Second time staying at this chain on this roadtrip. Room was basic, towels needed to be replaced, a bit worn. There was a problem with the toilet flushing but managed to fix it. I liked the idea of parking the car right infront of the unit and it did have a Denny's restaurant and McDonald's right next door so very convenient.

It was good for the rate. Only thing I would saw the parking and when we came in asked if there was breakfast and the receptionist said yes. Don’t get me wrong the receptionist was great. No food. I understand budget but there was limited yogurt and fruit fly in the apple juice and nothing more to eat. I have worked at a choice hotel that serviced cold food not hot food but really was not much of a selection. Which I could update the photos. Refrigerator had 2 items. We ate an apple and left. There was a Dennys right next door so that helped and a McDonald’s.

Room was clean and sufficient for me and my husband. Right next door was a Denny’s. We were pulling a trailer so once parked we could just walk to have a meal. The check in lady was very nice. Not a fancy place, but comfortable and clean.

Bed was comfortable, but carpeting was sketch. Room had a moist feel. Microwave didn't work. Hotel is a bit secluded and since it was a slow night, I didn't feel like my car was secure in the lot. Nothing happened, but led to a restless night

We had a stubborn clog in our drain pipes at the house. Used a very potent drain cleaner that over powered the senes and lungs. Had to air out the place so we looked for a close and budget friendly hotel/ motel. The place had a good sized mini fridge and microwave. Said breakfast was included. Breakfast was packaged donuts or muffins, apples, yogurt and slightly colored water ( coffee) There is a Denny's and McDonalds next to the place. We opted for the latters drive through. The room wasn't cleaned well. Visible hair in bedding and shower. Bedding had duct taped squares on holes in the sheets. Mold in the upper wall and grout in the shower. Killed one cockroach on the cabinet. Pretty sure the Mrs. won't ok this place again.

This was the most disgusting motel we have ever seen. We checked in late since everything else in town was booked, and we were shocked at the filth. They must not clean, ever. I thought we would just suffer through the night until I saw a dead cockroach in the bathroom. We immediately left, but unfortunately the website I booked through did not allow a refund. The only reason for a 1 star would be a friendly front desk staff. Too bad the management won’t hire a proper cleaning service.

Staff is friendly. Room was clean however there were small fruir fly size flies around the sink. Plugged the over flow drain holes and that seemed to help. Water at sink was luke warm only.

The lady at the front desk was great, but our key wouldn't work. She tried to fix it, switched to a different room that also didn't work. Then she came with me and both rooms she had tried still didn't work for her universal key so she switched us to another room. So kudos for trying. But this room looks like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Bedding was questionable. Towels looked stained. Etc. We ended up leaving

The facility was barely clean. The toilet rocked loosely on the floor, the heat unit barely kept the room warm. No soap provided, no tissues. The pillows were rock hard and the blankets were too small for the king size bed. Yes the rates were very affordable but this doesn't excuse basic necessities being so poorly provided. Lower rates, while indicating a lack of frills, should never reflect poor basic accommodations. The water was hot for a good shower and the location was quiet, for 2 good points.No one was avaliable at check out to even speak to regarding this. Definitely we will give this a poor Google review to warn others.

We stayed in an accessible room with a shower head that would have made it impossible for my husband to shower. It didn’t fit into the holder and just hung down. The water only hit the wall and it took two hands to wash my self/my hair and rinse. My husband could not have done it. Fix the shower head!

The staff was absolutely wonderful, that was the biggest plus. We got there late after a Cardinals game and were informed the only room left was smoking after we reserved non-smoking. The gentleman working offered to refund us but there were no rooms close for a decent price so we stuck it out. Unfortunately the room wreaked if marijuana, had cigarette burns in the comforter and the bed was like a rock. Breakfast was advertised but when my husband went down there was two containers of yogurt and a basket of 3 pack Little Debbie powdered donuts. I guess technically breakfast, just not what we're use to. If guaranteed a non-smoking room we'd honestly stay again just because its close to the stadium and the young man working was so sweet BUT for what they charge renovations could definitely be done!

The guy at front desk was super nice and helpful. I think his name was Chey, anyway, he was cool but the rooms where outdated, smelly, and dirty. 1st room was real gross, smelled like a porta poddy and even had a used cat litter box under bed. 2nd room was better but still outdated, dirty, a/c barely worked, and the soap and shampoo dispensers were bone dry.... I didn't stay, I went somewhere else.

I don't care if Pot is legal in Illinois, if I and the people in rooms next to mine are NON SMOKING rooms, that includes Pot. It seeped thru the walls, and pipes. Made me sick. Also Staff not always in office, and I was ignored one day as She is sitting in car on her break. And breakfast is a joke. Why stay open if You do Not want to be in the Hospitality Business? It is an older run down facility. Stayed there because we couldn't get in where We usually stay in area.

Overall satisfied with the check in employees at front desk and was a quiet area and room was wonderful for the price well kept. I'm definitely going to book again soon even though i didnt do no shopping this time their was shopping center near by and great food places as well as a walmart.

At first I wasn't impressed because the young lady who was to check us in was kind of rude. We got there at 1:30 and she PROMPTLY told us check in isn't until 3. But when we returned about 6pm the one who took her place was very nice and helpful. The room was clean but where they had washed the tub out they didn't get the hair off the drain. Other than that the room was very clean. Breakfast was a huge let down.

The room was clean except for cobwebs on the ceiling, could have used a vacuuming. Bed was comfortable, shower was excellent, desk help was very good, friendly and helpful. The only real complaint was the breakfast. Nothing more than juice, coffee, and packaged pastry.
