This was a pretty nice hotel with a nice pool, hot tub (not super hot), and friendly staff. We appreciated the pool staying open till midnight since is was Packer Family Night so we got in late. Only thing that made the experience negative for us was that some doors didn’t need a key swipe to get in, so anybody could just come in.

The pool broke down while we were there. This did not seem like an isolated issue, as the fitness room and the whirlpool were closed when we arrived. The overall impression was that building maintenance was not being done, and when we complained about it, did not get any response. The breakfast was very good.

We were in town for a short trip with the grandkids. The beds were comfortable and bedding clean. Bathroom was clean. Carpet under beds was not vacuumed in a while. Pool area was not the greatest. Mold / algae on window frames...pool needed cleaning, could see green on sides and bottom. Only 3 towels on shelves.

The fitness center was closed. I wouldn't have selected this hotel without one. The remote/cable TV only worked 6 inches from the TV and was very slow at connecting.

It is sooo so dirty. They go into the rooms and only make the bed and quickly swish the toilet. That's it. Everything smells like dogs. There's food and candy and used faux eyelashes and hair everywhere. Along with random splatters. All over the walls and tub. No one is cleaning any glass in the entire building. So many fingerprints and toothpaste spit in the rooms, foyer and pool area. The stairs haven't been dusted or vacuumed in months, if not closer to an entire year. Same with the hallways. So disappointing for the price. Not worth it.

Room was very humid! Could not get the humidity out of room and had a very bad smell. Carpet was wet and very dirty! You could see the dirt that was on bottom of feet when walking into bathroom. Had to request sheets be changed. Was told that they normally don’t do that on short notice requests like this. Staff at breakfast was very nice and helpful.

Room was the dirtiest room I`ve ever stayed in. Went to office and got a vacuum to try bro clean room. Under beds were absolutley fithy. Room hadn't`t been dusted in months. Tub was filthy. They said hot tub worked....( it didn't). Found all kinds of chips, shells, tissues, Dirt under both beds. We were going to stay longer but went else where.

Complete catfish. The pictures online did not represent the hotel. The room was dirty when we walked into it, and smelled like a combination of years of smoke that never really got cleaned, and an old air conditioner leaking. The smell slapped you in the face. The pool was fine. There was a fitness center but it was closed and windows covered. The best part was the staff. They were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was also clean and the setup was normal. The condition of the room just really ruined it for me, unfortunately.

We had a king suite and it was huge 2 separate areas with 2 TV, lots of room. Breakfast was good! It’s nice the pool has long hours 6 am to mid night!!! Motel was quite we were on the first floor near the front desk and they had hockey teams there we didn’t hear anything not even from the floor above us. And the price is nice as well!!

When we first arrived tv didn’t work, talked to girl at front desk who said if we didn’t undo bed she could move us to another room. Unfortunately we had undone bed before we realized tv didn’t work so she gave us a different remote to try which still didn’t work, I had to unplug tv to get it shut off for night, Next day maintenance got tv working just aggravating to not be able to watch tv after driving all day.

Our stay started off on the wrong foot from the start. We got checked in and sent to a room by the front desk clerk, Lee. Who was friendly, until he wasn't. The room we were sent to was not cleaned. I went back to the front desk to get a different room. Lee asked me what the problem was. I told him. He asked me to wait until he checked in the next guests. I told him no, because my husband and child were waiting in the hallway with all of our stuff. I also apologized to the guests and they were fine with it because they hadn't started checking in yet. Lee responded with, "Wow, just wow!" He got the housekeeping woman, she said she had made a mistake. Hey, I'm fine with that, it happens. He then said to her, "You better take HER with you so she can see it." I've never had anyone be that rude to me in front of other people before. I was not rude to him at all, so I don't understand the attitude. Fortunately, DAWN, yes all caps! Was the housekeeper who showed me the clean room. She was also there most mornings and was friendly, pleasant, and had a great sense of humor! Everyone else we came into contact with in the hotel was pleasant and helpful, so it somewhat made up for the rough start.

Upon arrival we had to wait 10 min while the only clerk was on the phone. The room was clean, although the hallway was not. The tv did not work and we did not receive any assistance upon reporting it. There was no soap or shampoo and the service person said they were out, but would be getting more in a few days. Breakfast had a lot of variety, both in hot and cold choices, although it wasn’t particularly tasty. I would stay here only as a last resort.

We stayed for a week. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and easily accessible from I-41. A hot breakfast was included and had a good variety. The price was reasonable and a good value. We will stay here again.

The main thing I was unhappy with was the complimentary breakfast. It really was awful. There weren't many choices, but that wasn't even the whole problem. The food just wasn't good. My other complaint was that the toilet bowl had a ring in it... it just seemed to me that – given the nature of the business – that should've been given some attention. Other than that – great room, nice people.

The property was quiet at all times of the day, which is appreciated. However, the lobby was very warm due to the fireplace being on in the summer. We enjoyed the coffee/cocoa bar in the lobby. Breakfast has positives like the waffles, juice, fresh fruit, and etc., however, the eggs were terrible.
