The hot tub was green, like bright green. The pool was cold, they don't stock towels in the pool area. Nor is there any warning about that whether verbal or written. The patio outside is nice. The hotel was quiet. Bathroom wasn't fully cleaned. The elevator had stains on the ground that where brown and suspicious. Otherwise a basic hotel nothing amazing about it. Free parking was nice.

The hotel room furnishings were dated and worn, and the bathroom showed signs of poor maintenance. I chose this property for its advertised onsite EV charger, but there was only a single Level 2 charging port, which meant waiting my turn. Check in was a breeze and staff was very friendly! Room was very spacious and very clean. I had a one bedroom king size bed , pool area was clean and hot top was perfect ending to a day . The breakfast was delicious and plenty option from fresh fruit to eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal bread bagels and plenty drink options! My only complaint was the gym I am a gym rat wish they had more equipment as they only had cardio equipment some dumbbells and bench that’s it . Luckily they have a gym near by 10 will get you a day pass . Over all very pleased with hotel , service and stay .

Our desk person was friendly. Ice water was available in the lobby, which was a real treat on a hot day. The room was clean, smelled clean, and was nicely decorated. Amenities were great in and out of the room. I like that there is a bar and a service breakfast in the lobby. The pool was open and looked clean. Not thrilled about the pricing of the shop items by front desk, but they weren't much higher than other hotels on the west coast. (It is bad price gouging though.) The hotel was calm and quiet and in a not so bad area. We felt secure and rested through our stay. I understand cutting cost when buying for hotels, but PLEASE! consider getting waterproof liners for your showers. ALSO, consider getting non-slip strips or textured tubs. They were SUPER slippery and in the long run, you will develop mold and mildew with all the excess water spraying out of the tub. This is the ONLY complaint I would give, but it is all too common in hotels across America.

We had a room on the second floor right next to the elevator. Thankfully we did not have a bunch of loud people on that floor but you could hear the elevator going up and down in the middle of the night. The view out the window was of a rooftop that wasn't even very clean, because we were right above the entrance. The rooms however were obviously remodeled recently and very clean, even though the room we had was tiny. The pool was small and the Jets on the hot tub did not work. The breakfast was mediocre but decent.

This place was a dump- stained mattress- mold in showers and window covered in bugs - stains on carpets. I will be calling Expedia to ask why the photos are deceptive. DO NOT STAY HERE. How they get these reviews is another whole level of shady. Good thing I took pictures.

Front desk personnel were friendly and efficient. At check in and check out. However, dirty towels were hung in bathroom, someone had blown their nose in it, toilet bowl was filthy and needed to be scrubbed. Room was not ready on arrival so I believe the room was not cleaned properly as we waited.

We were given a room at the end of the hall right beside the exit door. People used the door many, many times throughout the night. The door was not adjusted to close quietly. Consequently, the door slammed every time. The "pet friendly" room smelled so strongly of dog poop with very visible stains in the carpet. Why a "dog friendly" room has carpet is just stupid. Also the shower pan appeared to be leaking causing water to rise up through the seams of the vinyl bathroom floor. I don't know what condition the rest of the hotel was in, but based on our room/stay, we will never return. Way overcharged for the conditions this hotel offers.

This property is in no way a 3 star hotel. The towels and sheets had stains on them. All surfaces, the room itself and the hallways were very dirty. Loose tile on bathroom floor. Dead black bugs on carpet and in bathroom. The entire stay, my room and the shower smelled very strongly of sewage. I also did not feel safe. Hotels.com needs to contact this property! The rooms and interior looked nothing like the photos on Hotels.com website.This trip was a Mother's Day present from my daughter, and the stay here at this Best Western ruined the trip.

Very convenient for I5 in ice storm. Clean and quiet rooms, close to shopping and restaurants. Great pool, hot tub, fitness rooms. Very large rooms so good for 2 plus dog. Great breakfast. Only negative was lack of wifi in bedroom, fine in lobby and if you stood outside bedroom door, not very handy. Staff seem aware of problem and supposed to be getting fixed.

It doesn’t have very good insulation between the rims. The windows cannot be double painted. You can hear everything outside. My mother and I were miserable, but the rooms were nice and the staff is great.

They put us in room 118 which is right by the side exit / entry door without telling us the door slams and risking if we are ok with that. We requested a 1st floor room because we were traveling with a dog. Around 11 I called the front desk to see if they could do anything about it. The only thing they could do is put a note on the door or move us to another room on the 2nd floor. We were already in bed and elected not to move all our items. We had 2 CPAP machines set up and a dog crate set up (that is on us for not wanting to move after we were all settled). The slamming door went on all night making it a very long sleepless night. The heat in the room would not turn off despite changing the thermostat to off. It got up to 88 degrees in the room, which also did not help.

