Top notch service. Beautiful property. Room, bed, pillows, bathroom, and pool area are all comfortable. Hallways, hotel room and bathroom all smelled fragrant. In room food very good, however desserts did not meet my expectations. Special mention to the pool bar employees Hosan and Junior and to room service employee Roberto. They know good customer service. Quick check in and check out. Self parking is free. This is the second time me and my wife have spent staycation in this hotel and and we would be happy to come back someday.

Extraordinary service from Front Desk , impeccable hotel! We had a Bussiness meeting with VIP customer and staff prepared area for us. Back for sure.. Choose rooms w Mountain View’s, pay the extra is worth it

We were here for a weekend of hockey games and cant wait to book again. The hotelcwas very nice and clean. Very quiet too. My favorite thing was the shower. I have been taking showers for fifty-plus years and this was by far the best. Perfect water pressure! Front desk was very friendly, valet and doormen were very friendly. Housekeeping was very polite. We will be back!

The Four Seasons as a brand has excellence attached to it always. So I was a bit taken a back by some of the short comings of the hotel during my stay. The staff are never in doubt and were excellent all during my stay. However a large clump of hair stuck to the wall of the shower was not great, actually as 5 Stars go was pretty poor. My second fault was when I went for a swim one of the light fittings was completely away from the wall with the cables showing. While I am sure it was safe seeing the cables exposed definitely didn't fill me with confidence and it just shouldn't be happening with an establishment like the Four Seasons. It was disappointing to say the least.

Arrived quarter after check in time and the room was not ready so they put a rush to get it ready. Check in staff was awesome, they were apologetic and accommodated our wait with refreshments. The room smelled like old carpet cloaked in floral scented fabreze or some sort of air freshener since it was just cleaned. We almost asked for another room. We turned up the heater temperature, made coffee and peeled tangerines to change the smell and it worked so we didn’t have to ask for a different room. Room was comfortable and quiet overlooking the freeway traffic from the sixth floor. Room service food and staff were great!

It was amazing. Staff was friendly and super helpful. Upon checkin we were warmly greeted by Emily. She checked us in and even ensured my daughter had amenities for our stay. rooms were quiet and we could in no way hear the freeway, Definitely will be back.

Tired property with few redeeming features and iffy service including having entirely forgotten my breakfast today without explanation. So far from what the Four Seasons brand used to be. This is like a Marriott with slightly better soap in the bathroom

The hotel is nice, has great service, friendly staff, conveniently located if your going to San Jose in particular. My only hiccup for me is that the restaurant is just decent. I can’t complain because I got a really good deal for a 3 night stay and if you’re getting a good deal go for it but don’t expect the same four seasons experience you could get from San Francisco, LA, Chicago

Four Season Palo Alto could not have been more gracious and thoughtful. We were traveling with our 2.5 year old and they delivered a pack-n-play, noise machine, diaper genie, and even special soaps for the little guy! Amazing. Mickey pancakes for breakfast with crayons too. Has made me super loyal.
