Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites Altus by IHG

We were so disappointed. We had booked a room a month ago because of the indoor pool. We raise our grandson and he loves to swim. He was having a pirate party so we bought blowup pirate boats with water cannons, blow up swords, and blow up volleyball net for the pool. We checked in night before party and find out a pipe busted in their pool, so there would be no swimming. We asked if we could rent the conference room, nope it was flooded and closed. Asked if we could use the breakfast area, cause we had 20 kindergarters and their parents coming to the hotel in 14 hours. Nope can't have more than 15 people in there and party would run an hour into breakfast. Then i asked if i went and bought a blow up waterslide could we run a hose from hotel to it and put it outside, nope. Well can we get a refund since we cant have party here? Nope you booked from a 3rd party online so we can't. Soooo we stayed because we truly had no other choice. I will say the room was clean & comfortable. Staff was nice, breakfast was very good, and we tried to make best of it for our grandson. We had to contact every guest and tell them party location had changed and half our guests that rsvp'd didnt end up coming.

Pool water was cold and no staff could figure out how to fix it.

Truck parking was a mud hole

Front desk was courteous and breakfast attendant was very helpful. Pool was clean and a nice temperature. Beds were comfortable and room was clean.

This was a perfect hotel for us because we were doing things with family in Snyder. Staff is super friendly, breakfast was fine-nothing fancy. Only problem was the elevator would NOT come down to the first floor when you pushed the button. So, going up was stairs. Coming down was no problem.

Hotel was nice, under renovation or repair due to recent storm. Plastic on floors and cardboard lining the elevator. Working (noises) until 9pm, but they have to fix things at some point.

Staff was great. Bathtub leaked loudly, but room was clean and everything worked. Kids enjoyed the pool.

Elevator is broken and no hot water at times.

Breakfast was good.Lobby and eating area were warm. Treadmills in fitness center did not work.

Bathroom tile was loose and moving every time you walked on it. room #121

Sheets had stains, floor tiles broken and scratched the bottoms of my feet, booked a single and they gave me a double. Door didnt shut to the bathroom.

I've stayed in this hotel several times and have been very pleased. However, this visit was disappointing. The room had ants and it smelled like dog urine.

Bed was not comfy, sunk to the center. Girl tried to help with a fighter discount, later to find out that couldn't because you all wouldnt honor. Rooms smelled moldy.

I have stayed at this property several times and the staff is always friendly and the property well kept and clean.

The room was clean but there was a odor that I could pin point smelled like mold from AC

Our room was clean, however at some point there must have been water damage. The room had a musty smell. Otherwise, it was clean. The breakfast was plentiful and good.

There were holes in the bathroom wall, severe water damage that was attempted to be covered by paint and mold around the bathtub and a toilet. The room itself had not been dusted, and there was debris left over from the last guest

The room was want properly cleaned. And we saw bed bugs.

The hotel and room wasn’t bad but there was a glob of hair in the shower so it made me question if it was cleaned prior. We had 2 queen sized beds and our almost 2 year old slept with us and it was just uncomfortable. The beds themselves are springy and uncomfortable. Besides those things everything was okay. Our room key kind of did its own thing and only worked half the time.

Convenient location near Altus AFB and dining options. Helpful staff, comfortable beds, and great breakfast options.

Breakfast was good, clean area, friendly staff, and good variety of hot and cold breakfast items. Bed was comfortable and room was large.

Our room was far better and more space than we expected.

Diego was very accommodating and helpful throughout the entire stay, we appreciate his hospitality and attention.

Hotel cancelled our stay at the last minute because they were overbooked. Number to call to help with alternate hotel arrangements never would answer. On the road all day with no place to stay! Ręvue not possible

When we arrived around midnight, we were told our reservation was not in the system so we had to book at full price, other than that, it was an okay stay

Quiet neighborhood

This place was amazing. Located right outside Altus AFB and convenient to everything. The staff, especially Diego, were attentive and professional.

Very easily accessible off the interstate. Property was clean and staff friendly. Room was clean and didnt have that cleaner smell or stale smell.
