Most of the staff is friendly & I enjoy the fact I can have my animal with me ( daily fee of $10 for room cleaning) Due to high occupancy, the ice machine often does not work & one of the wahing machines are brokes (1 of 2) Hopefully they will both be fixed soon. I would return as well as recommend a friend. Seek a price for rooms on Expedia it may be a bit cheaper

Conveniently located close to the freeway and meet up with my daughter. Friendly staff with easy check-in and out. Clean rooms, plenty of parking. The a/c in the room works phenomenal...we got cold. Do not expect top of the line hotel, the room was perfect for what we needed at a good price.

The rooms smelled amazing and was clean, and had mandatory cleaning visits. The only down side was the pool. i was looking foward to using it. it was closed, looked dirty.even on google reviews it shows photos of the pool closed since last month. :( i came for the pool but its whatever.

Nice grounds. Zero amenities. No fridge, no microwave, no coffee anywhere, and no tissues. TV mostly unwatchable because of constant pixelation. Fire alarm bells outside packed with bird nests. You would never hear them. Blood found on pillow case; not old blood either. Good thing I was only there one night.

The first room we got, the ac was not working. The second room we got had ac but not enough towels, the bedding was thin for the cool evening. No extra blankets. The shower was so small even for an average size person. Beds were uncomfortable, made alot of noise just sitting on them. No microwave, no fridge, no hair dryer. I was highly disappointed. Never again.

Convenient to the 405, Dennys and McDonalds. Did not like that there wasn't any breakfast or coffee offered. Glad that I packed a hair dryer since the room did not have one. Beds were small but comfortable. The bathroom floor had hair behind the toilet and the bathroom was just worn out looking. The TV worked great including CC but you could hear other guests, especially upstairs. Overall okay for one night but would not return.

Easy, quick check in, the night person was friendly. The AC was on when i got in the room at nearly midnight therefore the room was very cold. However, the heater didn't seem to be working, the system only let out child air so I just turned it off but my room was cold and I was too tired to get anyone to come fix it. Otherwise the room was fine, the beds are double beds, 2 adults fit snugly in that bed.

I'm a truck driver and work at night. I pre-paid for room, but when I arrived I was told by security the front desk employee was sleep. I requested he call, who knows where, and wake him up. He said there is no answer when he called.

I had a chance to call the property and talked to Sam about being late to our reservation due to traffic getting out of our State. I didn’t want it to cancel on us. Sam was very helpful and assured all will be well for our arrival and the reservation will be held. What I relief we felt! Thanks again!

They have tenants living there who are funded by the state, which is acceptable. However, they treat paying customers the same way. For example, the state requires them to clean the tenants' rooms daily. I was sleeping during the day because I was very tired from a long night at work, but they forced me to leave my room for cleaning, even though my room had hardly been touched. They were very rude about it and dismissive when I reported this to management, suggesting that I should not stay there next time. For the price they charge, they should show more respect to their guests.

I needed a hotel room in Granada Hills. I found this one nearby in Sylmar. Upon arrival, I was dissapointed in the undesirable area and clientele. Turns out the hotel offered housing by the month to people on welfare and/or homeless. The room couldnt be more basic. It was noisy outside, people coming in and out. For $150 + a night, I expected at least a decent room. This one was not. ,

It was a Nice place too Stay for a Day or 2. Queen Size Bed, Shower , TV. That's all I needed. Amazing Location. Right off the 5 Freeway in Sylmar. 15 Mins from Magic Mountain. 10 Mins from my Families House. Would Definitely Stay There Again.

It does appear that this property is being used by the local authorities as an answer to house the homeless by apparent use of housing vouchers. But the most outrageously absent service is the lack of coffee either in the room or in the hotel lobby. After years of enjoying the Vagabond brand, this was the last stay

The room was clean and comfortable, but it has no real amenities. No coffee maker, microwave , nor mini fridge in rooms. No breakfast offered at all (not even a common area available for coffee). No queen beds available and only 2 bars of soap provided. Also, there’s easy access for transients to enter the property and they walk around the parking lot at late hours of the night.

Decided to be a bit frugal and stayed here for my recent trip. Considering the savings vs the other place I wanted to stay at, I would have rather stayed at the other place. No iron, no refer, no micro, no coffee maker. Towels were tiny and as absorbent as a sheet of plastic. I was literally covered in lint after drying off. It was like I had been pranked. A bit embarrassed to have stayed here. Impossible to overstate my disappointment.

This place is very small nothing like the website says they have no breakfast there was no pool access or abilty to sleep in if you want they have mandatory cleaning everyday weather you like it or not Or even if you don't need it or want it the place has no microwave in the room or bathtub keep that in mind if you have kids they can't play outside on scooters the Internet was horrible couldn't even log into school or educational websites other than that they allow pets 10$ per pet which is great. A place that helps family's or individuals who are in need of a place to stay and have great cleaning care and clean sheets mac Donalds, dennys and two gas stations
