others from using.

Good hotel in a perfect location for our needs. Breakfast is basic but has a good price point and is decent quality. Staff are friendly and helpful, there are free water bottles in the lobby area. The hotel has washing machine & microwave ovens on 2 floors as well as ice machines. There is nothing to fault staying here.

Pros of the hotel: 1.Access to a metro station is within minutes 2. Huge room with ample space for luggage 3. Friendly staff that is very helpful (except for one situation) 4. 7-11 and Lawsons just opposite, and nearby is Fresco supermarket Cons of the hotel: 1. just 4 washing/dryer machines in the hotel serving 13 floors of guests. 2. management that decided to remove a service Detailed explanation of my only grievance with the hotel - Came back to hotel at 4.30pm to wash my clothes as it was my last night at the hotel. Went to the 2 laundry rooms to find all 4 machines being used (2 had already stopped). Came back at 6 to find the 2 machines still have not have their loads removed. Given that most washing machines in Japan hotels are password locked thus only management have the authority to remove the loads, went to lobby to feedback to management but unlike other hotels that have password locked machines, they told me they can't do anything. Also, the only solution that was given was for me to walk 10 mins to a laundromat. With only 2 machines left and each wash/dry cycle takes about 2hours to complete, queue for washing gets longer. Best of all, by 10pm no-one has shown up to take the loads out of the 2 machines. Waited till 1am to finally wash my clothes. Turns out they do have a clause that allows management to remove the laundry but they taped over it. If they haven't allowed selfish guests to hog the washing machines, this will be 5 star in my opinion.

Great value. Convenient location next to Kitahama station & opp 7-11 which has almost everything a tourist could want such as atm. Great modern clean bathroom with shower, bathtub & clothing line. Wonderful daily room cleaning service including change of complimemtary pj & slippers. This was lovely but for environmental consideration, some may appreciate option of less frequent replacement. Great shower water pressure. Personally, loved the firm mattress. Excellent quiet room which is considered 'spacious' for 3 adults by Japanese standard. There is luggage transfer service but note it takes 24hrs. Most places in Japan require google translate to facilitate communication, and this was no exception. However, a lady staff, with a good level of English on our day of check out, made taxi booking much easier. Great choice for mid range budget travellers.

Location: About 5mins walk from the train station. Quite a number of restaurants nearby, there is a 7-11 just across the street and a Lawson nearby too. Room: Toilet was great - strong pressure showerhead/rainfall, heated seat toilet bowl and bathtub is well maintained. toilet amenities provided - shaver, ear digger thing, comb, toothbrush paste. Facilities: There are only 2 levels for the washing machine (total 4 machines) which is always occupied. So we had to walk out to the nearest laundromat, which is about 300m away.

Bare bones; no frills. A place to sleep. My room was dusty and has someone else’s hair in my bed. I just didn’t find my room to be up to the usual Japanese cleanliness I am used to. Breakfast had very limited options. Bed and pillows were ok. Area not great but close to a train station. Overall this is a good place for those who just want a place to sleep that is cheap. I would not go back.

Very good value room in a great location! Staff were friendly and very helpful (bonus unlimited free water at reception) However - BIG negative was how dirty the room was, every surface was covered in dust (large clumps of dust on the carpets and on window ledge) was so bad on my allergies I had to sleep in a face mask. Such a shame as everything else was great!

Near to train station, convenience stores and pharmacy. Bedroom was covered in dust on all surfaces. Build up of dust hanging off light fittings and walls. No USB ports, dated rooms. Other guests were noisy.

Great hotel. Location was close to a subway station. There was also a 7 11 across the street. The room was clean. I do wish you were able to adjust the AC vent. It would hit us right at our heads when we were sleeping. Woke up with a dry throat the next day. Beds could easily be moved as we had two twins. Good amount of space

The price for the quality of this hotel was fantastic. We spent significantly more on hotels in Kyoto and Tokyo and found this to be the best hotel of the three. The room was large (weird TV placement, but we didn't use it), and the bathroom was lovely.

Biggest room of the 4 hotels we booked across Tokyo Kyoto and Osaka. The staff allowed us to check in a little early which was so convenient since we left Kyoto as soon as we checked out. Not many food places around the hotel but there is a 7/11 across. Hotel was clean and wish I stayed in Osaka the longest because of it

This is my 3rd time at this hotel so it must be good. It is a modern hotel with helpful staff. Hotel is 2 mins walk from exit 5 of Kitahama stn. The rooms are spacious for Japan with excellent comfortable bed and quality bedding. Bathroom had bath and small wet area for power shower.

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! I had a fantastic stay at this hotel during my Japan trip! The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the station, with a 7-Eleven and Lawson right next to the entrance. Despite being so central, the hotel is on a quiet street with plenty of nearby food options. I recently stayed at Hotel Brighton in Osaka and had a very positive experience. The room was spacious, which I really appreciated, especially after coming from a smaller hotel in Tokyo. Everything was clean and well-maintained, which made the stay all the more comfortable. The staff at the reception were extremely helpful and friendly. They even arranged for my luggage to be delivered to my next hotel, which was a service I found incredibly useful. It took a lot of stress out of my travel day. The location is also excellent. It’s less than a two-minute walk to the nearest Metro station, which made getting around the city a breeze. There's a 7-Eleven located just across the street. Additionally, Osaka Castle is only about a 20 to 25-minute walk away, making it easy to explore one of the city’s main attractions. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at Hotel Brighton. The spacious room, comfy bed, and helpful staff made it a great choice, and I would definitely consider staying there again on my next visit to Osaka

This property is nice and brand new so the room is pretty new with no wear and tear. We booked a triple single and it is kinda small, it's the only negative comment. They basically have no seating area with room to fit only 2 big luggages. The bathroom is clean with modern tech. The washer/dryer are on every other floor and they offer bottle water in the lobby for guests to take. The breakfast is kinda small and might have some wait time with very basic food.