Overall, the room was clean, comfortable, staff was friendly and check in was very quick. Breakfast was serviceable. Oatmeal wasn't fully cooked, and the hot water for tea tasted like old coffee. (I never understand why people don't realize once you've used one of those for coffee, you can never really get the aftertaste out. Our main complaint was every morning at 3 am we woke up to the heavy clomping of boots overhead from the rooms on the 4th floor. (We were on the 3rd.) We suspect it was the team of truck drivers we saw. We should have asked for a room change, but by then we were settled in. Perhaps in the future they should put those guys on the first floor.

Well I got the run around when booking but after that the only let down was not getting the King Bed room that had been booked. But everything else was excellent and the first front desk clerk was great and the second customer service person at the front desk was great. Her name was Heather and she’s the epitome of an excellent customer service manager. She always had the answers to all of our questions and she was very professional and helpful in making our stay more enjoyable. This is the second time she has served me in the last month or so. I would definitely recommend you and your hotel.

The staff was incredible! They were very attentive, kind, and super friendly! They made my stay very welcoming and comfortable. I enjoyed chatting with them every time I came down to the lobby. This hotel offers breakfast and let me just say the dining area was very clean and the food was prepared very nicely. I enjoyed the waffle making station the most 😋 My room was very clean and I was surprised with how big the room was! Super Spacey, and cozy! I would definitely come stay here again, and will be recommending this hotel to friends and family of mine. It was also in a very great area. I felt very safe walking around outside by myself.

We recently stayed 4 nights at this hotel that we mostly chose because of great reviews. We are happy to report those reviews are accurate and had an excellent stay. The hotel is in excellent condition, and we got really good service from both reception and the breakfast attendant. The included breakfast had lots of thoughtful extras that we don’t commonly see at other hotels such as salsa, cheese and hot sauce for the scrambled eggs; chocolate chips, walnuts and peanut butter for the waffles and at least 6 toppings for the oatmeal. Our room was spacious and had plenty of both electrical and USB outlets for charging devices. The only negative to our room (318) was a sulfur odor each time we turned on the water in the sink. The water served at the hotel breakfast didn’t have that smell, and the desk clerk seemed surprised when we mentioned it.

We checked in at 11pm and we were supposed to have 2 beds. We paid for 2 beds. We received 1 bed after waiting 45 minutes for the manager to get back from a break outside of the hotel. I slept on the floor and barely slept. I want my money back or we will let a lot of people know about our experience

When we arrived to check-in we were told it would be a 20 minute wait. 3 1/2 hours past checkin time, our room was finally ready. The lobby was dirty with 1/2 eaten yogurt containers, garbage, sticky table tops, and wet garbage juice leading from elevator to outside. There was a pungent odor in both rooms. On day 2 room service consisted of taking out 1 of 3 trashes and making beds. No new towels were left nor were our dirty ones removed!! Front desk staff and manager was not educated in customer service at all. We will not stay here again.

Great hotel in a good area with plenty of parking and a great gym! But our room smelled like perfume over cigarette smoke and staff was hit and miss, really nice evening worker when I checked in but a couple other times I needed things from the desk and no one was round for 10 minutes, I finally had to give up waiting without being helped.

The property and its staff were great! Unfortunately, the area around it was a little bit sketchy. My Tahoe was broken into in the middle of the night, and there is no cameras on the side of the hotel where it happened. So don't keep anything visible, and take any additional items into your room with you. Other than that, the facilities, staff and room were very good, no complaints!

Very convenient for I5 in ice storm. Clean and quiet rooms, close to shopping and restaurants. Great pool, hot tub, fitness rooms. Very large rooms so good for 2 plus dog. Great breakfast. Only negative was lack of wifi in bedroom, fine in lobby and if you stood outside bedroom door, not very handy. Staff seem aware of problem and supposed to be getting fixed.

This was a wonderful experience. Although only staying for 1 night, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was clean and comfortable, nice king bed and spacious, large bathroom with hot water and good water pressure. I visited the fitness room and the equipment was all in good shape, 2 treadmills, stationary bike, ellipse machine and plenty of free weights for a good workout. The breakfast was fantastic, plenty of choices with bacon, eggs, sausage gravy, fruit salad, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, many cereals, toasts and pastries, juices, lomen water and coffee!! The staff from check in to check out was outstanding, friendly and professional, made me feel welcomed and at home!!! I went home and made another reservation for my next visit!!!

It’s a quiet facility and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast is very good with many options. The bathroom needs some help. The grab bars are all very loose and are a hazard for those who need them. The shower curtain smelled mildewed which permeated the bathroom, although the staff changed it out for a fresh one quickly.
