The smell of old dirty carpets in this hotel is overwhelming. I booked a non-smoking room. But the smell of cigarettes was unbearable. You can literally see a cigarette butt hidden in one of the sink cabinet holes. The bathroom wash basin was clogged. Using it was a challenge not only because of the overflow but also because of the sink's poor design. The shower hose was leaking, causing the water pressure to be very low. Good luck in washing out the shampoo and soap with that small shower head and low pressure! The room definitely needed a fresh paint. Only positive aspect about this hotel was the location and staff.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – By far the best holiday hotel I’ve stayed in. This was genuinely the best holiday hotel I’ve been to. Everything was 10/10 from start to finish. The room was brilliant – really spacious, comfortable, and quiet. I’d actually recommend the windowless room because it’s perfectly dark and peaceful for sleeping, while the vibrant streets, restaurants, and atmosphere are right outside the hotel’s front door. The staff couldn’t have done more for us. Every member of the team was incredibly helpful and friendly. Whenever we needed anything – an iron, extra pillows, bedding, or more coffee and tea – they sorted it straight away. The location is perfect too, literally a five-minute walk from Den Haag Centraal, with loads of restaurants, shops, and everything you need nearby. I’d 100% stay here again. A brilliant hotel with amazing staff, great rooms, and an unbeatable location.
