Not a bad property. Next to freeway and close to grocery stores and restaurants breakfast is eggs,potatoes, waffles etc. They do have a small gym, sauna and steam room along with pool.

Very nice room with king bed, small kitchen area with mini fridge, microwave oven, coffee pot and sink. A big room with comfy loveseat for relaxing after a day of watching kids soccer tournament!! There was a nice pool, steam room and sauna that would have been nice to use but not enough time with everything we had to do!! I highly recommend this hotel for your lodging!

Parking was a horror. So many commercial and work vehicles taking up double spaces. Barely any parking. Had to park my vehicle on the opposite side of the hotel.

This is a great, basic hotel. Nothing fancy, but clean and efficient. There’s a fabulous breakfast included (waffles, pancakes, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, yogurt parfaits, and more); a gym, and a pool and hot tub. Annabel at the front desk was super efficient and helpful.

Many children/teens in town for a soccer tournament where out in the parking lot past 10pm. Some set off car alarms. Totally out of control. Cockroaches in the room. Will never go there again.

We stayed here while attending a family day for UCDavis. The rooms were clean, convenient to freeway, included breakfast was good with lots of options and continuously refilled. The pool area was nice with loungers and nice sitting areas. Beds were comfortable. Appreciated the coffee and water machines in the lobby and good sized refrigerator with small freezer space and microwave in room. Only downsides were air conditioner was loud and we had ants in the room.

AMAZING KING BED! I don’t know what mattress they used, but I want one in my own home! Our room was clean, spacious, had all the amenities we would need! Breakfast was was as good as any Best Western! ALWAYS GREAT!

Pros: right across a Safeway and has enough of what you need to stay. Cons: their text service does not really work. They sent me a few texts saying I can respond with what I need. I told them twice I need an extra blanket but I never heard from them, nor did I get the blanket. I guess I could have solved it if I call the front desk.

The check in was a nightmare. I had just driven 7 hours straight and my daughter and I were exhausted. Apparently my reservation didn’t show up on the computer. I showed her the receipt of payment and check in dates etc. She said she couldn’t help me and wanted to charge me for a room. I showed her the receipt again and asked to speak to the manager. She said her manager wasn’t available and was very evasive and her answers. I continue to persist, and she finally called a manager. The manager was able to look it up and make the connection for the reservation. The front desk attendant continued to have an attitude and was very disrespectful, even when it was obvious that she was wrong I was very disappointed in the customer service.

Charged me 35 dollars for a 10mon after 11 check. Was there for 3 days very rude and wojjd not even take into consideration for my adukt handicapped friend that was trying to stay focused on the loading up and leaving task we had. . So. Yeah. Disappointed in the msnager and GM who thought it was funny to get to take our money for ada purposes.

Got in late but Jared on night host duty was there to great us with a smile and friendly check in. Room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed to settle in for a good night’s rest. Bonus for us is that it is a pet friendly hotel. Great value and comfort for the money.

The hotel is lovely. The pool is absolutely comfortable. I drank my tea pool side this morning in the sun. It was lovely. The only downside is that the hotel is near a busy road and the traffic noise is annoying. The staff is wonderful and charming. They went over and above in meeting our needs. Thank you!

I have been an Airbnb/VRBO host for over 6 years. I have hosted over 2200 guests in those 6 years. I have earned SUPER HOST recognition every quarter of the past 6 years. I have to say this is one of the worst Best Western hotels I have stayed in. The staff was rude, the bathroom was dirty. It has really gone down hill in the last few years. Maybe it is new owners. The manager is very un-professional. It is not a hospitable hotel. Very unaccommodating.

Excellent value, very convenient for my purposes, close to Safeway - not much else re shopping but exactly what I needed. I felt safe. Freeway noise on once side was loud but I couldn't hear it from my room. Clean, comfortable. Older but well maintained. I'd definitely stay there again.

I like this hotel because it is very convenient for my purposes. It's right across from a Safeway and is in a mostly residential area. It is easy walking distance from a very nice large park. It is a little older but very well maintained. It also has mature gardens, including the pool area, which is a lovely place to sit and eat breakfast. The breakfast is quite nice with several food options. For those who prefer Starbucks, there are 2 of those close by. The staff that I interacted with were all friendly and helpful. I stayed for 5 nights. I needed to request housekeeping services as those weren't automatic. This hotel is an excellent value in it's price range - clean, quiet and a comfortable bed. One note, it's right next to the freeway. The quietest rooms are on the interior corridor.

It's affordable clean the pillows too soft maybe 3 to make 1 passable pillow.close to the freeway so a lot of noise in the pm.otherwise ok for what i paid for have been here a few times .so will come again.

It was clean and comfortable. The room was clean and the furniture and material were good quality and well maintained. We enjoyed the hot breakfast which had a variety of foods to choose from and changed slightly from day to day. We felt it was a menu that considered various dietary needs and what people would like on different days. The front desk staff was very helpful. The breakfast hours were limited so we had to pay attention but once you know it’s ok. The air conditioner was new and not super noisy. The shampoo etc were very nice. Everything felt well considered and very nice for the room price.

This property is the only one I stay at anytime I'm in the area. Rooms are always clean and staff are amazing. Breakfast is also good to wake up to with some coffee from a machine that makes espresso drinks
