Rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. Only bad thing about the rooms is how hot they were, we had to request a fan from the front desk to cool our room down, even with that it was still very warm. The pool was freezing, our kids lips were purple after 15 minutes of swimming.

Property was close to Mall of America and free transportation was provided by the hotel. Train was very close which we used to go downtown. ***I was disappointed that the hotel would not give me a receipt of my stay upon departure especially as we charged purchases to my room. I was told Expedia would send me the receipt. This did not happen.

Nice place to stay near the airport and Mall of America. I found hair on my pillows which indicated that didnt change them out. The hotel a slightly dated and could use an upgrade in the rooms. Specifically the bathroom. The gym is nice and clean open 24hrs...

During your travels you need to stay at a hotel close to the airport The Hilton Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport should be considered. Airport shuttles start very early in the morning, I caught mind at 4:30AM.

Property is a bit outdated. Pool water was too cool to swim in and be enjoyable. Hot tubs were cemented over which was disappointing. Best part was the proximity to the airport, the shuttle and the inexpensive parking.

Property is somewhat rundown. The room I got was very moldy/musty smelling. I asked to be moved. I was moved and the next room was fine. No complaints. A good place to stay when you need to get to the airport.

I had a late check in which was causes by airplane delays. When I finally did arrive to the facility after 1am guest services was very rude. Mind you I made several calls stating that the my flight was delayed and that we may just need to change the reservation from 2 days to 1. In was told on the phone that , that wouldn’t be a problem but the lady at the desk basically argued with me that, my phone call never happened. Then when I get to the room to settle down the bathroom was disgusting. Exposed pipes, hair in the tub and on the toilet.

The room could have been cleaner as their were cracker crumbs on the floor which tells me that, the room was not properly vacuumed. There was no microwave in the room. The bathrooms could use a serious upgrade as they were not the cleanest. The toilet was super old rusted and gross! The showers have super low ceilings, therfore, if you are over 5'5 you would need to duck to shower. Thankfully I'm 5'2 and there was an inch of space between my head and the ceiling. I requested the top floor in which, the guy who appeared to possibly been management stated that there were no available rooms on the top floor. I found that to be unbelievable as well as untrue as it was not a fully booked hotel! For the money I paid, and for traveling from another state, I should've received what I requested as a Hilton honors member and guests. Overall, staff were very nice! The phone in the room needs to be replaced as it was static when calling for a wake up call as well as, for a heater. Speaking of heaters, it was freezing and raining during my stay so I called to request heat however the staff mentioned that the heat will only pull out a/c and they brung me out a teeny space heater which was a joke! Please invest in bigger ones or here's an idea... how about not turning off boilers until July as this is Minnesota and it is known to not really become Summer until July. Smh This is not a 4 nor 5 star hotel but rates as a 3 star in my opinion

I was very disappointed in this hotel. First off I want to say the bed and sheets were so comfortable, however it did not make up for the negative things unfortunately. I was only in the room for just a few hours but temp regulation was terrible so our room was freezing. There was hair in the shower and it did not drain. So taking a shower felt dirty. The towels smelled moldy and were not soft at all.

There was no way to regulate the temperature in the room which was on the 8th floor. Called the front desk and told the air-conditioning had been turned off for the season. The windows are the type that cannot be opened like in many hotels. It was very warm in the room. So much so that it was difficult to sleep even using no blanket or sheet or pajamas.

Great property. Nice sized room bed very comfortable. Very clean. Staff were very helpful especially the airport van driver. Loved the location near the Wildlife reserve. The room was also very quiet even during a large storm passing through.

Well the air conditioning was out, all the plug in’s were so loose and wouldn’t hold a phone charger in, our bed side table light wouldn’t work, the towel holder on the back of the door was turned sideways so our towels fell off and finally the door on the fridge made this horrible sound when closed. The rooms just need to be up dated.

This must be an older building because when I got to my room it was freezing- and when I asked for the temp to be adjusted they said that individual rooms cannot be adjusted, all they can do is bring me a space heater. Which they did, but it seemed ridiculous to need a space heater to stay warm in a nicer hotel.

I'm from Arizona and it was very cold up in Minnesota where we stayed and apparently the rooms aren't climate control in each room and the hotel said they hadn't switched to heat yet and our room was about 40 degrees in there...we froze all night long and didn't get any sleep and had to get on the plane at 7 o'clock the next morning and was miserable...

Property is dated, it was cold out and the window frames had a 1/2” of ice on them inside the room, bathroom are small the door swings in front of the toliet and misses by an inch and stops against the tub which is within inches of the toliet, the swinging door should be removed and a surface slider should be used if you want to close the door for privacy, plus it would give additional room in the bathrooms

The breakfast was terrible, the staff made me feel as if I was putting them out for being there and asking for the breakfast I had already paid for. Then I had to walk a mile just to get a decent cup of coffee. I’ve never experienced anything like it before in my life.

The hotel shuttle took 45 min to get to us and that’s with me calling every 15 min asking where it was. The shuttle was not marked and had broken seats. When arriving at the property I was told there was flooding on our floor and there would be fan noise during the night. When entering the room one of the headboards was broken so we had to ask to be moved.

The room was very clean and there was very little noise from any other room, which I appreciated (I am a light sleeper and if I hear people walking or talking, it keeps me awake). The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the only critique that I have is that when I called the front desk, room service, and the airport shuttle, no one ever answered. I called several times, at different times, and it was only after multiple attempts someone at the front desk finally answered. I'm sure they were understaffed as is the case in many places--it was just a bit frustrating when I was on hard deadlines for the shuttle/room service because of my flight time.

Hilton’s free shuttle service until 1:00 AM from the airport was an VERY important factor in choosing this hotel over others in the area. Our flight arrived at the MSP airport around 10:20 PM. When we called the hotel to request a pickup we were told the shuttle service did not run past 10:00 PM! We questioned the staff about this the next morning, and was told the official Hilton online shuttle times (4:00 AM - 1:00 AM daily) were 7-years out of date and inaccurate. As a result, we were forced to take a $35.00 Uber! Needless to say, we were very disspointed.

I chose this hotel for its locations and shuttle service. The pick up and drop off at the airport was good. It is nice that the hotel is right by the wildlife refuge for walking and not far from the mall! It was clean, and quiet, and convenient. I would recommend it.

The hotel was literally across the road from the Nature Preserve. You can walk over there and enjoy the visitors center and trails to view the Nature Preserve. The hotel is very quiet considering it is right next to the airport, and it has wonderful views from the room of the beautiful Nature Preserve. We were on the 10th floor and had a wonderful view. It was also very easy and convenient to get to the airport to pick up my husband.

The whole reason I booked this hotel was for the pool. It was the end of a long trip for my 5 year old daughter and me. So the idea of having some pool time before our long trip home was appealing. The pool was absolutely freezing. We could only stay in for a few minutes before it was just too much. I’m all about a good cold plunge, but when that’s what I’m looking for. My daughter can handle a cold pool too but this was too much. Service at the bar was slow. Shuttle driver Dwayne was awesome. So was the morning shuttle driver.

We ordered room service and it took extra time to receive it and it was in to go packaging. I reported to the front desk that there was something wrong with the air conditioning and our carpet was very wet! They said they would fix it after we left. The damp carpet smelled.
