Pet friendly, plenty of parking, the area where they have designated dog relief is just a bunch of dead weeds and Rocks my dog would step on goats heads everytime we walked the property so we had to walk into the neighborhood for him to go potty. Good working Ac!

Rooms were clean; it felt like a safe area with all the parking lot lights. There was no working pool. We had to ask for shampoo at the front desk. One thing that bothered me was housekeeping didn't come by until after 4:00 pm & we had returned from all activities by then. Our dog was happy there & there was an area for her to pee & poop although not much grass was available. But all this will not keep us away again if we go back to the area.

The front desk was friendly. It was quiet. The parking lot was very well lit. Felt very safe. Sheets, pillows and towels were good and in great shape. The only thing I could really complain about is it looked like the room was due for a deep clean. The room overall was clean just looked like a few things had been overlooked for a while. Overall a great place to stay the night while traveling

Staff great with extended check out. For a stay half the cost of any other hotel despite this being a motel, it was great. Nothing spectacular but all we needed was clean, a bed and an easy path for our two dogs. I would stay here again if we come out to do more white sand hiking.

the staff was really nice and the town is pretty populated so theres lots of resteraunts and stuff. very close to white sands. the actual condition of the room was not great -- saw roaches, broken doors, and smelled like cigarettes despite being a non smoking room.

Very dirty room, shower had a huge brown stain in the middle. No room toiletries (soap, shampoo , ect) Only positive thing.. the bed was comfortable and lots of dining options around

The staff was fantastic however the room conditions were terrible. The room was dusty, holes in the corner of the floor boards, bathroom latch was broken so the door would not close properly. The white walls were brown due to not being cleaned especially areas where people touch on door/ light switches. Hole behind the beds and crumbs everywhere as if no one cleaned after the previous people that stayed. The bathroom toilet seat was stuck together so you had to physically touch the seat the separate it from the lid. I would not recommend this place at all, stayed with children.

Theres a saying, you get what you pay for. And being a Motel 6 what else can be expected. I was motivated to reserve here because the photos presented a clean room. Some reviews said that the rooms where clean, that motivated my decision. Check in ran smooth and easy. We went in to our room and its nothing to what they present in the pictures. I sat on the bed and i already knew i was in for a bad night of sleep. I inspected the restroom and the shower was dirty, the floor was dirty and the shower head was dirty too. Sink was dirty as well. We took a trip to walmart to buy somethings to help with that issue. The fridge was dirty and so was the microwave. My son took off his shoes and sometime later we noticed that the bottom of his socks were black. The premises didnt look sketchy, not from i was able to see. Our reservation was from friday to sunday. We checked out saturday midday. I wanted add pictures to this review but was unable too.

The room was DIRTY!!!! I mean, like it had a thick layer of black mold on the shower, crumbs on the floor and sheets were stained. The room was also very noisy. I could literally hear people talking in the parking lot. That’s how bad the room was!

One night there were neighbors arguing, and found out then how thin these walls were. But had they not argued from 4 am until 5 am. However, we arrived on and left on Saturday and not once was our room serviced. On Thursday a lady did come to our room and knocked, but only asked if we needed towels. Didn’t have the cart with her to service the room. If this is the place where you need to make an appointment for that, we were not informed when we checked in nor was it advertised on the website.

This is where I stay on my way to visit my mom on my way to Lincoln. The people are friendly, the place is clean. It's a little dated, but that is not a problem for me. I want a comfortable sleep, wifi, TV, safety and not to spend a bundle. It fit the bill!

I enjoyed my stay, my cat also enjoyed this day that we had. The neighborhood is very quiet and the hotel is located close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. My only negative was the Wi-Fi was a little slow, probably need a new router or a reset something like that. They were also in the process of putting out new plants next to the hotels so they are in the process of updating.

The a/c unit in the room is unbelievably loud. It never stopped rattling, all night. My wife slept with her fingers in her ears, all night. Horrible sleep.

Very convient to go to white sands go to ruidoso casinos and many options of places to eat very close to motel ...i didnt like that i booked 3 days in advance and put special request in for 1st floor rm because of recent knee surgery and the guy i talked too said no problem we not busy and next day call again to confirm rm and asked again for 1st foor and again i was told no problem i would get 1st floor ...upon arrival i was givrn 2nd floor and i asked lady why i was told i would get 1st floor and she called the guy in front of me and he denied everthing that no he never talked with me ...bad customer service and very hard for me to go up stairs ...not happy about that ...did sleep good and place was full but quite ...thats a plus just negative on front desk lies given out and then lied about talking with me 2 days in row

It was a very quick stop for us and was perfect for what we needed. Staff are AMAZING. I left something very valuable in the room when I left. The house keeping staff handed it in to the front desk. Saved my trip. For this I’m very grateful. Honesty is very rare these days. Thank you !!!!

The property was a decent place, but the staff never once knocked on my door to clean my room or to offer me towels. I literally would have to bring them my old one in order for them to give me new ones. I was there 10days.

Overall, very clean and comfortable. We had one issue with the heater not working and the attendant quickly apologized and provided a new room. Overall, I would stay their again in the future.

I stayed at several motel 6 locations in the way to Alamogordo. I was hesitant to check in to this one because the others were absolutely horrible! BUT!!!! This location was perfect!! The gentleman at the desk was receptive to me and even listened to me, a tearful mom, talk about leaving her daughter at Holloman AFB! He chose to be compassionate and empathetic to me! The room was CLEAN and smelled wonderful!! I appreciate them and every time I go back to visit, this will be were I stay!

My room was spacious, well lite, clean and warm on a cold day. You can tell the management pays attention to the details. Easy parking. Close to everything. Very Happy with my stay. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Staff was pleasant and offered ideas of where to eat and drink. Couldn’t ask more from my hosts!

It is what you pay for. Beware, though, no coffee pots in rooms, our sheets were full of dog hair (and not from ours), cigarette burns in bedding. There is no Continental breakfast. The bathroom was small, no tub, so water goes all over the floor when getting a shower. Good Hot water though!
