This is just a basic spartan motel if you need cheap accommodations in the area. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Rooms were small and spartan, but clean. They did provide a refrigerator and microwave. No shampoo was provided, only soap, and linens were at a minimum. Coffee was available in mornings but no breakfast. Area is a little rough (lots of homeless) but provides many dining and shopping options nearby. I was a little worried about my car in the parking lot considering the area and fellow guests, and management takes no responsibility for damage/theft.

Basic room. Very clean. Front desk lady was very friendly and efficient. The motel is on a very busy street which might be a problem in terms of traffic. It has a pool and a very large parking lot which is well lit.

The pictures of the property did not the actual hotel. The surroundings and parking lots were very sketchy. Everytime we left the hotel our keys would not work. We had to go to f desk to have keys reprogrammed. When this is happening at nite, walking thru a pl that i already said was uncomfortable. Beds should have more that 2 pillows. The pool area was a joke.

Super, super Pet friendly Motel. Large grass area right out your door to take pet to the bathroom or for a walk. Maids were extremely friendly, and always made sure we had clean towels, sheets, and soap packets if needed. Check in staff had the personality of a rock and could take some lessons from the maids on how to smile and be friendly.

Was trying to find something inexpensive & close to ASU, where my Daughter was graduating from. Everything was ok. The only thing that was lacking was amenities like a vending machine or something where you could get water to drink. The walk in shower was a joke & had asked the girl at the front desk for a 5:30AM wake up call & didn't get one. When checking out I talked to a different girl about not getting wake up call & she replied "we don't do that here"😵‍💫

My stay was horrible. The side table was sticky and obviously hadn’t been cleaned at all. Then the upstairs guest showered and that’s where the trouble began. It was pouring a solid stream of water from the ceiling and it was ballooning with water inside several parts of the wall. It was so bad you couldn’t use the bathroom without getting some guys shower water on you. They thankfully refunded me.

Dirt shoe prints on floor, shampoo residue in bathroom are nothing compared to the blood next to the toilet and the multiple needles found in the towel caddy. Good luck getting a refund from them. Absolutely horrible

I asked for a back room off of the main road, but was informed they didn't have one. It is EXTREMELY noisy facing Scottsdale Road. To deaden the noise, I had a noise machine with me AND put the fan on constant the whole night. That helped a bit.

Very thankful for the initial help I received in booking from Natalia. The person who was at the desk when we checked in, was not pleasant at all. She did not greet, smile, nothing. I went to the front desk later on and the door was locked. I banged I called. Eventually, I spoke to somebody in reservations and at about that same time I saw the staff member going to a room. I understand it’s not easy if you’re the only staff person, but I would’ve thought that there would’ve been at least a note on the door that said I’ll be back shortly. That staff person did get the additional towels and shampoo we needed-appreciated that but once again she was not pleasant.

Beware!!! the Manager Shan...There was No TV & No Water when I stayed here last week, he refused to give me any kind of discount Because I complained to Corporate, he then lied to me during my next stay the next week to go to my doctor for my Cancer Appts & was tridd to ban me from the motel AFTER I PAID & SPOKE WITH HIM IN ADVANCE, AFTER I ARRIVED FROM A LONG TRIP....HE SHOULD NOT BE WORKING AS A GM FOR THIS MOTEL!!!

I always said .. that you don’t have a second chance to make a First Good impression .. and the Impression I got from the front desk people was Excellent, very helpful, friendly and very impressive. Because of having kids in different travel teams we have had the chance to stay in different hotels and in different states and countries and let me remind you something.. if you had a bad experience in any place from the beginning .. you know already that your are not going to have a good experience at all. And in this place I got a really good experience. 💕💕and is very clean. Just don’t forget to bring your own shampoo, conditioner etc etc. There is plenty of parking and very convenient when you run out of options during College fútbol season.

Your GM there has NO IDEA ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Your other is staff wonderful.... He literally lied to me before I rebooked this Motel again because I called Corporate to report the NO WATER PROBLEM from the week before I stayed there & I have been a VERY LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR YEARS & SPENT A LOT OF MONEY STAYING THERE TO GO TO TO MY DOCTORS BECAUSE OF IT!!! HE SHOULD BE FIRED & THRU HIS ACTIOS, PUT MY HEALTH/CANCER AT GREATER RISK!!!!

Because of a CC error, the reservation was cancelled. Someone ran our CC with the wrong Security code. They wanted to charge twice the rate as I originally booked the room for. They offered no help!!! Claimed all they had left were premium rooms. We ended up going to a completely hotel. Later, we found out we could have booked another room through Hotels.com for $40 less than what the clerk was offering.

When we arrived, there were four police vehicles dealing with an issue outside the parking area of the hotel. Lot of interesting activities that occur behind the hotel. I noticed police monitored the parking lot throughout the night. The smell of smoke and pot could be smelled; everywhere. The hot/cold water for the shower/tub were mixed up.

What you expect. Very simple and basic. Beds aren't luxurious but works for a one or two night stay. The girl upfront was awesome and super helpful!!! Neighborhood had some good places to eat around and choose to the freeway without the noise
