Hotel location and condition is excellent !!!! Disappointing was that pool was closed for 4 days for some type a maintenance.

Wir haben das Hotel zum Jahreswechsel gebucht. Der Empfang war freundlich und da wir mit drei Kindern gereist sind, hat man uns eins der barrierefreien und damit deutlich größeren Zimmer gegeben. Das Zimmer verfügt eine gute Ausstattung mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Spülmaschine. TV in beiden Räumen. WLAN funktioniert gut. Wir haben die günstige Waschmaschine und Trockner (im Fitnessraum) ebenfalls genutzt. Der Pool ist ganzjährig geöffnet, aber kalt. Von der Rezeption kann man kostenlos Slides ausleihen, wenn man in den White Sands Nationalpark (absolute Empfehlung) fährt und dort rodeln möchte. Die Lage das Hotel ist etwas außerhalb, aber ruhig. Wir hatten abends ein Problem mit der Spülmaschine. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hat das Problem per Telefon mit dem Techniker auch gelöst. Leider ist das Frühstück eine Katastrophe, was ich das bei dieser Kette schon des Öfteren erleben mußte. Viel zu wenig für die Gästezahl. Es gab nach der Hälfte der Frühstückszeit fast nichts mehr, nur noch Cerealien, dazu aber noch nicht mal Milch. Auf Nachfrage hieß es die Lieferung sei nicht gekommen. Sorry, aber da muss sich jemand ins Auto setzen und zum nächsten Supermarkt fahren. Wir haben an den beiden Tagen massenhaft enttäuschte Gäste beim Frühstück beobachtet. Auch wird man bereits vor dem offiziellen Ende der Frühstückszeit von den Servicekräften von der Theke verdrängt. Im Gegensatz zur Rezeption zeigt das Küchenpersonal null Kundenfreundlichkeit.

Great suite room, liked the kitchenette area. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The table you can roll around to dine at or use your laptop was nice. Outdoor pool was nice. Enjoyed the 24 hour coffee bar. Only downside was the barndoor style bathroom door, not a fan of the lack of privacy it offers.

Very comfortable, clean and well equipped hotel. Rooms are great, spacious and with a little kitchenette. Breakfast was good, nothing fancy, but well stocked. Fitness facilities were better than most and hotel has a washer and dryer which was a great addition. I will definitely stay here again.

My family had never been to this area of New Mexico and we chose this hotel without much information besides it looked nice. We were visiting to go to White Sands NP and Pistachio Land. Perfect place to stay for this type of visit. Both places were easily accessible from the hotel. Its the nicest hotel in town and the staff was extremely welcoming, gave some ideas about when to visit the park, and offered a full breakfast that had great options. They even have sleds and wax availabile if you plan to go sliding at White Sands. Near grocery stores, and some really nice dining options. Great place to stay overall!

I like this property. The only non excellent review i’ve given was for the amenities and it’s only because this property stated to have a hot tub and it does not. Not a big deal, it was not a deal breaker for us, and we’re only staying 1 night. I would just prefer to know that type of thing in advance if true to pack accordingly.

My fiancé and I stayed for a quick weekend and really enjoyed this hotel. Overall it was very clean inside and outside of the room and the staff was always kind and friendly. We got the King suite and loved all the extra space we had as well as a fully stocked kitchen. They installed dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, etc. just in case you forget yours which I found thoughtful. The outdoor pool area and pool were underwhelming, hardly any chairs and no decor or umbrellas for shade, but we weren’t really there to swim so it did not matter to us. They have a nice gym and an all day/ night snack station if you get the munchies (you do have to pay for it though). Our favorite part was the continental breakfast! They had waffles with every topping, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, bagels/toast, and juice everyday. They also have other egg/ bacon/ omelet/ options but those change daily. My favorite was the strawberry waffle! They also have coffee I believe to be 24/7. They also allow pets which is a bonus for us, even though we did not bring our pup this time. The only complaint we have (which is probably out of their control) is the constant homeless people hanging around on the hotel grounds, maybe the hotel could hire security just to at least make sure the guests vehicles aren’t messed with. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel.

Great stay at this location! Room was great with no light seeping through window shade or the front door. Breakfast had great selections, even for the gluten free in our party. (GF bagels and muffins!) Fresh fruit was available all day. Parking lot was well lit and felt safe. Staff were wonderful! Only suggestion would be to change bed comforter. It is very thin. Pet fee was $50, but we so appreciate the option. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

Comfortable for my family of 5. Good location for getting to White Sands National Park and town. Kids had a fun time in the pool which was very clean.

