Hot tub was nice but the pool was freezing. The hallway floors and stairs needed vacuuming. The employees was great and the breakfast was perfect.

The facility is clean and safe. However, there was only one tv channel working, towel bar was coming off, there was a sewer smell in the hallway, the bathtub moved. Worst is the health issue of the pool and spa. We didn't smell any chemicals. We asked the front desk and he said they don't add chemicals and they don't check the chemicals. That is very unsafe. Only food nearby is Wendy's. The air conditioner has no buttons. Had to guess on what we were setting. They don't lock outside doors. Anyone can walk in. When looking for luggage cart when leaving, the staff was using them to take out the garbage.

Everything about this state was a 10 out of 10. I am super picky about beds and they were very comfortable. Check in and check out staff were extremely friendly. Mariam the lady who helps out with breakfast was amazing. Breakfast was a cheese omelette, biscuits and gravy, bacon, waffles, oatmeal with a huge variety of toppings, bagels, juice, fruit. Hot tub was nice and warm. Will stay here again!

Overall my stay was comfortable and my room was clean and quiet. Mini fridge and microwave was clean and worked great. And because my schedule was in a hurry I regret that I couldn't partake of the complimentary breakfast, but it looked and smelled wonderful. Ample parking space and Tesla charging spaces which I found interesting. The only negative was there are no elevators and I had a lot of luggage that I had to make trips back and forth from my car to my room, but once I was settled in everything was cozy.

Carpet in need of cleaning. They are renovating which was also an issue as construction hours 8am to 9pm. Staff at desk said they had informed everyone staying ahead of time but first I heard of it was when I arrived. Bed not very comfortable and could hear the people next door though they were not noisy late. Not as nice as when I had stayed a few years ago but renovation may resolve some of issues.

We've stayed at this property several times over the years. While it is a modest hotel, this last visit was very unpleasant. The entire hotel was unclean, especially the hallway carpets. Several rooms reeked of cigarette smoke or stale beer. We reserved a King room only to be given two double-beds upon check-in. When we asked to switch, we were told they didn't have any more King rooms available. What, then, is the point of reserving that room if you're going to give it away?? Also, breakfast closed promptly at 9 a.m., with the door being locked and a very angry response from staff when I tried to go in (sorry, but I wasn't used to the time change quite yet given that it's only 1 mile away to CA and PDT and we just arrived late the night before....). Overall, it was a really awful experience. We will not be staying there again

I stayed here Wed Oct 23rd, 2024- til AM of the 24th passing through… This place needs renovating badly and the rooms smell stale. They did move me to a cleaner one but it took a little convincing which I didnt like (and I had literally JUST gotten into the room, didnt touch anything when two huge carpets stains and smelly AC) The next room was fine but the attitude of the lady at night about changing to a cleaner room was a guilt trip saying the staff would yell at her in the AM. I even went to the staff in AM and said “please dont have your employee guilt trip me because the hotel is run down. Also dont get mad at your night staff.” They didnt seem to know what I was talking about and said “no she wont get in trouble for you asking for a cleaner room” To be honest, just unprofessional. She was friendly other than that And the second room was fine Breakfast bar was kinda a joke and nothing for vegans other than packets of oatmeal

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. In my room the AC controls didn’t function properly and the hotel staff wasn’t able to address it. I ended up having to let the room cool way too low and then turn the AC off until the room got warm and repeat the process.

The staff was friendly. Felt safe. The room was decently clean. Great free breakfast! The room was a bit run down …grout missing from the floors and not very updated, etc. We were on the second floor and the floors made horrible sounds every step we took. The beds EXTREMELY uncomfy. Even my husband who frequents hotels for work said the WORST beds hes ever slept in in a hotel. Got some of the worst sleep of our lives. Thankfully we only had to stay one night.

The complimentary breakfast was great. We were put in an upstairs room and there was no elevator. We might have had trouble climbing stairs. The TV did not work well. The TV itself had the incorrect time of day and the programs available were set to that incorrect time. (At 8:00 p.m. the TV said 11:00 a.m. and had that set of programs available. The maintenance person sent to us did not understand English so we could not communicate well. The door would not latch unless forced, and the bathtub did not drain well.

Nice hotel. Wall type HVAC very loud, not good for peaceful sleep. Bed a bit had on my back as well. Hotel and room clean and neat. Free breakfast really good with many options. I only took a star because of the ac unit noise, but still recommend this Best Western.

The facility is lovely, but the neighbors on the floor above you could hear them every single step they took and the neighbor’s next-door because we had an adjoining room. We’re so incredibly loud that we hardly got to sleep much at all.

It was convenient, good price, easy parking, walk to store. Easy check in and out. The room was clean and nice, but the mattress was horrible - one of the worst I've had at a hotel. I would recommend upgrading them - otherwise, I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The gentleman that checked us in late at night was extremely helpful and courteous. He knew exactly how to make it quick efficient and smooth. It was 12:26am. We were tired and really appreciated how well he knew his job.

