It was a very convenient location, very close by the Lincoln tunnel. Very easy to get to, park, and let the valet take care of the rest. Hotel was very clean, only complaint was with 32 floors there was only 1 of the 2 elevators working. However they were working to fix it so if you just planned an extra couple minutes to get up/down, it didn't affect you much. I would 100% stay here again.

The lock to my room had to be rekeyed before I could get in and thankfully, the engineer came quickly to do that, but only one working elevator made it take longer because the wait for the elevator was often 10+ minutes. Also, the day I checked out, the elevator was constantly full when I finally came to my floor, so I walked 13 floors lugging my bags and then the clerk was not at the hotel and I had to wait again. It took me 30 minutes to check out of the hotel.

It is a very tall hotel and only one elevator worked - waited for 15 minutes usually - I was on the 30th floor. I was basic and clean but the area is not good for visitors…it’s a bit rough (I lived in NYC). Staff were kind but the elevator had been out for days…

The hotel is in walking distance of many activities and restaurants. The valet service makes things so much easier if you have your car. Although there’s no in and out privileges for it, it still beats city parking lots. This way you’re not dragging your luggage through the city. The room was very clean and organized.

I had a fabulous time!! I have no complaints!! The entire stay was one of my best experiences in Manhattan. I especially enjoyed the free washer and dryer. That was so wonderful to get to clean my clothes so easily, while traveling. I also used the stovetop to cook, which worked great. I am thoroughly satisfied and will return in the future!!

This was a great value and a great hotel. I really appreciated the kitchenette as I didn't want to eat in expensive restaurants all the time. I was surprised to have housekeeping service every day, although it wasn't necessary. The room was spacious and I enjoyed the comfy recliner after a day of walking the streets of the city. The only disappointment was an elevator took a while to get to your floor. A maintenance team worked on it for a few days and had it fixed by the time I left. Kudos to the friendly and accommodating staff, who texted you daily to make sure that your stay was going smoothly. The muffins and cookies were a tasty bonus. I would absolutely book this hotel again.

We were told the hotel had parking availability. We found out, upon arrival, it was a valet service at a hefty rate with no in and out option. Only one elevator working most of the time, very slow, and a long wait. Only six people allowed at a time, and there were lots of people waiting in a long line. We will not be going back to this hotel.

Super pleasnt staff. Lots of small extras like water, coffee, hot chocolate and small treats. So convenient to mid and uptown, as well as to transportation downtown. Nice little kitchenette area. Huge TV. Elevator broke down a lot. A few small maintenance updates needed but overall a very good hotel.

I’ve seen some pretty good reviews so I booked with confidence however, my room had a huge roach in there, the blankets had residue from previous guests, the air blowing from the ac smelt off. About $1k down the drain! Pretty disappointed overall. The people at the front desk were always kind atleast.

We checked in for a two night stay and ended up leaving early. They shoved us into the back room on the first floor. One of three rooms behind the desk and the lobby and it was so loud. The window in the room looked into a supply room had people banging around at all hours of the night. The microwave was missing, fridge was practically unusable, the door was shaky and didn’t latch well. It was so unsafe. The shower barely worked. Worst of all we found a cockroach in our room. We checked out early but they still charged us for any random fee they could. “Recreation fee”, etc. I never leave reviews. But this was the worst experience we’ve had. I am glad they at least refunded us for the night we didn’t stay there but didn’t return any taxes or fees. It unfortunately ruined our trip. If I were to do it again, I would spend a bit more money for something way nicer. Even though we thought we did spend a lot. Almost 1,000 for two nights is insane.

Convenient location, we walked or rode the subway everywhere. They had water in the lobby since it was hot. We had a kitchenette but chose to eat out. The room had a small recliner which was perfect for relaxing. I paid extra for a higher floor but all you could see were bricks and windows from the hotel next to us so it was wasted money.

