Amazing location. Amazing view. Rooms are very clean. Rooms are modern, large, and fireplace is a nice touch on the cold days. Very cozy. The place is overloaded and will have hard time supporting your weekend properly: 1. Could not get appointment in the spa (overloaded) 2. Could not get breakfast in the restaurant (overloaded) 3. Could not get into pool (overloaded). 4. Housekeeping took an hour to stock missing amenities in the room, and only happened after repetitive call. The place is amazing. Operational greed or lack of staff are destroying otherwise good property.

Very comfortable room. Spa amenities and soak pool are available. Make sure to make reservations in advance. The food is amazing, loved relaxing in the lounge too. We were able to easily walk to the falls, and experienced a beautiful night view!

This is the most incredible place hubby and I have ever stayed! I wish I would have known about this lodge when we had our honeymoon! The service was excellent. The food was incredible. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was incredibly comfy. The soaking pool was amazing as well. Highly recommend staying here! It was worth every penny!

The Lodge is beautiful and compact. Dining room provides good vantage points of the beautiful Snoqualamie Falls and the food was delicious and presented well. Staff were exceptional- always cheerful, helpful willing to engage and support special events. The bedroom was spacious and well appointed with an excellent view. A deep tissue massage was one of the best I've ever experienced. Just be aware that extra unexplained charges to use the spa facilities (hot pool, sauna & steam room) will cost extra & require reservations.

I didn’t like that not all the facilities are available to all guests. You have to rent a specific room to access the soaking tubs, sauna etc. or you have to pay a steep fee. We happened to book the room that allowed us access, but I would have been very unhappy had I not had access. I loved the location and the views.

The Salish Lodge is a great weekend escape from Seattle or any other location. The level of service is impeccable...some of the best I've experienced. Every staff member strives to make every request possible and to ensure you are well taken care of. The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed in that classic Northwest style. The hotel's bar spaces are warm and inviting, and the cocktails are top-notch. Really can't say enough good things about this place, other than you'll love it!!

Breathtaking views from both inside the room and on the viewing deck of the restaurant and nearby trail. Wonderful staff and lovely, well maintained grounds. Highly recommend this location. I will definitely be back, this was a great getaway to just detox and unwind with some wine and a book.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at the beautiful Salish Lodge. Everything about this property is excellent, from the clean and nicely appointed common area to a clean and comfortable guest room. The food and service in the Salish dining room was excellent as well as was the food, waitstaff and bartender in the Attic. The setting at Snoqualmie Falls is beautiful too. We will definitely stay there again.

Property is ove priced. Valet parking only is a joke. Food trays in hall ways for hours. Revervation for 4 and the room had 1 chair. 2 robes and 2 towles. Room was way too small. Overall a disapointment.

The location for this property really can’t be beat. It’s gorgeous. And the room and the hotel itself is great - very clean and stylish. We ordered the cherry pie from room service and it was delish - the best cherry pie I’ve ever bought - Agent Cooper from Twin Peaks would be proud.

The Salish lodge was such a lovely experience in its entirety. The room itself was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Walking around the outside area or the hotel and seeing the waterfall was just so amazing too. An amazing experience and I hope to come back soon!

Having stayed there multiple times over decades. Was disappointed in the remodel of the rooms. No more jet tub , wood burning fireplace in the room’s microwave or even dressers to put our clothes while we stayed 2 nights.

The people working the hotel were wonderful and friendly. However, we tried to make a dinner reservation through text. We were told we had one. Then we were told it was cancelled. Tried to make a reservation for the next night and we were told there were none available. We are elsewhere before our arrival. Arrived and found out that the restaurant was closed for renovations but that the attic was open and we could have dined there. It would have been nice to know that. The temperature fluctuated between hot and cold on one of our shower heads. The other one worked but it made the experience of having two a little lackluster. One our second night the emergency systems came on for a long period of time. We were notified that there was no emergency but it was extremely loud and we could not fall back asleep. Tried to watch TV but the power was out. Finally fell asleep and woke up to our alarm going off when the power must have been restored. Then the emergency alarm went off AGAIN. It was hardly the relaxing birthday trip but the lodge itself is beautiful. They did provide a $50 credit when I mentioned it during check out. We definitely left even more tired than when we arrived.

Even though we book our reservation 8 months in advance we didn’t the type of room that we had booked. The staff we trying to portray a friendly and kind behavior but in essence were not helpful or genuine in resolving the issue. The room was clean but lacked closet space. There is only one restaurant so you are out of options. The food was pricey but average. The restaurant staff were unwelcoming and unhelpful- though maintaining a smile. Do not recommend especially for families

My only issue was the continuous lack of effective communication between and within Expedia and Snoqualmie staff. I was told literally over 10 different stories about how much money would be deducted from my card upon arrival vs upon checkout. You all have to fix this problem.

This is a stunning property that, even under construction during our stay, wowed us again and again with its natural beauty both inside and out (the waterfall should be one of the 8 Wonders of the World). I would recommend it to anyone seeking a quiet, restorative vacation. The staff is an 11 out of 10 not only in terms of helpfulness but also personality. Just a great group of lovely people catering to your needs and seemingly enjoying their jobs as much as we enjoy their service. On this same trip we stayed at a waterfront hotel in Seattle operated by a major brand, and the difference in quality and attention to detail and warmth was night and day. Give me the Salish every time over places like that. It is the best-run hotel I’ve stayed in since our trip to Italy some years back. Thank you, Salish!

We found the staff to go above and beyond in making guests feel welcomed. My wife has Celiac and they provided the best gluten free bread and food options. My wife saw some guests wanting to have coffee outside and the staff showed them the falls and spent time with them. We told the server how wonderful she was and was very happy to have our acknowledgment. We felt it a perfect sanctuary. Loved our stay.

Other than the waterfall, there isn’t much to do around the hotel. Many restaurants are closed on Mondays so dining choices were limited. We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Breakfast was excellent! But dinner was average considering the price. Two meals for 3 people without any alcohol was more than the cost of the one night hotel stay.
