The property wasn’t too clean. The office staff wasn’t too friendly at all. There was no mention that the pool wasn’t open which was a complete let down! Had I known the pool wasn’t opened I would of selected a different property! This property was probably worst than Motel 6. The door locked like someone tried to back in a 1000 times I didn’t even feel safe with the safety lock on. I probably would never stay at this property again when I visit my family in that area again!

The hotel was older and conditions showed it - damage to doors, walls, etc. The room was clean but had an odd, unpleasant smell. Rooms open to the parking lot, so when cars start in the morning they're very easily heard inside the rooms. Breakfast is basic - some bagels, English muffins, yogurt, fruit and a waffle maker.

The admission and check in personal were really good and helpful; very professional. As I checked in it started a down pour and the young man at the desk loaned me an umbrella. However the room left a lot to be considered good. The floors were dirty, Pillows are old and the mattress was very uncomfortable. I put waters in the refrigerator and they froze. The locks on the doors were very old and even with both locks, there is still about a half inch of daylight between the door and the door jam. The second night, someone on the floor above me decided to present a rock concert! It was loud and annoying. It also went again later in the night. No one seemed to stop them. I am a Choice member and stayed at Quality Inns before which is why I chose it. I would advise stay away from this one

I have stayed at this property multiple times for business travel. The front lobby is always clean, and the staff are pleasant. I typically stay in a room with 2 double beds nonsmoking. The room was spacious enough for me, clean and smelled great. The bed was great as well.

Since this was a Quality Inn, we assumed it was a hotel not a motel. Room was not clean, towels spotted and dingy, no sign of sanitizer, and heat was spotty. Very disappointing.

My room was filthy, after a 12 hour drive I was too tired to move all my stuff I had brought in so I actually went to the front desk and got cleaning supplies. Woke up in the morning and found a cockroach!! I have not issue with dated rooms, especially those that allow dogs, but it needs to be clean.

The sweet lady who checked me in was awesome. After that everything and everyone was downhill. The room smelled musty, so much so that I woke up with a raging headache. The neighborhood is kinda sketchy and loud and the room was outdated and not the cleanest. I will not stay here again and do not recommend.

We were just in town for a family reunion, so luxury wasn't necessary. The room was clean, the tv worked (for the short times we were in the room), and beds very comfortable. This hotel's dining area wasn't open when we were starting our days this weekend, but there were several diners close by with great food. Also, although this was a smoking room, you couldn't tell until you saw the ashtray on the desk. My only complaint was the floor of the tub shower was slippery, so we had to be sure to hold onto the bar to avoid falling.
