Hotel has very basic facilitates and certainly needs refreshes on certain things. However everything worked in my room. The location is great -- few minutes walk from the St Leonards train station. There were a couple of very friendly male receptionists who help a lot with everything. And very kind cleaning personal.

Lovely clean airy room staff were very nice and welcoming great they have a bar great chef had evening meal breakfast included in the price great value cereal juice coffee and full English good portion size definitely recommend this hotel