Not bad value for money in New York which is just super expensive from a UK Pound point of view. Staff work hard and are friendly but hotel is getting a little worn . We were allowed an early check in and late check out which was good. Bedrooms are decent size and have a bath and kitchenette. Double glazing does not keep out traffic noise and constant sirens. Lift buttons don’t light up and bath plug doesn’t work. Lacks enough cooking implements to do much cooking. Bed linen and pillows are lovely and soft. Aircon is highly effective but noisy. Gym is smallish and in basement. Lauderette is free to use and a plus. Reception area is pleasant and has free drinks and treats which is good after a long day dodging traffic on the mean streets. This area of Midtown had its fair share of vagrants but most are not aggressive . There is a constant stink of skunk cannabis on the streets. Hotel is well located and just minutes from subway at 42nd Street and Time Sq. might we worth spending a little more because everything is so expensive anyway .

The room and staff were excellent and the room had plenty of amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, a burner and plenty of dishes and silverware. However, it was almost impossible to get a steady temperature in the room. Either too hot or too cold. Also, the hot water in the shower took forever to get hot and one morning the best I got was lukewarm, Overall a great place to stay

Texts from staff to check in with us during our stay was very thoughtful. Easy to get fresh towels as needed. FAST elevators so room on 28th floor was no problem. Good coffee. One of the quietest rooms we’ve ever had-even next to the elevator. Never heard voices, water running or flushing, doors closing. This place must be really sound proofed! Even double windows blocked out city noise. Easy walk to Times Square but away from the crowds. Easy walk to Hells Kitchen restaurants and taverns. As others mentioned, this is a section of the city that has not been “gentrified” so locally owned shops, and a very diverse group of people, abound. Felt very safe day and night. Many hotels in immediate area including some $$$$ “lifestyle” brands. Great pizza and falafels right across the street for late night snacks. Pio Bagels around the corner-YUM fresh!! Will definitely stay here again!

Poor Service and Unprofessional Staff The location is convenient, but that’s the only good thing about this hotel. The staff service is terrible — every employee says something different, and no one takes responsibility. The housekeeping never came to clean my room, even though I told the front desk before leaving. The receptionist said they would inform the cleaner, but nothing happened. I reported the issue to management, but no one ever followed up. Overall, very disappointing and unprofessional service. I would not recommend this hotel.

Tub/shower dangerously slippery. Complained and no action taken. Need grab bar at all times. Front desk inattentive and slow at times. Asked for help getting a cab and was told "we are not that type of hotel". Housekeeping friendly and thorough. Fitness area was adequate but small.

The hotel is great it’s just the area around it has gone way down ,it’s a shame because this use to be my go to spot I’ve stayed there at least 3 other times in the past. So I will say great hotel , great customer service it’s just the neighborhood that has gone downhill terribly.

It is located about two blocks from Port Authority Midtown transit hub, and is walking distance from many theaters. Therel are countless restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will be choosing it again next time i am in Manhatten.

Great Location, walking distance to Times Square and lots of other attractions. 4 min walk to the Port Authority bus and metro station. Lots of nice places round about for eating. The room was a good size. The fridge and microwave are handy. The only problem we did have was the coffee machine was always empty and we had to wait on it getting refilled - which didnt take long. And you only get a cleaner/maid once a week. If you want clean towels you have to ask for them.

The room was compact. Bed was ok. Room was clean. We didn’t cook but had a full size fridge and small cooktop. Location was good. The restaurant across the street The Mercato was AWESOME.

Very near to most of the attractions(Time square, Top of the rock and Empire Building) and near to Indian Restaurant Patiala in 34th and 35th street. Best studio room in nominal price if you pre book in advance.. Free Laundry available. NO Breakfast available..

This place was great. Check in was easy and the man who checked us in was friendly. The room was clean and had a ton of storage space. Ours had a kitchen with a FULL fridge and freezer with a little stove top, full size microwave, toaster, and everything you could need to cook or eat. The ac worked well and was not very noisy (i am sensitive to sound) and on the 25th floor we heard no street noise lol. The lobby had coffee, etc and a little shop to get snacks. Elevator was fast - very fast. 'Room service' is basically grub hub and does not come to your room so skip that. Room had a tiny bit of a stale smell but again I am sensitive. Everything else was great.I like to stay in times sq because it's central to all of Manhattan and there are tons of restaurants and bodegas to get what you need. Its not the prettiest or cleanest park of NYC but it's a perfect home base for a trip. So for me the location was perfect. 100% recommend.

The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating holding our luggage after checkout. We had a nice stay and value for a Times Square hotel. Not fancy but the mini kitchen worked well. We appreciated the iced teas as usual:).
