Jazelle Peace at the front desk was incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. She works extremely hard to assist hotel guests and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels taken care of. Her positive attitude, attentiveness, and willingness to help really stood out. She is a great representative of the hotel and definitely deserves recognition for the exceptional service she provides.

Wonderful. Great location and friendly staff. Our entire stay was great. Rooms were clean. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. On top of everything, they stored my bags for free after check-out, which let me explore the city easily on my last day.

The room was clean, and the staff was wonderful and very helpful. Unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing, and the air conditioning was not very good, especially with how hot the city was. The hotel did provide us with a fan, which we appreciated, but the first night was still uncomfortable. Thankfully, the last night was much more comfortable. Overall, the staff was great and really made an effort to help. With better air conditioning and breakfast, this would have been a much better stay.