Nice room but it was never cleaned by housekeeping the entire time we were there. We asked her to come back, she never did. We ran out of towels and toilet paper. The rest of the staff were nice.

The room was spotless and clean!! Sheets soft with plenty of pillows. The shower was also very clean and the provided soap and lotion smell great! Breakfast was enjoyable with plenty of options and the coffee was a good strong brew! Overall a great stay!

The hotel is brand new, nice rooms. Very Clean. Also I forgot my wallet and a jacket, both were returned safe. I appreaciate the service and time spent there.

The rooms/suites are enormous! We were very impressed by the roominess, comfort and amenities. Will definitely stay in Home2 again.

The room was huge and very clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable! We love the ability to separate the space with the curtain!

We had reservations here while other people were just stopping in to see if there were rooms available, which is fine, but we were put in a horrible location in the hotel (first floor by the back door) and every single time people came down the steps and/or went out the back door, each door would slam, so we got zero sleep here. I believe they should have signs that encourage people to close doors slowly/quietly to be considerate of people that are actually trying to sleep.

They had no toilet paper, and couldn't restock as they had misplaced their stock. The pillows in the room were flat and of bad quality, with no option to get more pillows.

There were so many animals in this hotel, barking and running up and down the halls it was very disturbing. The people above us were stomping around like they were elephants, and we called the front desk and they stopped for a few minutes, but then they continued throughout our stay.

The rooms are very spacious and the hotel itself looks extremely clean and new. Loved the friendly staff and how comfortable it was for our family.

Excellent, spacious and clean room. Fabulous kitchen including dishwasher. The walls are not thick or my neighbor just listens to TV very loud. They offer nice breakfast. Apples are in a bowl when we arrived. Plenty of wall sockets. Nice blackout shades. Lots of cupboard space. I’m happy we are here close to restaurants and not far from White Sands.

Everything was really nice and clean ( obviously new) but the beds were the WORST - literally felt like I was sleeping on an old spring mattress with the springs almost sticking out 😭 also breakfast selection was really poor..

Great experience. I think it was Jason who checked us in, and followed up a few hours later to confirm all was well. Great customer service.

Can't emphasize enough how helpful and kind the staff was at this property. They have a rockstar team. Clean facilities and easily the nicest hotel in the area. Would absolutely stay here again.

Check-in was smooth with Betty, who was very informative about what the area offered. Her professionalism was most appreciated and the hotel offered a very comfortable, clean stay. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

Staff seemed frazzled and short staffed. Breakfast was okay. But even at 15 minutes after it opened they were out of food and kept shouting that everything was frozen. Wished the waffle mix was not strawberry not very friendly for everyone. Room was okay. Pullout couch was icky, we couldn’t get ahold of housekeeping when we needed more pillows.

Horrible staff

The staff at the front door gave me a room by the door. I asked her to change to another room. She refused that. The reason she gave me is I ordered the room from 3rd party. So the place where we ordered can influence the experience of customer service. The most frustrated was another couple have the room on the same floor as us. I really feel the discrimination. We are not welcomed by the staff. Is it just because we are Asians. I am thinking that the staff might be the racist. She is not really professional.

Last hotel on our road trip. Cost a little more than the others, but well worth it. Nice large room, great selection at breakfast and well maintained building. Close to the highway and surrounded by dirt lots might be the only drawbacks.

Very nice since it is relatively new. Beautiful view of the mountains. Which it being new was kinda by itself with the surrounding properties or yet developed.

Near highway

Stayed the night before going to White Sands and I would choose it again. Alamogordo has a main strip with lots of fast food and the only restaurants were on the other side of the town. Small town though and I would still stay here.

Recent hotel, very practical, convenient, large room with kitchen, quiet because a little outside town. By car, it is only a few minutes to town and restaurants.

Liked the suite and everything that was in the room. The only disappointment was breakfast, there was no bowls or plates available. The food was not kept full and we had to wait for 30 mins to get the food replenished. This was the only downside to the stay.

Hotel is nice and clean. But please improve breakfast, totally disspointed. Keep hot breakfast please, everything is frozen cold, not even a banana, less options. Not good at all.

Quick one night trip to visit White Sands. Hotel was great- clean, comfortable, felt new- and the breakfast spread was impressive! Lots of healthy and even GF options. Highly recommend.

Very clean. The only thing I would say is the breakfast staff didn’t keep up with food demand as well as they should. Several things would run out before it was replaced, including coffee. There was a great selection and friendly staff! Would recommend and would stay here again.
