The Regency Inn is located on the previous property of a motel 6. Which means it’s renovated and ready guest. I stayed one night and it was very peaceful and located in a safe area. There are several food and gas stations in walking distance. The property was clean and the staff was very friendly. If you’re looking for something reasonable, then look no farther.

The room was not so clean. There was no hot water. They were doing some type of construction which was noisy and disruptive. About 1/3 of the rooms are dilapidated, unused, vandalized and awful looking. I was going to stay one more night maybe only because I was too lazy to make the loooooong walk back to my car and navigate the jankity steps but changeef my mind when the crotchety woman kept shaking me down starting at 11 a.m it took me longer to get to the office than I expected because I KEPT WAITING FOR HOT WATER. The shower was brutally cold. She didn't care, challenged my claim and tried to charge me $12 more than the first night. I packed my things and went around the corner to a better, less expensive and cleaner facility.

Great location. Pool is refreshing. Easy access to the highway. Just a few minutes from downtown centrally located. The staff was more then accommodating clean room and fridge micro wave WiFi what more could you ask for

When you see the front of the property it looks nice but when you drive around to the back to park it's awful. They seem to be working to fix it up but it's a mess. Trash everywhere, rooms were stinky and dirty and roaches. People live at this place and are very loud partying until 1a.m.. We didn't feel safe to come out of our rooms.

I am tempted to post a description of the bedding in particular. The sheets were riddled with holes, blood marks and dirt. We slept on top of the bedspread since it was the least dirty part of the bed. In addition many outside doors weee scraped bare and garbage was lying around everywhere. NEVER bring your children into this filthy hotel. I want a refund!

I posted it on Google as well. I wasn't expecting much at the price point but I was expecting clean sheets The sheets were dirty and I mean not stained I mean covered in dog hair women's eyelashes hair. The bathroom had muddy footprints all over it and hair on the wall. The toilet was covered in something. I called the front desk and asked for a different room because it was dirty they said they didn't have anything else so they would send me some clean sheets some guy came to the room and said 'lady this ain't the Ritz" as he changed my sheets. I am grateful he changed the sheets. The door look like it had been broken into multiple times so I barricaded it when I went to bed. I woke up in the middle of the night to a million cockroaches. I would have rather slept in my car and I would have except it was 4th of July so everyone was shooting fireworks outside right outside the window.

Asked for a no smoking room, and we open the door to cigarette smell, and the smoke detector was blocked with toliet paper, so the room obviously wasn't even checked. Candy wrappers were already on the floor under the bed. The hinge on the bathroom door was busted, so we had to hold it up to get it to close shut. The security latch was gone, so we had to move the bed so no one tried to bust in. TV was working, but captions only, no audio; but thats okay, since you can hear all your other neighbors coughing. The mini fridge and microwave were clean at least. The staff member who checked me in was also nice. Got what i paid for, i suppose.

It was too compact shower was crazy as in small dirty light fixture above the shower was exposed l spent around $60 so you get what you pay for highly recommended to visit before booking , fellow traveler.

When I arrived a motel location, I found no one at the front desk. A sign said returning in thirty minutes. Thirty minutes went by, and other people were waiting in the lobby too. Finaly a Maintenace man came by and said the rooms are not ready that they were shorthanded. Almost an hour later I was given a room. But not what I had requested. Single bed. The beds looked like they were messily remade, and the sheets were questionable too. There were no clean towels or soap. The WI fi could not connect and the TV didn't work. When I came back for my second night. The room had not been cleaned, the beds not made and there were dead bugs. The place is dirty. it houses renters of low income. So, many are permitnet residents. According to police conversations. The place is known for prostution

Now We Understand Why There Were No Pictures of the Room. 1. Tried to check in at 3 was told they were on a break. 2. After we got off work and back to the room, it was flooded by the ac unit. Went down to the desk since the room had no phone and was told maintenance would be up. 30 minutes later he showed up and an hour after that it was no longer leaking into the room. (Midnight by then) 3. The showerhead didn't fully work . See pics, and there was no soap, shampoo or conditioner. 4. Walls looked like someone's kid went full on Picaso. See pics 5. Over all horrible stay. This place is meant for residents not travellers or people on a schedule.

It said Sandsprings or near Sandsprings, which it was not. It was dirty. I had to ask for soap. I had to ask for ice bucket. When I walked into the office, the door hit my hill real hard and hurt it. The guy heard me and saw it, but did not say he was sorry or anything. The location seems sketchy where it was at almost like the homeless and or prostitutes use the area The outside line and plants were nice, but the facility itself was not. I saw debris and stuff between the nightstand and the bed, which let me know that they did not fully clean the place. It just seemed dirty.

The Regency Inn is located on the previous property of a motel 6. Which means it’s renovated and ready guest. I stayed one night and it was very peaceful and located in a safe area. There are several food and gas stations in walking distance. The property was clean and the staff was very friendly. If you’re looking for something reasonable, then look no farther.

It said Sandsprings or near Sandsprings, which it was not. It was dirty. I had to ask for soap. I had to ask for ice bucket. When I walked into the office, the door hit my hill real hard and hurt it. The guy heard me and saw it, but did not say he was sorry or anything. I posted it on Google as well. I wasn't expecting much at the price point but I was expecting clean sheets The sheets were dirty and I mean not stained I mean covered in dog hair women's eyelashes hair. The bathroom had muddy footprints all over it and hair on the wall. The toilet was covered in something. I called the front desk and asked for a different room because it was dirty they said they didn't have anything else so they would send me some clean sheets some guy came to the room and said 'lady this ain't the Ritz" as he changed my sheets. I am grateful he changed the sheets. The door look like it had been broken into multiple times so I barricaded it when I went to bed. I woke up in the middle of the night to a million cockroaches. I would have rather slept in my car and I would have except it was 4th of July so everyone was shooting fireworks outside right outside the window.

Great location. Pool is refreshing. Easy access to the highway. Just a few minutes from downtown centrally located. The staff was more then accommodating clean room and fridge micro wave WiFi what more could you ask for
