I stayed 5 days in this hotel and just checked out today. I’ll start with the positive: - walking distance to Taksim and shopping areas - concierge was good - provided many personal care items - airport transfer for $40 The negative: - I mainly booked this hotel for the pool and the hot tub, both were in maintenance during all our stay and we discovered this by coincidence as we were getting ready to try it on with my kid. No one provided this information during our check-in. They didn’t offer anything to make it up for us until I asked, then they offered that I go use their spa one time in their other hotel 25 min away, transportation was on my expense. - We had to call 3 times to ask for extra pillows for my kid. - Receptionists don’t provide any info until you ask. We were provided 0 information on anything at all during our check in, he just handed us our key. 0 welcoming - The carpet is dirty and has stains I paid premium price to be able to enjoy my stay better but I got very disappointed because of the lack of service and consideration. I wish I had picked the other option I had on my list when I was looking for a hotel. There are much better options out there than this one.

Solides Hotel mit einigen Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten. Gut war, die tolle Anbindung (zentral) tolles Angebot (Schwimmen, Sauna, Dampfbad im Preis enthalten) und Nettes Personal. Eher weniger gut, das Frühstück fanden wir alles andere als hervorragend ( kommt überhaupt nicht an das Titanic in Berlin ran) es gab nicht so viel verschiedene Auswahl und auf das Frühstück kann man getrost verzichten. Im Hotelzimmer einige Dinge die auf Dauer als störend empfunden werden kann: die Tür schließt nie von selbst( sie rastet nicht ein), glühbirne an einer lampe geht nicht aus, das Bett ( auf rädern) deshalb immer wieder verrutscht, das Bett war in Ordnung aber auch nichts besonderes. Die Putzkräfte unterhalten sich morgens leider viel zu laut, teilweise streiten sie untereinander und das gehört sich nicht in einem Hotel mit diesem Anspruch. Gäste sollte ungestört schlafen können. Dennoch waren die Putzkräfte grundsätzlich super freundlich. Alles in allem ein guter Hotelaufenthalt, aber nicht zu vergleichen mit anderen Titanic Hotels.

Möchte hervorheben freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal - am Empfang (gutes English) , Reinigungskröfte, beim Frühstück. Das Hotel und die Zimmer haben zwar schon ein paar Tage hinter sich, sind jedoch im guten gepflegten Zustand. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch gut- man kommt gut zum Flughafen IST, in die Innenstadt und relativ schnell zu der Anlegestelle der Fähren Kabatas. Zwei Kleinigkeiten, die mir weniger gefielen: - beim Frühstuck kosten Latte, Cappuccino u.ä. Extra. - im Welness Bereich war die Sauna schon ca. 45 Minuten vorm Feierabend aus. Zu beachten: zum Schwimmen wird Badekappe benötigt (häufig in der Türkei)

Overall our stay was fine considering we mainly used the hotel to sleep. Bed was comfortable and I really liked the rainfall shower. Free water provided daily and so is room cleaning. The beds are quite strange tho. If you sit upright, they move forward. The headboard is not attached to the bed itself. Windows are quite thin so you can hear a lot even though we were on the 6th floor. This isn’t a complaint since we were so tired from the day that we didn’t notice it much in our sleep! Breakfast is average. Not much day to day variety but it’s ok to start the day. egg options. Cereal. Fruits and veg. A few pastry options and bread/toast. Word of warning about the swimming pool. You need a swim hat. If you don’t have one, they charge you 400TL per hat. Jacuzzi is for 16year olds and above Gym is basic and the sauna and steam room are as expected 100$ for deposit. A few restaurants nearby and Taksim square 7/8 minute walk so the location is good. The view however. Not so great. Lots of burnt/demolished buildings.

Das Hotel war sauber und man ist zu Fuß in 3 Minuten am Taksim-Platz. Der Check—In/Check-Out war reibungslos. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Wir haben ein Familienzimmer gebucht, das war ausreichend für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, wir bekamen auch pro Tag 2x0,7l Flaschen Wasser. Das Frühstück war gut. negativ war leider, dass sie die Zimmer sehr hellhörig waren, man hat alle Gespräche und Geräusche aus dem Flur gehört, sogar die Geräusche des Aufzugs waren im Zimmer zu hören. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut.

Mooie locatie. De kamer was behoorlijk warm, airco werkte niet voldoende, waardoor de kamertemperatuur 24 graden bleef. Hier heb ik een paar keer over gebeld naar de receptie, een monteur is langs geweest en gaf aan dat het gewoon goed is. Het maakte niet uit of de airco aan of uit stond.

I stayed at Titanic City Taksim during a trip to Istanbul for dental work, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. I arrived before check-in and the staff welcomed me right away, even bringing me a glass of juice while they prepared my room. The lobby was clean, modern, and inviting, and my room was just as impressive—comfortable bed, great city view, and an updated bathroom with a rainfall shower and plenty of amenities like slippers, toiletries, and even a toothbrush and toothpaste. I had read some complaints about noise, but I barely heard anything from other rooms. Outside noise felt normal for a lively city like Istanbul. The room was a bit warm at times, but opening the window brought in cool air and solved it easily. Breakfast was excellent every morning, with fresh pastries, fruits, vegetables, and many Turkish options. The location near Taksim Square made it easy to explore, and I always felt safe walking around. Housekeeping was wonderful and kept everything spotless. I’ll be returning to Istanbul soon, and I plan on staying here again. Highly recommended.

On the first day at the reception, when I asked for help with the Wi-Fi, a rather overweight woman with a ponytail behaved very rudely and responded aggressively. Other than that, during the 10 days I stayed there, my room wasn’t cleaned on one of the days. The breakfast staff were very polite and friendly, and the breakfast was decent. We went on a family trip for my son’s birthday, and I had informed the hotel in advance to place a birthday card in our room. Despite reminding them several times, they didn’t do anything. I even mentioned it to the reception staff multiple times, but they didn’t pay attention. The hotel and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was good, but not very diverse.
