Door to unit was broken. We couldn't get in initially because plastic on the bottom of door had come off and jammed the door. Breakfast was decent. They had cereal, bagels, yogurt and apples. Pool was closed down.

Honestly, the stay exceeded our expectations. The water could've been a bit more hot in the shower but the room was clean and nicely furnished. We checked the sheets and they were all clean. There is a small midsize fridge in the room, so there is space to buy and store drinks, produce, or snacks during your stay. The parking gave us immediate access to our room. You're close to all of Harrisonburg and can right hop on the highway. We would definitely stay again.

Parked right in front of room. Reasonable price. Single level property, no stairs. Older facility, but very nice. Adequate lighting & outlets for charging electronic devices. Hotels by Wyndham never dissapoint.

Receptionist though pleasant, downgraded my room- Lesson learned for me. Cheap price so floors and bathtub filthy, shower water pressure was sad. I had to wipe down the desk & chair before sitting on it. Has fridge and microwave in room, sheets looked clean and I did get to park in front of my room.

Very comfortable and conveniently located. The water pressure could be better, and the showerhead is low, but other than that, it was a comfortable stay. The pool was closed, but that wasn’t the end of the world.

Look, it's a budget motel. I stay when ever I am passing through. Nice area, just off highway, food nearby. I am alway gone before breakfast so have no idea about that. Clean, bed is comfortable, TV large with adequate channels but nothing special, has always been quiet for me. Coffee in room so I can shower, brew and go in the morning. Bright outddoor lighting for your car but blockout blinds keeps the room dark. Nothing fancy.

This was a place to stay and a decent breakfast but nothing more. There were cigarette burn holes in both the bedding and the floor, there was something that looked like possibly mold in around the drain part of the sink, and when I put my coffee cup down on the stand/drain part under the coffee machine in the breakfast room (where you're supposed to put it), the whole thing came loose, tipped over, and dumped hot coffee down my leg. The pool is closed until further notice. There were 4 packets of coffee in the room itself, but all 4 of them were decaf. Kinda defeats the point.

I liked the free breakfast! The property is convenient to shopping. It is easily accessible. Parking is convenient. Thank you, very much!

My stay at this hotel was disappointing. Upon arrival, I encountered long, black hairs scattered on the bed, pillowcase, and bathroom towel, providing an unpleasant experience. The dirty toilet and stains on the refrigerator handle were hard to overlook. The pillow, aside from being stained, had hairs inside. The dirty bedding added to the overall feeling of an unclean place. In summary, this experience fell short of basic expectations for hygiene and comfort, and I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Get what you paid for. Room smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking. The toilet was obviously not cleaned as it had a previous person's urine in it. Furniture was dingy and the white towels not very bright. The breakfast was very thin. Cereal,toast, bagels and yogurt...not even a waffle maker. Staff was nice... I'll credit them for that.

Bedsheets we're dirty, towels stained, after reporting the dirty sheets housekeeping didn't change them out. Also no facial tissue even after day two.

Reserved a nonsmoking room, this definitely was not. The air conditioning leaked and there was a puddle of water on the floor during our stay. Shower not cleaned.

Clean, comfortable bed and nice staff!

I don't normally write reviews..... but....in this case I'll make an exception. The price and the pictures were too good to be true. I felt hoodwinked when I got there. The room was dirty: the ceiling in the bathroom looked molded, there was an unknown smeared substance on the bathroom walls, the shower curtain had pink mold at the bottom, the furniture stand that contained the mini fridge was caked in a crusty dust along the side, there was a wad of used chewing gum stuck to the wall over my bed, the sheets were stained (and I mentally questioned whether they had been changed recently as there were random hairs scattered within the sheets), and the sheets and comforters had cigarette burns in them. Needless to say, I did not sleep in those sheets! The one positive thing was that it was a freezing cold night but the heater worked well, and the room temperature was comfortable all night. But, keep in mind that the photos are misleading and you're getting what you paid for.

Mainly that it stank of smoke and the floors had not been mopped. The remote was missing. No shampoo or cups. The sink was badly cracked and leaking. Surfaces were sticky.

The linens were clean. The tv didn't work. There was an open gap at the bottom of the door. The crash bar was ripped half off the door frame. The toilet seat slid sideways.

The room was very clean and comfortable except for the shower, it was cramped and small. I'm 5ft 4in and it made me feel like a giant, I had to duck under the shower head to fit.

Beds were extremely noisy, every time you moved it sounded like the springs were breaking. People talking outside the room until 2am. Bathroom floor was squishy like it had water damage.

