Candlewood Suites Paducah by IHG

Please provide garbage can for dog poop by your doors. The staff member were so nice . Thank you

We got there and booked our room just as tornado sirens started going off and the power went out until 2 a.m. Otherwise, no problems. However, we ended up getting charged by Hotels.com AND by Candlewood.

Staff was very friendly but they were unable to get our key to work. She had to let us in our room and also when we came back after dinner. Only one of us could leave our room if we didn’t want to disturb the front desk.

The building smelled like weed. The second floor felt very unstable. Walking down the hall you could almost feel the floor bouncing with your steps. Walls are paper thin, heard the 3rd floor all night long. Was charged a service fee, which should be refunded after a so many days but never ever before at any other IHG hotel have we ever been charged a service fee. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Felt very dirty and fun down. Starting at 5am it sounded like they were moving furniture on the floor above our room and we could no longer sleep over the noise.
