The price for the stay was expensive for what it was. The property needs to be updated overall. Trash was overflowing outside and there were cigarette butts on the ground. No designated smoking area, so people were smoking by the doors. Part of the reason I booked the property was breakfast was included. There was no hot food except for making your own waffles, so we went over to McDonald’s to eat. There was no orange juice. When we got back we had been locked out of our room. I wanted to use the pool and hot tub, but the area was run down, so it made me question cleanliness. Pool deck had chipping paint and the lights were not on so I wondered whether chemical balances were maintained due to the disrepair. It was extremely hot in the pool area with extreme condensation. I’m guessing exhaust fans were broken. Employee was smoking outside when I went to check out pool.