Check in was simple. Although I requested a smoke free room, it smelled like stale cigarettes and a wet dog. The bedding was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a lot of noise outside all night long. At 2:30 am, people were outside yelling, cars reeving engines, loud music from their vehicles a backhoe working at the Taco Bell next door, then at 5:20 am, someone banging on doors asking others if they were awake and almost ready to go. Do not stay here! Too many other hotels to stay at.

This is perfectly fine for the price. A couple of things in the room need to be adjusted (door safety lock was loose and the bathroom door didn’t fit in the frame/couldn’t be locked).

The worst customer service i have ever experienced at a hotel. I reserved 2 rooms for the weekend. I go into one of the 2 rooms which is suppose to be non smoking smells like an ashtray. So i go to front desk where the lady is oh so friendly... The other room was fine. So i told front desk lady about room she says ill change your room. I said awesome go to new room smelled of mildew and the walls were sweating it was so hot in room turn the ac unit on. Check sheets on beds and i find Pubic hair and urine stains on sheets. I again go to front desk where the lady states out of rooms you dont like ill cancel your reservation. I said maam i drove 5hrs im not asking for anything special a clean room. She says she can get a house keeper at 11pm to look at room i said maam i am exhausted. She says you can shack up in one room. Mind you i have placed reservation for 2 rooms one for my family and other for my inlaws. I ask for a refund for my room and do so cause im out of options. So i end up shacking up with the inlaws. Have to jump through hoops to get a refund. Still pending. So we are all inone room i called asked for a couple more pillows. Was told no there are four in there. I asked for towels onlybhad 2 in room 4 people in room housekeeping said no one for one exchange. I said hey four people need more towels. He says no and walks away. By far the worst hotel and customer service i have every experienced.

Staff went out of their way to ensure my comfort. Very much appreciated.

First of all, we reserved a king size bed we get there not too long after check-in and they didn’t even have one so we paid for that didn’t get it. The guy had no explanation was just rude and said well if you don’t like it basically you can just cancel your reservation so it wasn’t helpful whatsoever and then the best part was the room was disgusting. It is not worth it. Do not stay at this hotel. It’s awful and they don’t seem to really care.

The “computer is running slow” I heard several times. Never an apology for my 40 minutes I spent waiting to check in. Not did I receive a hello or welcome. There was a shift change as I was waiting and neither clerk interacted at all. The room was very old in need of repairs but clean and free of bed bugs.

Arrived and didn't have room I booked so had to settle for a different room. Had to keep getting key programmed to open the room door. Had just had a drug bust on the property. The parking lot was trashed and the staff was rude.

The person working at the front desk was not very helpful. We had booked 2 rooms and she only gave us access to 1 to begin with. When going to the rooms, the door to the room was wide open so we went back around to the desk to let her know and the worker said that it was all they had, so they could refund us and we could go find somewhere else to sleep. I asked for non-smoking rooms and the room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. We asked for towels twice and were given hand towels both times, instead of towels and wash cloths. I do not recommend staying here.

Check was quick. Service was polite and professional.

Property was older but clean; some road noise early in the evening but was quiet by 9 pm. Hotel had everything I needed and I felt secure

All the basic amenities with helpful staff and easy access to the highway and JMU.

The motel was exactly what I needed to visit my daughter for the weekend at a cheap price and good location. It’s right next to El Charro. I felt safe as I was there by myself and it wasn’t like down some dark road. The blackout curtain helps and I put on my white noise sound and it was a great nights sleep! The bed was the best I have had at a hotel…much appreciated!

Absolutely great place to stay. Tons of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Quiet, clean room...I have not one thing to complain about. This is what I call the best value for your money.

Nice clean room but poor breakfast

The location is nice, and the rooms are as nice as I could expect a hotel to be. Very clean, especially the beds, which is the most important party to me, and the towels. The included breakfast is actually a good breakfast, and while there may not be bacon and eggs, there were bagels (with toaster AND spread), muffins, oatmeal, and juice options. Maybe I haven't stayed in very nice places, but I was impressed.

Pictures of lodging is misleading. Doesn’t meet the expectations set by pictures. “Breakfast” was just some bread and coffee.

Got to breakfast one hour after they started serving breakfast and there was no fruit, bagels or coffee. There was some cereal and 4 pieces of bread left. Don’t walk barefoot in the rooms because your feet will become very dirty. Also don’t touch the top of the bed headboard unless you like sticky dust. Also the bathroom door was so dirty. I had Clorox wipes with me so I scrubbed the door clean. Also the room had a weird smell so bring air fresheners. I would definitely come back. The price we paid wasn’t bad.