The front desk associate was very friendly and advised me about services of the hotel. In the morning, the breakfast attendant was also very friendly and we struck up a good conversation. I’ll make an attempt to visit this property again.

I booked 2 rooms for an upcoming stay through Hotels.com and I clicked pay at the hotel. Well on Friday morning I received a call from Ehrenberg # so I picked up. It was someone from the front desk telling me that my card was not valid (which it was - I just don't keep a lot of money on that card) and I needed to provide her with an updated card over the phone. First off I did not feel it was safe to do that and also what happen with pay at the hotel, the card was to hold the room. Instead of explaining to me what the policy was and just extremely rude, no customer service at all. She proceeded to cancel my room because I wouldn't give her new card info on the phone. After me calling Best West Corporation and them telling me that this practically hotel will pull the money out of the card in the money (reauthorized) and indeed my 2 rooms were canceled. I had to leave work early rush home to grab a card with funds on it and rebooked it through Hotels.com. I have never ever had an issue like this anywhere else or this hotel (which I have stayed at a number of times). The lady was just freaking rude and will not stay here again because of her piss poor customer service.

Hi, this Best Western is EXCELLENT. The check in staff. Mr. Jared was PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE. FRIENDLY AND MOST DEFINITELY AN ASSET TO THE HOTEL. I have no complaints I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 👌

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times. It's in a great location just off the interstate and very convenient with the Wendy's, other restaurant and gas station/convenience store next door. It can get a bit busy, but ample parking is available at the hotel. There is a grassy area by the gas station/across from hotel where you can take your dog for a potty break. Too bad people don't clean up after their dogs. It was pretty gnarly with all the poop! There isn't a designated pet area anywhere on the hotel property proper. So, take your own poop bags and pick up your dog's poop! The hotel staff was very nice. We had forgotten our corkscrew for our wine, and they lent us one. Breakfast is good at the hotel and convenient. LOVE their bed linens and pillows! Super comfy!

This is a great location, just off the I-10. The hotel is comfortable, little loud from interstate noise and amenities surrounding hotel. However, nice to have the gas station right there to gas up on way out, also a Wendy's and another restaurant within walking distance. Hotel is clean and the ladies in the breakfast room were super friendly. Don't feel as safe staying on the first floor as I do on upper level.

This place is located right off the highway, it's perfect for those on road trips because they don't have to go out of their way to find a place to stay. We had a comfortable overnight stay. The hotel is next to the highway and a gas station/truck stop so we were worried it would be very noisy during the night but it was very quiet. The reason I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 was the terrible breakfast! The hours are 5 am-9 am. We went down about 8:30 and there were only 4 burned sausages in the pan, barely any potatoes (which looked very unappealing) and cold/lukewarm eggs! One bagel remained which I snapped up. There was an attendant but she wasn’t bringing out any fresh items.

Seems like they cut down on breakfast, hard boiled eggs were literally hard (frozen). The bread has seen better days , it was falling apart. Luckily this was just a pit stop and not a vacation stay.

Everything about this state was a 10 out of 10. I am super picky about beds and they were very comfortable. Check in and check out staff were extremely friendly. Mariam the lady who helps out with breakfast was amazing. Breakfast was a cheese omelette, biscuits and gravy, bacon, waffles, oatmeal with a huge variety of toppings, bagels, juice, fruit. Hot tub was nice and warm. Will stay here again!

So the ac unit was making so much noise that i couldn't not even sleep. It was like a helicopter flying all night. I was so tired it screwed up all my day. Also the breakfast is over at 10 am so we showed up at 9 45 am and the guy that is in charge there was already removing everything, so no eggs no bread ect and he was very rude. He was very rude to other people on the next table to us. So two thinks. The ac unit make way to much noise room 226 and the breakfast guy is so rude. The guy to check you in at night is great. The location is great.

I stayed here Wed Oct 23rd, 2024- til AM of the 24th passing through… This place needs renovating badly and the rooms smell stale. They did move me to a cleaner one but it took a little convincing which I didnt like (and I had literally JUST gotten into the room, didnt touch anything when two huge carpets stains and smelly AC) The next room was fine but the attitude of the lady at night about changing to a cleaner room was a guilt trip saying the staff would yell at her in the AM. I even went to the staff in AM and said “please dont have your employee guilt trip me because the hotel is run down. Also dont get mad at your night staff.” They didnt seem to know what I was talking about and said “no she wont get in trouble for you asking for a cleaner room” To be honest, just unprofessional. She was friendly other than that And the second room was fine Breakfast bar was kinda a joke and nothing for vegans other than packets of oatmeal

It was 118 degrees outside and they didn’t have the air conditioning on so it was 85+ in the room and took a few hours to cool it down. It is never fun trying to fall asleep in a room that warm.

The room I was in was so warm. I had to keep going to the lobby because I couldn’t get into my room key card would not work I walked up 4 times until staff opened with master. They kept my deposit for who knows what reason room was clean before I left.
