We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and exercise room. Room was clean and in order. Breakfast was great! Would definitely stay again.

Great location near White Sands National Park. And the hotel offered complimentary sleds for White Sands. One block walk to the best winery in the area!

Nice hotel but we had the misfortune to come when the elevator was broken and we had a 3rd floor room. We greatly appreciated the special phonecall we got a day in advance telling us it was down in case we could not manage stairs. That was above and beyond! Loved having the pool and hot tub to ourselves that evening.

Rooms were good, beds comfortable, sofa bed better than most. We loved the breakfast! Pancakes, eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, and the rest of normal breakfast fare. Coffee was dispensed from a machine that ground the beans. The pool was warm and the hot tub fine. Plenty of chlorine. Had a really nice stay.

First of all the staff was okay. My biggest issue was no pool and the way it was disclosed was not professional. Like sorry but that’s it. No accommodations. Of all hotels I have stayed this was the worse breakfast. Coffee was cold. The counters dirty. No pancake mix. No food replenished. Last time I will stay here.

Check in was quick and luggage carts available. Only one elevator for entire facility so can be slow to get to and from room. Beds are comfortable and rooms reasonably equipped. Restaurants are nearby and easily walkable.

The hotel was wonderful. Rooms are spacious and clean. My family enjoyed the stay. Internet was a little slow but it allowed me to work. The pool and spa were really perfect one day and the following day they were both below temp but we still had a good time.

We enjoyed being able to do a load of laundry while staying there.

Elevator was broken, but staff called day before to let us know. The communication was appreciated! We were thankful as we stayed at 4 hotels in 4 nights and this was the only one that had a working hot tub and pool — even though they all were supposed to have those amenities.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Shower has good water pressure. Pool and spa were nice for relaxation. Food buffet was great with variety of options. Would absolutely stay there again.

Good location, relatively quiet. Breakfast was fantanstic. Great staff. Bed was too soft for us. Tub was slippery i almost fell in the shower, hopefully they can put in antislip mat for future guests. There's someone's hair under the pillow :(. Given the price being quite a bit more than other holidayinn, this is very disappointing.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The free breakfast was good, and offered a lot of variety. The elevator was a little dirty, but the rest of the common areas appeared well kept.

The room was not clean... there was a dirty washcloth left in the tub and a used bathmat. one of the towels had makeup residue all over it. There was also a spilled open bag of snack mix under one of the beds.

To me, the beds were hard as a rock. If they could invest money in new mattresses I would definitely come back. Otherwise I would probably try to find somewhere else to go.

I booked this room over a month ago and for my early efforts we received the room next to the pool and gym doors. In other words, the noisiest room in the hotel. The staff was good.

Overall this hotel provided what we needed. Our room was very damp feeling, whenever we would come back to our room everything was damp,and the sheets felt like someone misted them. Our room was right above the pool so we wondered if that was part of the problem.We did let the front desk know about it upon our departure. The rooms have no USB plugs so plan accordingly. We did have some unexpected printing we needed to do and the computers and printer were very appreciated. We were there 4 nights and finally the last evening housekeeping knocked and asked if we needed anything so we had them vacuum. The other days was just new towels on bathroom counter and trash emptied.] Breakfasts were great! We enoyed that not every day was exactly the same.

We stayed on second floor, and someone was stomping their feet on the floor above us, the 3rd floor, all night long ! Very disturbing and not able to sleep well.

WiFi was horrible and tech support worse. The Hotel staff tried to help, but their tech support was totally useless. This is really bad for someone who is on a work assignment!!!

I have stayed here multiple times in the past. Overall it was not as clean as I remember during previous visits. The wifi was absolutely terrible and the worst I have ever experienced. It kept disconnecting from my phone and was so slow on my laptop it kept me to get any of my work done in a timely manner. Staff has always been great and the breakfast is always good.

This met our expectations for a HIE. There was nothing spectacular nor was there anything missing from the amenities or the written description. The room was not completely sound proof. We could hear kids in the hall and the very subdued bass from the trains rolling by. They were noticeable but didn’t wake us. We would stay here again as a first choice.

Very nice vibe and friendly staff. Tbh, based on my many experience to live in a same level hotel, they might be the most friendly one. The manager came to say hello to everyone in the lobby during breakfast. Just make us feel warm and comfortable. It was a helpful location and very much aided our trip to the white sand national park.

Very nice property! Warned before leaving town for Alamogordo, NM that their Elevator was out of service with an e-mail and PERSONAL PHONE CALL! Not a problem worth canceling the room over. Numerous Food Establishments, well within walking distance from fast food to Very Nice sit down restaurants! Complimentary Breakfast, Afternoon Snack and Cold Bottled Water were very nice perks! Staff was Very Friendly and Attentive to all requests or any help.

Staff was exceptional making our room available for early check in, we truly appreciated that since we were in town early.

The people at the front desk were so kind and accomodating. We only stayed 1 night but still wanted to use their sleds that they let guests use for the White Sands National park. Not only did they let us use them they also let us have a late checkout so we had time to take showers before getting on the road.

Shannon was amazing. She was very helpful and super sweet. When i requested an additional towel she was quick and i really appreciated it. Hands down this was one of my best experiences.

It’s close to White Sands National Monument. The complimentary breakfast is convenient, though not the best food of all time. Clean and nice, nothing fancy, it works.

We chose to stay at this hotel because of its close location to White Sands National Park. I was nervous because we were staying over Easter weekend, and we weren't sure what places would be open to eat. Knowing there was a fridge and microwave, it was a relief to know we could at least heat something up. Fast forward to our trip, and we arrived 12 hours later than we were supposed to. We were scheduled to arrive at 10 am, not ended up not getting in until 10pm. What a relief when we arrived to check in, and the front desk manager was so kind and offered us water upon arrival and quickly got us checked into our room! It was so clean and spacious! I usually just stay at the cheapest hotel I can find, but with it being Easter, I wanted to have something nicer, and this completely exceeded my expectations! The beds were clean and soft. The shower pressure was amazing! The next morning breakfast was served and it was delicious!! Everything was cooked fresh with so many options to choose from! White Sands National Park was a quick 15 minute drive, so we spent the morning and day exploring, came back to freshen up and eat dinner at a nearby restaurant that was a quick walk to, and we went back to White Sands NP for the sunset. We also used the pool, which my kids, husband, and I had to ourselves and we had a blast! Overall, I would highly recommend staying here with its prime location, and clean, comfortable amenities!

Closed to freeway, close to all restaurants and fast food stores, and close to grocery stores as well.

We had a great stay! The hotel was clean, but I didn’t realize how thoroughly they must clean everything until we arrived back after a day at white sands NP and dragged in our sandy, dirty selves. Everyone was so friendly! We also found out you can borrow sand sleds (first come, first serve) and they had a great little lending library! Fresh cookies, great breakfast and cool vibes here!
