The hotel is great. Reviews are quite wrong what made me book this property. My trip purpose was turism and the hotel is far from the city as located outside Bangkok. Not recomended for tourism. The front desk team: never been so well treated in a hotel, even in Japan. Patt is a superstar that should be model to any other professional in hotels around the globe. Negative review: I read many many reviews to be sure before booking. In all them, the hotel apologize about the pool and confirm to be open on oct 1st. I’m leaving on 4th and the pool still unavailable. Really disappointing

Comfortable hotel. Pleasant room, firm bed. Lovely bathroom with great water pressure and water temperature. Enjoyed swimming in the pool. Not pedestrian friendly outside the hotel. Sidewalks are uneven and streets are hard to cross. There are a couple malls nearby with good restaurants.

Zur Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass der Pool aufgrund Renovierung nicht zugänglich ist. Nach Rücksprache wurde zwar ein Room Uprade als entschädigung angeboten, jedoch war das Zimmer nur größer und hatte keine besondere Aussttung bis auf, dass das Bad und die Dusche getrennt wurden. Unser Wahl auf ein Hotel mit Pool war beabsichtigt, da wir fast 1 Woche dort waren. Personal war sonst total nett und hilfsbereit. Lage war ziemlich weit weg von Sehenswürdigkeiten aber nah am Flughafen und eine ruhige Gegend.

Used this hotel as a BKK staging place. It turned out to be a great location and I really liked the hotel. Everything was easy. Great dining options at the mall across the street. They hailed a taxi very quick the day we left for BKK. Hotel is a bit dated but great value. When I say dated I just mean the decor and general feeling. The hotel was clean and was a great value. I liked the location as well. I will stay here again when arriving or leaving Bangkok when there is a need.

I nice, affordable and clean place to stay. The food was good, The staff were fantastic. The facilities were a little dated. The gym equipment needs to be fixed (one elliptical machine and one bike did not work). I will go back. :)

Excellent hotel, a little off the tourist map which is a shame, there is so much in the area to see, great location for shopping, parks and the train night market. Room was spot on, large room with bath, bottle water, fridge, kettle etc. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. good selection at breakfast, didn't try the on site restaurants, bar prices are expensive which is a shame because it drives everyone out or into their rooms so there is no atmosphere. Hotel can arrange transfer to the airport (1200bht), cheaper by taxi. New yellow line stations are not far from the hotel which will help you get into the center of bangkok. Lovely swimming pool and garden area. Would stay here again.

My stay was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful in typical Thai style. My room was spacious and very good. The only complaint I would make is that my room was not always cleaned properly. On one occassion they only made my bed and cleaned the bathroom halfway. The coffee area was left with dirty cups and the coffee and sugar was not replaced nor was my empty water bottle replaced. The next day they cleaned my room properly but the teaspoon for the coffee cups was dirty and was gross. I would like to know how they clean the cups and spoons because if it is just done in the bathroom of the room then that is gross.

I lost my luggage by the airport and my hotel did their part in communicating and helping me find it. Even delivered it at 4am straight to my room! Everything was very clean, and they even made my bed during the evening when I was gone when they dropped off my laundry. The buffet was the best I’ve ever had. The elevators are really muggy is the only complaint I have.

위치 괜찮습니다. 깨끗하기도 합니다. 그런데 왜인지 객실문 하단이 2센티 정도 비어있어서 소음이 잘 들어옵니다. 젊은 커플이라면 프라이버시에 좋지 않습니다. 에어컨 소리가 너무 큽니다. 하지만 무엇보다 이해할 수 없는 것은 로비의 카펫 수리 공사를 밤 9시부터 새벽 3시까지 진행했다는 것입니다. 9시 반에 프론트에 전화했을 때 10분이면 끝난다고 했지만 새벽3시까지 이어졌습니다. 새벽 3시에 프론트에 내려가서 따지니 이제 끝났다고 했습니다. 하지만 나는 조금도 잘 수 없었고 하루를 망쳤습니다. 모두가 휴식을 취할 밤에 망치를 이용하는 공사를 결정한 호텔의 담당자들은 모두 징계가 필요합니다. 이 호텔은 손님을 중요하게 생각하지 않는다고 생각합니다. 이 점을 모두가 알았으면 좋겠습니다.

Checking in took some time as room not ready. Room 602 is very old & air conditioning is too cold & cannot be controlled. Floor 6 is inconvenient for older people as have to climb stairs. Trainee cooks at breakfast don't know how to cook eggs properly.

Met by Ms Pat during checking in time and she made the difference with introduction to the hotel and her hospitality won over the day. She even noticed my birthday a day before and surprised me with birthday cake ....that is hard to beat. Thank you Pat and staff. Hotel needed some upgrade but the service and warmness superceded all.

My stay in Dudit was one of the best or best ever experience in any of my hotel stays around the world. It’s people like Lek and Fah and everybody else that made it meaningful. Everyday they greet you with a very warm smile and willingness to help whenever we have questions or ask for suggestions. They don’t just tell you, they help you do no it or do it themselves. At night as we go back to our hotel, they’d welcome you as warmly asking how was your day. They’ll willingly listen if you had a great day or had a bad day. This went on for 6 days ceaselessly. Our room was always made up with fresh new towels and supply, even without us asking. Overall, I felt I was home away from home.
