Excellent staff. Clean comfortable quiet room. Sprinkler system floods the yard and walkways. Just get rid of it and put in stone.

Staff was awesome and understanding of us staying there a week. Parking can be difficult with all the other guest parking their big rigs around the motel but overall pleasant experience Would definitely recommend for the price can’t beat it.

Room was fine for the price but the parking lot and grounds were filled with trash everywhere. Made the whole experience just feel raunchy. We won’t stay here again.

I had that a room that faced a car wash, I went to the clerk at the front desk, they immediately changed my room. I needed to extend my stay a couple of days, again no problems. Didn't have vending machines on the property.

The people next to us were smoking weed, had loud music and tattooing someone with the door wide open. The guys were sitting outside blocking the walkway. There was noise coming from their room both nights, I expected noise from the construction that was going on but that was actually kept to a minimum. The restroom in the room was dirty is looked like the shower had not been cleaned. There were hairs in the shower, shower floor was dirty and the sink kept clogging. Usually I like to stay in this hotel because of how close it is to the mall, restaurants and home to family members. This experience was terrible.

I have stayed there a lot over the years, and it has always been a good place to stay. However, this time is the first time I have had issues. The sink in the bathroom didn’t drain. There were dirty towels from the previous guest still hanging on the bathroom door. The shower wasn’t rinsed out / thoroughly cleaned.

Last year around this time I stayed in this hotel and my room was dirty I told the receptionist it was dirty she only offered me a broom and told me to clean it my self. Was disappointed with this hotel i wanted to give it another chance so I stayed there yesterday nigh 1-10-2025 and my room was again dirty bed sheets were dirty bathtub was dirty had hairs all around and sink was dirty all the room was just dirty

Stayed for two nights. The room was not fully clean. Small trash around the floor, which indicated it had not been swept or mopped. Bed sheets were clean and no bed bugs. Our second night, our door lock did not work. The staff were unable to open it and we had to stay in a different room without our stuff until maintenance came the next morning to remove it. Although the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, it was inconvenient. Wouldn’t stay again, but for a cheap and quick night stay it’s doable.

The shower temp was very cool several nights preventing me from taking a hot shower. The bed seemed and felt old and very cheap, as I could feel the springs while lying down. The HVAC unit was noisy and didn't seem to be efficient. There was even an open space at the bottom of the room's door that may have allowed spiders, roaches, etc. to enter and definitely allowed loss of AC/heat.

The room was too small for two bed one bed was up against the A/C unit and there was a light that was so bright that even with the curtain closed still shined in our room. The pillows are flat and bed is hard. I won’t ever stay there again

Rooms were not as clean as one would like. AC did not seem to work properly since, it cooled but did not remove any of the humidity and constantly ran. Place is okay for a one-night stay, but not for longer.

The room was ok, but there must’ve been something wrong with the electrical part of the side lamps by the beds. The lights didn’t work, neither did the plug. The remote only turned on the tv, but it didn’t work to change the channels. Other than that it was an ok stay.

It was fine for the price. The tub had some rust stains but was clean. Mattress was springy and bouncy and not very comfortable and 2 more pillows would have been nice. Only 1 pillow on the bed for two people was a challenge. Only annoying thing was the cable tv channel guide on 3 different channels on the TV so you have to scroll thru channels to find the guides and then it only had a few of channels on each guide. I know that’s a cable issue not a hotel issue.

I checked in and was told it was the only room available, i had no problem since all i need is a room to sleep. After i checked in, i didnt go into the room as i had to go back to work at the end of my shift, when I finally got to my room after a long day of work, the room was not clean at all. Bedsheets were undone, beer bottle next to the bed, wet towel on the chair, went to the front desk to let them know, and they switch me to a different room which was clean and ready for me to go to bed.

Great stay! Clean room, simple layout, nothing fancy, and a great price! Walking distance to the mall and so many other places. No breakfast included but that’s ok because whataburger is next door. Great staff! Really helpful…our tv wasn’t working so they quickly moved us to another room. She even offered money back for the inconvenience. I’ve NEVER had a hotel do that ☺️. In this day of high inflation, I’ll gladly book this place all day every day.

Almost straight after entering Del Rio I found Motel 6 amidst usefull shops, restaurants and gas-stations. Friendly staff checked me straight in although I arrived a little early. Easy parking in front of the room, modern and comfortable room.

Seems that my room was brought up to date. I really liked it for the money and was very at ease. A bit noisy on the side facing the car wash across the street. The other side was much quieter fronting the Whataburger next door.
