Rooms are very very basic towels were thread bare as seen in photos there is no bottled water in the room, no kettle no tea coffee or mugs or any basic things you would expect in a hotel nowadays. I wouldn't say it was that clean either from a photo of a chair and dust on the radiator and desk .It's a short walk from the bus station around 5 minutes or 4 euros in the Croatia version of Uber if the weather is bad . On some sites, they state breakfast is free however its €10 per person, no evening meals, and if you want delivery, a lot of restaurants are outside of their delivery zones. I'm sure there are better places to stay in Zagreb. Unfortunately for me, I'm already back here in a few days.

Pros: 1. Pretty decent location in Zagreb for the money. Not in the center but close enough to some good restaurants. We went to restaurant Nk Trinje, which is pretty close by 2. Rooms were clean 3. Nice terrace outside where you can eat and drink your own stuff 4. Breakfast was nice (although the sausages/eggs didn't have heating elements below them) 5. You can decide on a day by day basis if you want to take breakfast by buying a coupon 6. Didn't experience noise (we fortunately didn't have a room near the terrace) Cons: 1. In both rooms of me and my friend the shower head didn't stay on, so we had to shower by hand 2. In my bathroom there was no protection cap on the bathroom light, seems a bit dangerous. The hotel has some wear and tear that requires renovation 3. No fridge in room 4. If you're unlucky enough to have a room near the outside terrace, you will probably experience noise 5. Parking is not included in the price

Close to a tramcar station and in a walking distance from city centre (just behind "Lisinski" Concert Hall. This is a 3-star hotel with a good price and I have not expected too much. Furniture is basic and cheap, but more than acceptable. There is enough space and everything that you need (except the safe box in the room). It was clean and personell was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was modern and to a very high standard. Air-con functioned well. There is a modern elevator too. I spent four nights and was actually satisfied. Great location! For the price, it's hard to ask for more. The bedding was very comfortable and the room was large, and though the housekeeping forgot towels in our room, the reception desk was very helpful. Unfortunately, we had to check out early, but we would have gladly stayed.

Build works carried out and most of it done late in the night , very noisy unable to rest No one took notice nor cared £5 small coke no change given . Apparently no change but ask for it to be paid in cash

Analise tudo. Fiquei em um quarto confortável e com tudo funcionando. Viajando com mais quatro casais amigos eles não tiveram a mesma sorte. É um hotel antigo, com os quartos razoavelmente renovados. Serviço de recepção muito bom e esclarecedor. Café da manhã de razoável para bom. A localização deixa muito a desejar (analise BASTANTE): apesar de ser localizado numa área central da cidade, o acesso é muito estranho. Fica no fim de uma viela, com prédios mal conservados e muito lixo no caminho. Se não for com turma, é chegada à noite é bem desagradável, para dizer o mínimo. Mulheres sozinhas ou em grupo: desaconselhável.

Pros: 1. Pretty decent location in Zagreb for the money. Not in the center but close enough to some good restaurants. We went to restaurant Nk Trinje, which is pretty close by 2. Rooms were clean 3. Nice terrace outside where you can eat and drink your own stuff 4. Breakfast was nice (although the sausages/eggs didn't have heating elements below them) 5. You can decide on a day by day basis if you want to take breakfast by buying a coupon 6. Didn't experience noise (we fortunately didn't have a room near the terrace) Cons: 1. In both rooms of me and my friend the shower head didn't stay on, so we had to shower by hand 2. In my bathroom there was no protection cap on the bathroom light, seems a bit dangerous. The hotel has some wear and tear that requires renovation 3. No fridge in room 4. If you're unlucky enough to have a room near the outside terrace, you will probably experience noise 5. Nowhere near the city centre. No bars or restaurants nearby. Located in a very undesirable area with rubbish everywhere and run down buildings. Street lighting very poor. Not a very nice environment to be walking around at night.

Rooms are very very basic towels were thread bare as seen in photos there is no bottled water in the room, no kettle no tea coffee or mugs or any basic things you would expect in a hotel nowadays. I wouldn't say it was that clean either from a photo of a chair and dust on the radiator and desk .It's a short walk from the bus station around 5 minutes or 4 euros in the Croatia version of Uber if the weather is bad . On some sites, they state breakfast is free however its €10 per person, no evening meals, and if you want delivery, a lot of restaurants are outside of their delivery zones. I'm sure there are better places to stay in Zagreb. Unfortunately for me, I'm already back here in a few days.

Close to a tramcar station and in a walking distance from city centre (just behind "Lisinski" Concert Hall. This is a 3-star hotel with a good price and I have not expected too much. Furniture is basic and cheap, but more than acceptable. There is enough space and everything that you need (except the safe box in the room). It was clean and personell was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was modern and to a very high standard. Air-con functioned well. There is a modern elevator too. I spent four nights and was actually satisfied. Previous to booking the room, I read some negative reviews regarding the breakfast buffet and as I had a lunch most of the days with my friends I grabbed some fast food at the nearby shopping center first few days, but I had a breakfast last morning. I can say that there was a real variety of food, and I was really satisfied (breakfast is important for me). Of course you do not get the same standard of food as at 5-star hotel but this was really good and can recommend it. All in all, I am satisfied with my stay. If you are satisfied with basics I can recommed this hotel!

This hotel works and no more no less. The only thing is the breakfast was very poor. Most travelers loves a good breakfast so they are set for the day. The breakfast and quality of food was very poor. The coffee machine dished out half a cup of poor coffee. The selection of food was very poor. No juice available. Bread was poor.
