Great location. Looked like it is kept up well. Had friendly staff and my kids loved that the pool was open until midnight so we did not have to rush to get back for them to enjoy it.

Shuttle is only till 11pm. Landed at 1030, got to shuttle area by 1050, shuttle driver picked us up. If our flight would have beeb on time, we would not hacmve had shuttle. Would be nice to have a later shuttle.pick up then pay an uber 30$.

I can't believe you have to pay for parking when you stay at the motel. I will no longer stay there because they charge this. I could see if you stayed there and flew somewhere else but left your car there while you were gone.

This is a pretty average hotel but my stay wasn't great. My flight was delayed and landed about 10:20 pm. I got out of the airport to the ride share parking lot at about 10:45pm. I called the hotel asking about the shuttle and they said the shuttle already left and has ended service for the day. I said the website advertises the shuttle until 11pm, but they said that includes round trips to the airport. I was able to get a ride from Lyft and paid about $30 for 2.5 miles. Once I got to the hotel, I discovered my room didn't have air conditioning. The hall and lobby were much cooler than my room. The staff were kind and made the check in and out process easy. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again. There are better options in the area.

We stay at the Fairfield in Bloomington, Mn It is close to the airport and mall of America. We arrived early and were able to get a room before 3:00. They provided us with a shuttle to mall of America. The shuttle also took us to the airport at 5:00 in the morning. I love the hot tub, the breakfast the staff are wonderful. It is close to our favorite restaurant The Hazelwood.

Room smelt bad, woke up at 2:30 in the morning, couldn’t breath throat was swelling shut, consulted a nurse took Benadryl. Upon further inspection of room , window was full of black mold. The hotel did exchange room the following night

Disappointing. From rips in the shower curtain (staff fixed, but should have noticed first) to a spider on my bed, I didn't feel like the room was kept up properly. The breakfast was NOT as shown. NO waffle maker like in the picture. Yes, there was a pool, BUT only 3.5-4 foot deep. Can't even stand up to the shoulders. And, it had long hours but was closed multiple times during our stay. Finally, pictured, is the bed frame. I can not tell you how many times someone hit or cut their foot on this. A queen size bed needs a queen size frame! And especially don't hid the frame under a bed skirt. Will not be returning. Too many small issues.

One of the beds had a dark brown stain on the sheets. We found a pill bottle (with medicine in it) that was refilled in 2022 for someone who previously stayed in the room - it was disturbing to know that it went unnoticed through two years of cleanings. Staff were great. Breakfast food was well stocked and breakfast area was clean.

The facility is run down. Exterior falling apart. Pool was gross. Elevators were trashed. Chairs in dining area wobbly and loose, tables shook. Food was not good. Front desk staff were worthless and could even make suggestions for food in the area. There was 2 ladies working breakfast on Friday morning that were great other than that no one there was helpful.

Had a problem with the cleanliness of the toilet and they gave us a dirty towel and we didn’t have a ironing board and they had to bring us one from another room and I paid 300 plus for the room and it was small to be a suite it could of been a lot bigger

Very dirty and lighting in room was shorting out i tried to call the front desk the phone did not work, when i ask at the desk they said they would have it fixed, sheets were stained, no towels, and the room was never cleaned during the stay the garbage was over flowing

I love Fairfield hotels, this one was a touch older than i expected, but for tye price (under 100) i was pleased. Exceot the bathroom in my room, the door barely grazes the toilet so its a tight fit to get in and close the door. Good water pressure, confy bed, pillows are really soft so if you need firm, bring your own. Netflix option to connect to your account. Friendky staff, breakfast staff were amazing! Polite and kept everything stocked

Decided to stay here for a weekend getaway. The convenience / location for the mall was superior and the breakfast area was one of the largest i have ever seen. The breakfast itself was good except for not having pancake or waffles. The room was small and cramped, kinda was uncomfortable. Very close to the airport and the airplanes are fairly loud, something to consider if you are a light sleeper

I really like this hotel in virtually every way. Location, Comfort, Breakfast, Staff, and Price. The one thing this hotel needs is some updates. Get some new TV's. The old crappy LG ones are atrocious. Next, update your patio. Get a propane fire pit, new tables and chairs. Lastly, put microwaves in the guest rooms. That should be standard.

This was not a bad stay, but I would not stay here again. It is an older hotel, and while the room was small and clean, the mattress was comfortable, the bath towels were soft, there were a number of negatives. There was one lamp in the room with electric outlets for devices and that was it. The Toilet had troubles turning off, the Shower drain was almost completely plugged, they charged for Parking, and the room had an odor. Although the hotel was close to the airport, I did not hear any aircraft noise. The breakfast was ok. The breakfast attendants did a great job keeping the food stocks full. Room smelled

Clean hotel located just across the street from the Mall of America and the Minneapolis-St Paul Airport. Be prepared to hear airplane all night. Beds were very firm, which wasn’t ideal for those of us who are side sleepers. Friendly service and clean hotel. Standard breakfast.

We planned to leave our car at the hotel and take a shuttle to the airport for our trip. That was advertised on Expedia. Once at the hotel, they denied us because they said we had to make the reservation through the hotel directly and not Expedia. This was frustrating and cost us about $100. Very disappointed with your service.

The curly-haired girl working the night shift was extremely rude and provided minimal customer service. The hair dryer in my room was burning my hair and filthy, I asked her nicely for a new one she seemed to be annoyed about it. She told me she had a full house and did not have any extra she didn't even bother to check. She said she would let me know the next day, I have not heard from her ever since. In general, the staff did not dress or appear to be professional at all. I had stayed in many Fairfield inn and this one was the worst so far.

We chose this location so as to be near the light rail which we took to attend a Twins game at Target Field. This hotel is also perfect for visiting the nearby Mall of America. The large common area for eating and the breakfast were very good as well. Only noise was airplane during waking hours and that was not an issue for us.

We enjoyed our stay, the staff were helpful and knowledgeable, facilities were clean and well maintained, just a little disappointed in the breakfast choices, there didn’t seem to be the same variety as usual and the waffles that were advertised in multiple places were not there.

Overall I’m disappointed. The bed was hard and they couldn’t provide extra pillows or blankets. The breakfast was minimal and everyone left disappointed in the options, not even a waffle maker. They also charged us for parking.. I would rather stay at one of the other nicer hotels in the area.

nice, basic room for a busy weekend when all that is needed is a place to sleep. clean rooms, good breakfast with lots of choices and real food. fresh fruit, juice, oatmeal and lots of other choices! was actually surprised when I saw real bacon as an option.
