It says on Expedia that there was a bar but what it doesnt say is the bars closed. How are you going to have a bar and not use it??? Just silly. And the smell of the rooms was hard on my senses. It was quiet though. So thats a plus.

The property was clean and I was pleasantly surprised that they had a bar and a great restaurant. Unfortunately, I never could figure out how to close the black out curtains. Either they weren't there or they were well hidden. It's my fault for not saying anything until I checked out.

Perfect room. The bed was a box spring and we are spoiled by having a memory foam at home so that was a bit different but manageable. Our daughter stayed on the pull out couch and she just loved it. A very comfortable room to say the least. The buffet was overpriced but looked good. We didn’t have time to partake but heard good reviews. The pool was supposed to be heated but the heater was broken but the kids enjoyed it anyways!

We had booked a king suite when we arrived the room had issues so they put us in a standard suite. The hotel was dingy and not kept up worse Hilton I have stayed at. Worse park the pool was closed for issues as well.

Was ok for a quick night. Old and outdated room. A roach scurried when we turned on the bathroom light and my 7yr old wouldn’t go anywhere after that. Called for extra pillows and a “very irritated” front desk man said they were out. Bed was lumpy. Very disappointing for the price, decor and area.

The bathroom floor looked like it has not been cleaned. There was hair and dirt in the corners of the bathroom and also found a cockroach crawling across the floor. We took a picturw for.proof and will not be coming back again nor would I recommend

The room was dirty and the carpet was pealing off the floor and walls near the bathroom. There were stains on the walls like someone threw a bottle of wine on the walls. The sheets were not fully covering the mattress and the beds were poorly mad. I tried to change rooms but the other room was just as bad, so I stuck it out and stayed in my original room.

looked very clean but definitely not the case. we woke up to my wife getting bit by bed bugs. just disgusting. especially from a high end hotel. location of shampoo bottles mounted in the shower had me smack my head. bed and pillows were way to soft we sunk into the mattress, had a horrible sleep.

Room had trash left behind. The hotel was not as nice as I expected, especially since 'Hilton' is in the name. I paid for breakfast and it was actually pretty bad. Probably the least appealing food I've seen served at a hotel anywhere. Breakfast attendant had an attitude. She served me coffee in a dirty cup.

Upon arrival we conducted an inspection of the room. The floor of the bathtub looked dirty as if there was a leftover residue. Since we were just staying a night, we just put towels on the floor of the tub. The refrigerator was not clean and had something sticky left in the bottom corner. The bathroom walls had paint peeling. On the wall, there was a dead spider, which looked someone killed it but didn't wipe it off the wall. The next morning, we overheard two maids talking. One of them didn't have a cart to clean the rooms and was searching the hotels for one. In the elevator she explained to us the shortage of maids...apparently there must be a shortage of carts too. I can see why there's an issue on keeping the rooms clean and to standard.

The hotel is older and could definitely use a revamp. The walls were kind of dirty, there was a stain on our comforter, the carpets looked like then hadn't been vacuumed in a week. Just better cleaning and the walls DEFINITELY need to be washed and repainted.

Outdated with no chargers anywhere. I travel quite a bit and this was a really big inconvenience. Room was not very clean, my to go food melted the container and fell out the bottom. I pick Hilton more times than none but this Overall probably the worse experience I have had in a Hilton.

The nice gentlemen that checked us in was great. But the room was dirty, bed was not made neatly or properly, shower rubber was coming off around the door so door wouldn'tseal properly, soap scum build-up and the worst was all the black hair on the bathroom floor. I overpaid on this room. We stayed at a wyngate for half the price the night before and it was spotless, clean and got free breakfast. We would of had to pay for breakfast at this hilton. You would think paying 213.00 for the room you could of gotten a free breakfast. Won't stay at a Hilton again.

Entryway is clean and in good repair, welcoming, and smells good. The desk clerks were all friendly and helpful. Did not use the breakfast/bar service. The hallways, elevators and rooms are clean but wore out and in some areas run down/damaged. Definitely in need of repairs/remodeling. Not what is expected of the Hilton brand.

Good for the most part. Got the 2 room king suite. Nice room. Very thin walls/ceiling. Heard every step above us. No breakfast for the money you spend. 13$ per person for breakfast is a little much. Evening front desk was nice, and welcoming. Saturday morning... not so much. Will probably bevstaying somewhere else next time we come to town. Which is quite often.

When we were 50 minutes away from check-in, we received a call that "due to a maintenance issue", our appointed room was no longer available. They did not have any other rooms to offer us. The clerk did say that they called a nearby hotel (a chain we no longer go to, due to a previous bad experience) and they had rooms. No offer to help us or cover the cost at an equivalent hotel due to their poor room management. We\'ll not reserve lodging at this particular Hilton Garden Inn in the future. Very disappointed!

Breakfast was exceptional. We really enjoyed it. We had issues with our key card not working 3 times! The MOD (Kim Reid 58005) went above and beyond. She tried fixing the card reader then moved us to another room. She was very friendly and helpful. We tipped her $20!

When we returned to the room for the night, the door lock was jammed and would not respond to the key card. It took 4 hrs for them to get the door open while we sat in the lobby. We asked about getting a room credit for our inconvenience. We were comped **breakfast** but we were too tired to really enjoy it since we were in the lobby until nearly 2am.

Lobby was nice. Rooms were outdated and smelled bad. Major plumbing issues. Bathroom sink wouldn't drain and the toilet clogged twice for just toilet paper from peeing. Location is great.

The breakfast was too expensive for what is offered. Morning fried potatoes should not be tater tots, eggs were burnt, juices were not labeled, the gravy was so thin. It was all round not good. The crew cursing while in the kitchen was not appropriate. The chef as she called herself bragging about herself. This part of the stay was the only part of my stay that was not enjoyed. The server was very seeet and a hard worker.

The hotel is old and tired. You are revamping the exterior but you should be starting with the interior. The room we stayed in had a bathtub that the floor was peeling and did not feel good to take a shower in. You provided a lotion container on the wall, which is great, but it was empty. Bed was squeaky. Breakfast was not included so we went somewhere else. Front desk was great! Very pleasant employees. Unfortunately we will Choose another hotel when passing through again.

Was really hoping to leave a 5 Star review for the price but feel a 4 is more accurate. The breakfast at the hotel is not included with your room. We booked a suite and still had to pay for the mediocre, hotel breakfast. The potatoes were hard as a rock and the eggs were barely lukewarm. Our room was nice but could use some detailed cleanings such as walls and the shower. Would stay again but not pay for a suite and not eat the breakfast.
