Motel 6-Norwalk, CA

Room reeked of pot smell. Parking lot was trashed. Stayed here as a last resort and never again. Scary.

Area felt sketchy but nothing seemed out of ordinary. Several nights did not find parking but they post a sign of where to park in case. There were several stray cats roaming outside. Room service was good at bringing towels and making the beds everyday.

The ice machine was really bad and had mini roaches around it . It was outside of premises

Good spot with donuts right next door..they provide fridge and microwave would come back.

Convenient parking and clean rooms

Insufficient parking spaces. I parked my vehicle in the fast food restaurant next door. Had to walk to my room. Room had roaches and stains in the tub.

No swimming pool

They only had cold water to take a shower. It was unsafe because you had people walking at night and people hanging out in the parking lot smoking. There was to much noise that you could not sleep during the night. By the way, I only stayed there for a night and could not get a refund.

It was horrible the place was clean but smelled and was very scary and the parking was bad I had to double park because the parking lot was over full. Would not stay again nor recommend to anyone.

Cockroaches in the room and bed

Horrible. Knats in room, dirty bathroom, ripped shower curtains. No fresh towels available. Front desk clerk is not friendly. I will never stay here again.

The motel is semi renovated but unfortunately it was infestef with roaches. It is a pet friendly hotel but my fur babies had tiny roaches on them. I also suffered from roach bites.

Just about everything in my room was stained or repaired poorly, there were holes in the walls, the shower flooded the bathroom floor every time it was turned on, there were silverfish in the room, there was a slat under the door that was about an inch wide open to the outside, the staff was in the midst of doing some sort of belt sanding work right outside in the lot and random wandering characters outside my room arguing or having loud conversation at all hours. Just about the average motel 6 experience.

The refrigerator was dirty, the microwave needs to be thrown away, there were hairs on the heating/cooling unit, the shower curtain was stained and dirty, floor towel mat was stained, and the room DID NOT look like the pictures that are on the website.

Dirty sheets, pillows, walls and floors

Bathroom not clean. Hair was in shower. Saw 2 roaches in bathroom. Gum stuck on bed headrest.

Very disgusting, the walls were dirty black and roaches everywhere even inside the small fridge! The sheets had yellow stains, bathtub looked like it was never cleaned. Do not stay here find another place. I have photos and will be sending them to corporate.

Room had lots of roaches on floor, walls, bed and refrigerator and front door did not close properly. This was a horrible experience.

Room smelled like cigarettes, killed a roach on the wall and left it there for housekeeping. Shower was dirty. We checked in at night and the counter girl was rude. Neighbors were loud. Will not stay there again. Glad it was just one night. night..

They need better WI-FI

My bathroom light was out, there wasn’t a chair in my room to sit on by the desk, and my original booking got canceled without warning.

Just the shower, does not work. But all good.

Amazing room bed fits like 3 people the room enough space to throw a party all in all clean spacious and i was super happy to be in this room

Good property, rooms are well kept, but they do have roaches and two rooms front door do not close properly, door locks need fixing. Others wise good property.

Found half filed water bottle and trash bin not emptied, obviously, the room didn’t get thoroughly cleaned as it should be. The receptionist was on the his phone and made me wait for almost 5 minutes to check me in. When we called him to the room to show what we found, he offered a refund right away.

The manager was very nice and helpful.

I had a horrible experience at this hotel. You stand at the window and wait until the front desk person decides to come out the office. I got 1 key habded to me with nothing with my room number. I got to my room checked the beds sheets were dirty but worse than that the mattress cover was extremely dirty with huge yellow and red stains. The bath towels were completely black and grey. The toilet tank was cracked and visible mold in the shower. I went back to the desk with the dirty towels to let the man know about the beds. He immediately asked for my room key and said he is issuing my refund. I said all i needed was the beds and towels to be changed and he rudely replied with the refund is back on your card i have no rooms or people to clean the room. I was without a room for the poor cleaning of this hotel and the unapologetic man at the desk. I have never heard of being put out because the hotel failed in their duties. Being from Vegas it wasnt like i could just drive home. Horrible start to my birthday weekend.

Check in experience was nice and simple, room is nicely clean. Manager Sam was very helpful, with connecting to WiFi and all other needs. I enjoyed the stay

Very good place! Close to shopping and food and just off the I 5 which is convenient! Very nice staff! I would stay again!

Well needed something last minute and there were different options in the area. Out of all of them chose this motel 6. Usually these are not to bad. Only negatives I've had was room did have scuffs and did see a few roaches. Follow by was lacking outlets to plug in charger and microwave was unplugged. But was decent for 1 night stay. Was close to bus lines, restaurant and shops. So area was pretty nice. But idk if Id stay at this motel 6 again.

This place has a lot of noise and feels a bit unsafe in the area it is in. Lots of people seem to be living in this motel. It was clean enough and I didn't see any cockroaches but the property just felt OLD. Plus my hotel room smelled of smoke since the woman in the next room would come outside and smoke on the balcony. If you need to stay here for one night just to sleep it's probably fine. For anything else go somewhere else.

Nice interior was quiet and had many options for dining that are walking distance

Had a reservation for a room with two queen beds. When i got to the office there were no more bubble rooms. Got two room. My wife stayed with my son, i slept alone. Very loud outside,did not feel safe,did not sleep. Would never stay here again.

No shampoo and no coffee

No heater, no internet and wifi. No water and no coffee. We have to ask for towels. I will not definitely recommend to my friends
