The property was clean. There was a nice pool area. Reception people were friendly and informative. Laundry facilities on site. Close to the freeway for easy access. Price was good. I was visiting Saguaro NP and then going to Phoenix airport to pick up a friend for the rest of my trip.

The first room wasn't completely cleaned. Bed wasn't made. Second room was also unfinished, no hand soap or bathroom items. Pool was filthy. Was told it was from a recent storm, a week before, the algae in the pool was apparent lly there fir several weeks. Hopefully these issues get taken care of.

This is one of the nicer motel 6 properties! Big parking lot for RVs (which we had) and staff is super friendly. But that’s the great state of Arizona for ya. Even our crazy dogs didn’t bother anyone. The room was big enough for a big 75 pound dog crate.

This was one of the most miserable stays we've had anywhere. Most "pet friendly" places accomodate non pet people by grouping pet people and non pet people separately. THIS PLACE DOES NOT. I requested a pet free room and was not notified of any issues. We settled into the room and then a family with a dog was put into the adjoined room. This dog whined and barked off and on for hours. We notified the front desk twice and they did notify the other guests. Eventually Dog 1 quieted. We were then awakened the next morning by Dog 2 (different room) barking. The room was superficially clean but it definitely needed to be cleaned more thoroughly. The allergens in the room caused me to have to take benadryl twice. We found the previous guest's used washcloth in the shower. On the bright side, Alexis at the front desk in the morning was very sweet and helpful.

For what you pay I would say it is OK. The front desk attendant at night was welcoming, polite and friendly. The ones in the am were also welcoming. Unfortunately, the upstairs hallway carpet had a terrible smell and was damp. They had fans directed at it throughout. The room itself had hair, quite a few long hairs all over the floor and tub area which was off putting. You could also feel the springs on the mattress which made for an uncomfortable sleep.

My experience at this hotel was very horrible. I did not enjoy my stay at all whatsoever. It was roaches and bedbugs all over the place and the area was extremely dangerous. Staff did not care. I will sincerely would like to request a full refund for the inconvenience.

The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable.The price was amazing for a clean room that was located pretty close to good shopping and restaurants. Stayed 4 nights and saved quite a bit here! The desk staff was very friendly. The rooms have minimal amenities, no coffee pot, fridge, microwave, but its pretty easy to work around these things. If you plan on just using it as a place to rest after a ling day of exploring this is a great choice.

I liked the staff, and the room was clean. I did not like the bed; it was like they got the mattress out of the dumpster. they do not provide good blankets; it is just 2 sheets over a very thin blanket. It is just terrible. I did not like that there were at least 3 cop cars there every night that we were there. I did not feel safe or comfortable in any way. they seem to do the very least to keep guest comfortable. I will not ever stay at a motel 6 again.

There was no internet in our entire wing and no date that it might be restored. They said this had been the case for quite a while. Also I'm tired curtain rod setup fell off the wall and they did not come to fix it for 2 days. The office staff was excellent and I love them. The girl even offered to come try to put up the curtain rod herself..

This property has excellent staff which I think, at least in large part, is attributed to their manager John. He and staff went above the call of duty to accommodate and make me comfortable. Every time that I'm rolling through Tucson, in the future, I will be spending at least 1 night at this motel.

Such a great place to stay when traveling. The entire staff has a level of professionalism that’s needed in the hospitality industry! I appreciate great service as I get always when I stay here. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. While management eventually tried to help, two front desk women, Chris and Mariska, escalated a simple situation into a drawn-out confrontation. Their behavior was combative and unprofessional, leaving me feeling unsafe. In addition, large groups of people were gathering outside the building at night openly using drugs. This created an unsafe and unsettling environment, and it is not a place I would ever stay again. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I must say I experienced the most attentive professional staff during my stay. The room was clean and the housekeepers took care of the room daily. What a great experience and a great place to rest from traveling. I will definitely be back and stay again. Thanks a bunch to front desk staff and maintenance. Plus the manager is super professional and awesome!!!

It's a clean place, right off the freeway, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It's tucked in a corner so it's quiet. Ice machine and shower work great and the air conditioner was able to be set to both temperature and strength of fan.

The property is on excellent condition, and the staff service is very good too. The only problem is that location: it's too remote , so it is better to use your own car or rent one because public transportation, although free, is not very convenient due to waiting time.

I stayed there as a last minute idea because I was going to travel back home that day but there were adverse weather conditions. The hotel staff(front desk clerk) was nice and professional but the hotel itself is in a shady part of the city. The local police showed up when I got there @ 5pm and when I left at 5am so I don't know what was going on that needed their assistance.

The property and amenities are older but it provides incredible value. The sign out front advertises free kids and pets. That immediately tells me the property is trying to attract families. The Infinity Cable has more premium channels than many of your 4-5 star hotels. You don’t need to pay $30-40 per person per night for a “free” breakfast at Motel 6. Incredible value for a quiet nice sleep.

Definitely not a Marriott. But a very nice place for the money. It was a basic room; nothing fancy. I wish it had a mini fridge. The staff were incredibly friendly and the room was spotless. Seem like a safe neighborhood and they are pet friendly. The front desk gave me several suggestions of tourist attractions of places to eat. All in all, it was a stay

Being that I didn’t have a car getting around the area I used the bus but they are restaurants close by and a convenient store on the corner so it position in a good location and the parking lot was clean so I didn’t have any bad stuff happened but it didn’t like that they asked me to rerun my card after the bill was already paid off they said it was just in case they had damage to the room but apart from that it had a very pleasant stay

It was clean and it was attached to the Studio 6 so the condition was slightly better and the room slightly bigger than I expected. There is not much around. There is a Jack in the Box and donut shop walking distance
